Jason Morgan sure has heard a lot about one Mr. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), and even Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) have told Jason all about Dex.

Currently, Agent John Jagger Cates (Adam Harrington) has Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) under his thumb. Everyone knows that Jason isn’t one to be played. But Jagger Cates has just the right leverage to make Jason sit, stay, and roll over when he commands. According to GH recaps, Cates has Rico charges that he will gladly use to throw Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in jail. Since Jason is as honorable as they come, he sacrifices himself to keep Carly out of harm’s way.

According to GH rumors Jagger has it out for Jason because of his history with Karen Wexler. Rumors even speculate that Jason and Karen had a child together. Unbeknownst to Jason, Karen had a boy.

As time went on Dex began to develop a friendship with Sonny, and Michael questioned his original decision to take down his own father. That’s when the tables turned and Carly (Laura Wright) became involved. She suggested that Dex and Michael work to protect Sonny. Finally, Sonny has been betrayed. one thing led to another and now Dex’s life is in danger.

Meanwhile, Joss does some self reflecting after a night of drinking. General Hospital spoilers indicate that Josslyn turns to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) for help. She has overstepped and regrets what she’s done. At this point, no one really knows what Sonny’s all about these days. But the one person who can figure it out is Jason.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is a wanted man (no pun intended). He disappeared in November of 2021 when a cave collapsed on Cassadine Island. His miraculous return has raised questions about whether or not Jason is on Sonny’s side or not. Is he a bad guy? A good guy? Or is Jason’s situation even more complex than we’ve all imagined?

Agent Cates (Adam Harrington) is out for blood, and he’s fixated on Jason Morgan. GH recaps recall John Cate’s first few encounters with Port Charles residents. Particularly, his engagements with Carly Spencer Corinthos (Laura Wright). Soon enough Carly suspected why he kept coming around. Surely it was to sniff out information on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Moreover, it’s become aware that Jagger’s biggest concern is actually Jason.

At first, Cates was deceptive and misled Carly about his indentity. Then shortly after, GH spoilers and rumors hinted toward his involvement with the entire operation. Whatever Cates has going on with Jason also involves many others. For starters, Sonny Corinthos. But now more people have been pulled in.

Thanks to Nina (Cynthia Watros), Josslyn (Eden McCoy) knows all about Dex’s plans to kill Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Of course, the orders to kill and not to kill came from none other than Sonny. But Joss wants nothing to do with Dex now that she’s aware of what he’s actually capable of, and willing to do.

GH previews indicate that Jason isn’t comfortable with how the situation has spiraled. Too many people have been roped in and Jason needs a solution. In fact, he stonewalled them so hard that Anna had to find ways to get around Jagger’s orders.

General Hospital recaps highlight Cyrus Renault’s efforts to help Anna and Jordan. He was sent to Pentonville to preach the Lord’s good word, and to gain information regarding the investigation. Somehow, Anna convinced him that by helping her get answers, he could potentially help a lost soul to find God.

Still, Jagger is suspiciously unsettled about Anna and Jordan’s plan. One would think that he’d be happy that they took the initiative to get closer to the truth. Instead, he’s uneasy. So what’s Jagger hiding?

Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is a good-hearted (potential) killer. I use potential because I can’t recall if Dex has actually killed anyone yet. It would seem that the descriptions good-hearted and killer is an oxymoron. Dex Heller is willing to kill if need be. on the other hand, he’d also put his own life on the line for the ones he love, and those to whom he’s most loyal.

Doesn’t this sound like someone else we know? Dex Heller is loyal to the core. He endures Sonny’s torture and won’t snitch a peep. Sonny wants to know who decks is protecting not physically, but who he’s protecting with his word. The answer is Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Who do you know that is loyal to Carly above anyone else? Yes, you got that right. It’s Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Jason Morgan was loyal to Carly above all else. Most times even Sonny came second to Jason’s BFF unless it was about his business.

Dex is a Quartermaine?! Here’s how… Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell) mission to take down his own father was made possible because of Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). Oddly, Michael was able to find someone willing to risk his own life to bring down someone he don’t even know.

Don’t worry, we know what you’re thinking because we think that too. Why would anyone do that unless there’s more in it for them? Well, you’re not wrong to ask that question. And apparently, General Hospital rumors support fan suspicions. According to GH fan speculation and the latest GH rumors, there was definitely more in it for Dex. But at this point, it’s more than he’s been willing to admit. His dedication and eagerness to come through for Michael seems odd, especially since one of the job qualifications was having to risk his own life.
