Of all the things that Nina has done, I can’t even recall whether she’s gone down the blackmail road yet or not. That woman has manipulated and lied using many different tactics, so it’s unclear what she has and hasn’t done to get her way.
Over the last few years, the social climate surrounding some prominent Port Charles residents has changed. For one, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly’s divorce became the catalyst for the seemingly permanent changes that followed the ordeal. Whether or not you like the fact that Sonny and Carly are the main focus, indeed they are. So it only makes sense that their breakup would create a ripple effect of changes throughout their family and the community.
Blackmail Isn’t Beneath Her
But GH recaps recall that before their divorce, Sonny was presumed dead. Clearly, his life choices lead to a life of danger and risk, but Carly and his family were always by his side. That is until Nina found Sonny vulnerable, and without recollection of his wife and family.
In Nixon Falls, a broken man washed up, was found and taken to shelter. And we all know the rest! Nina’s selfish decision to keep Sonny all to herself adversely effected so many. Moreover, she did it all to get revenge on Sonny’s wife, who happens to be her grandson’s other grandmother. On top of all that, Nina deceived her own grandson’s grandfather when she lied to everyone.
How low can she go? Well, it looks like Nina’s secrets just keep piling on. Currently, she hides her involvement in Drew’s stay in Pentonville. That one selfish decision has harmed so many in the process, not just her intended target, Carly. Despite what Drew is going through, Nina has yet to come clean to Sonny or anyone else. Additionally, Sonny had to implement a setup for the FBI after Nina’s SEC tip peaked curiosity. The Corinthos Organization has been scrutinized for decades and Nina added fuel to the fire.
Nina Discovers Michael’s Plan Against Sonny
According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Nina stops even lower. Back before Nina ever gamed an amnesiac, there was no “Mike,” and Sonny had a close relationship with his children. Then, Nina drove a wedge between Sonny and Michael (Chad Duell). Their relationship took a dive over Sonny’s feelings for Nina. Then, when arguments spiraled out of control, Michael turned on his father.
GH spoilers tease that Nina comes between Sonny and Michael again, just they slowly begin build back their relationship. In the wonderful world of Soap Opera Land, there’s no such thing as a well-kept secret. In fact, I’m convinced that statement doesn’t even hold up on the real world as secret always fine a way to come out. So if you think that there’s no evidence from Michael’s plans, you’re most likely mistaken.
Since Dex said he destroyed only incriminating evidence against Sonny, then we should assume all is good, right? Think again! GH rumors hint that there is another copy out there. It’s possible that Dex kept one for his own personal reasons, or someone could have gotten their hands on the original. The point is, anything is possible. Or Nina could find out about Michael’s plan on a complete different way. Still, GH spoilers tease that Nina blackmails Michael over Sonny and her findings.
Dex chooses Sonny over Joss! When coming to Port Charles, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) didn’t expect to fall in love. In fact, his sole mission was to work for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) as an informant against Michael’s father. Shortly thereafter, Josslyn Jack (Eden McCoy) entered the picture.
According to General Hospital recaps, Sonny and Michael’s relationship was strained after Sonny betrayed Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and their family for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Ironically, Michael found just the man to help bring down his father. Dex just so happened to be as eager to bust Sonny as Michael. That being said, Michael and Josslyn aren’t expecting Dex to jump ship. However, Dex and Sonny’s few bonding moments set the foundation for a twist.
According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Josslyn and Dex might not have what it takes to stick it out through all the danger and drama the mob life brings. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Josslyn fell hard for the bad boy working for Sonny. Despite disapproving of his position, Josslyn couldn’t resist. Thankfully, she found out they were actually on the same page about Sonny when Joss learned of Michael’s. Now, Josslyn stands by in support as Michael and Dex carryout their plan.
According to GH rumors, unexpectedly, Dex has a change of heart when it comes to Sonny (and Josslyn). But what about his promise to Josslyn? General Hospital spoilers and rumors hint that Dex chooses Sonny over Joss. After all, if rumors of Dex’s paternity are true, the mob life is in his blood. Whether it turns out that he is Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) son, or even Sonny’s, Dex was destined for organized crime.
Dex stays in Port Charles. Evan Hofer signs GH contract as Dex Heller?! …Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is here for the long haul. At first, Dex’s purpose in Port Charles was solely to work for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). He was hired to work as an informant in Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) business. Then, things got complicated along the way. Attachments to new friends make for some gray area, while an emotional bond to Sonny turns the tables.
For months, General Hospital fans wonder if Dex has another reason for coming to/staying in Port Charles. Obviously, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) gives Dex a good enough reason to stay. But, General Hospital rumors and spoilers suggest that she isn’t the only thing keeping him in PC.
It looks like Dex has good reason to stay in Port Charles. In recent General Hospital news, Dex’s portrayer, Evan Hofer, shared some exciting GH casting details. According to Evan, his role as Dex was meant to be a short-term character. Instead, the told of Dex Heller turned into a contract role! General Hospital comings and goings reports confirm that Evan Hofer signed a GH contract as Dex Heller.
Evan Hofer Signs Contract
In a recent interview, Hofer discloses how his role went from a short term thing to a more permanent role. He explained that he was about to film his very first scenes alongside ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith. Even continued to explain that GH Executive Producer, Frank Valentini, pulled him aside. “But I’m getting ready for my first scenes with him and we’re about to roll and Frank pulls me aside and tells me, “Hey, you know, you’ve shown us some great layers and great stuff we could never imagine. How do you feel about sticking around a little more permanently?’” he went on. “And I was speechless and went, ‘Yes… sounds good… yes… yes sir… yes sir.’ And he goes, ‘Cool. I’m gonna call your agent.’”
Evan’s enthusiasm may have been camouflaged by his demanding schedule. As soon as Frank told him the news, he has to run into his next scene. However, he couldn’t have been more excited. The decision was a no brained. Hofer confesses, “I think I thought about it for point-five seconds.” His mother was immediately called to share the news. Meanwhile, Hofer’s manager become aware as well.
General Hospital’s latest mob muscle is rumored to have (or had) some serious roots in Port Charles. Are the latest GH rumors true? Is Jason Morgan Dex’s father?
Joss, Dex, and Kristina’s love triangle creates drama, Josslyn Jacks (Eden Mccoy) is falling in love. From damsel in distress to unlicensed Nurse, Josslyn’s relationship with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is also everywhere in between.
In Port Charles, drama heats up when Kristina Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth) comes between Josslyn and Dex. According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Josslyn’s Mob-Princess fairytale turns dissonant. She believes her connection with Dex is strong enough to get them through Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) dangerous world. But never would Josslyn imagine that it wouldn’t withstand his daughter Kristina.
General Hospital rumors tease that danger is near as Dex and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) continue their quest to take down Sonny. Meanwhile, Josslyn is counting on Sonny’s downfall while Kristina looks out for her dad’s best interest. In recent GH previews, Sonny faces the dangers of his job. He finds himself in a familiar situation with Carly (Corinthos) Spencer (Laura Wright). The Corinthos family is no stranger to the danger. Therefore, it makes sense that Sonny would turn to Carly during a time like this.
While Sonny deals with business, his employee peaks his daughter’s interest. Kristina takes interest in Dex and tries to find out more about the man her dad trusts. GH rumors hint that in doing so, Kristina uncovers some dirty laundry. Will she find out about Dex’s secret relationship with Joss?
GH rumors tease a love triangle impends when Kristina comes between Joss and Dex. Although, it may not be in the way you’d think. It’s possible that Kristina gets in the middle of Jocelyn’s relationship with tax to protect her father. Since Jack’s is keeping Jocelyn a secret, he has everything to lose.
So, will Joss, Dex, and Kristina’s love triangle become the reason Sonny discovers the truth?
Dex breaks Josslyn’s trust! …Six months. That is the maximum length of time Josslyn was promised. In just six short months or less, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) gave his word to leave the mob life forever. Though he didn’t reveal his mystery boss, Dex told Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) he’s actually an informant, working to take down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Following in her mother’s footsteps, Josslyn Jacks is in love with a mobster. Despite the warnings, the unsolicited advice, the forbidden contact, Josslyn ignored the negative and followed her heart. The young woman is no stranger to mob life. After all, her mother was married into it for the majority of Joss’s life. However, just because the lifestyle is familiar, doesn’t mean she approves. Or does it? Let’s be honest, like Carly, Josslyn won’t give up the guy regardless of his employment.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Josslyn gets an undeniable reality check within her heated romance with Dex. Aside from the inevitable, upcoming mob war, Josslyn’s worst fears come true.
Michael and Dex prepare to stick to the plan. If all goes accordingly, Pikeman meeting is how Michael stops Sonny for good. Nevertheless, things turn out differently than expected.
Dex Works For Sonny For Real?!
According to recent General Hospital spoilers, Sonny and Dex face life and death. General Hospital Blog’s latest GH spoilers tease that Michael’s plan to use Dex to take down Sonny goes haywire. With a mob war brewing, lives are at stake. Sadly, Dex gets caught in the crossfire.
General Hospital rumors developed surrounding Dex’s future with Joss, Sonny, and Michael. Unfortunately for Joss, it’s possible that her man has a change of heart after Sonny saves Dex’s life. Although Dex promised Joss he’d be done working for Sonny in six months or less, GH rumors claim otherwise.
Will Dex throw Michael under the bus?Inevitably, Sonny learns of Michael and Dex’s deception. GH rumors speculate that Dex breaks Josslyn’s trust by continuing to work for Sonny. He becomes loyal to Sonny, feeling indebted to him for saving his life. Once Joss finds out Michael was behind it all, the Corinthos family may never be the same.
Dex tells Sonny the truth! Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) spent his recent days on a mission to bring down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Originally, he took an employment offer from Sonny’s son Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell). And despite the position’s uniquely dangerous job description, Dex assured Michael he’s the man for the job.
Does Dex Understand The Assignment?
After meeting with his potential candidate, Michael thought that Dex seemed to fit the position well. Accordingly, Sonny’s son proceeded with his plan to use Dex to take down his own father. It was then when Dex began working for both Michael and Sonny.
General Hospital recaps recall Sonny’s suspicions of his new employee. It is loyalty and trust that Sonny holds in high regard, honoring those who possess these qualities. So, if anyone betrays him, there’s no going back. Since Dex is secretly working for Michael, the betrayal against Sonny is already a done deal. However, forgiveness might be an option if Dex comes clean on his own.
Meanwhile, Michael’s personal life has its challenges as faces a true nightmare. Although a focused businessman, Michael is a negatively distracted with Willow’s terminal illness. Additionally, drama follows the Corinthians family, and every turn. While Nina is the reason Michael feels betrayed by Sonny, she is also the source of the Willow’s distress. This makes Michael more determined than ever to make sunny pay for choosing Nina over his family.
Dex Tells Sonny the Truth
As revealed in recent General Hospital spoilers, there is more to Dex Heller than meets the eye. Previous General Hospital rumors speculate that Dex has a personal connection to someone(s) or in his new social circle. GH rumors tease that Dex and Sonny’s latest meeting highlights an unexpected connection between them. Although GH rumors suggest that Dex knows exactly who and what brought him to Port Charles, he never imagined his feelings could change. Clearly, something ignited between the two men during their conversation about cooking. Similarly, Sonny and Dex’s interest in cooking serves the same life purpose for each of them.
Sonny recognized in Dex what he knows about himself and did’t hesitate to admit their common trait. Previously, GH rumors surrounding Dex claimed the young informant would likely turn out to be either Sonny or Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) son. That being said, because Sunny indexes newly discovered commonality, be a nod to what’s to come?
Can Josslyn trust Dex? There’s no question that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) are meant to become the next hot, super couple. Their chemistry is undeniable which sets the stage for the future success of the couple’s popularity.
It’s not every day the fans feel a certain way about a new couple in Port Charles. Some General Hospital fans compare Josslyn and Dex to iconic couples of the past. Obvious similarities have been found in couples such as Jason and Sam (Kelly Monaco), and even Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and her best friend Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Carly and Jason started out, hot and heavy, and ultimately became the best of friends. It’s uncertain what’s in store for Joss and Dex. However, what is certain is that GH Fan’s hope to see a passionate romance as opposed to friendship.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Josslyn’s vulnerability is heightened due to the fact that she feels completely comfortable around Dex. After all, he has saved her life over and over, making her feel safe in his presence. But just because she feels physically, safe, doesn’t mean her heart is safe.
General Hospital rumors claim Dex’s ulterior motives with Michael (Chad Duell) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be the dark cloud hanging over his relationship with Joss. Recent GH previews reveal Dex makes a call as Josslyn hurries out to give Sonny a piece of her mind.
Previous General Hospital rumors claim that he’s not only in PC working undercover for Michael, Dex is in Port Charles for reasons that have yet to be revealed. Technically, Joss is deceived by her own brother and the man she’s fallen for. Although she shares her brother’s sentiments about Sonny, Josslyn won’t be happy to have been lied to.
Are Dex’s feelings for Josslyn real? Or is it all part of a grander plan?
Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) have been cleverly intertwined. Their undeniable chemistry and instant attraction mirrors that of something from the past.
General Hospital recaps recall how Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) understands her daughter’s reasons for helping Dex, and in turn, she was willing to help Joss help him.
General Hospital spoilers tease Joss and Dex have crossed paths to mirror the similarities between Joss and Carly. In addition, Dex and Jason are eerily similar. Fans have been calling Dex things like, “Sonny’s new Jason,” and “Jason 2.0.” Joss herself even called him, “no neck, and, “Sonny’s muscle.” That being said, we can’t help but think of a certain someone. Does Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) ring a bell? Of course! Joss and Dex are a lot like Carly and Jason. If history is going to repeat itself in its own new way, Josslyn follows in Carly’s footsteps. Joss reflecting a young Carly as Dex does Jason makes for a smart way to develop Dex’s story.
General Hospital rumors hint Dex is working for both Michael and Sonny for a reason. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) wants to take down his father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) after he betrayed Carly with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). He secretly hired Dex to pose as Sonny’s trusted enforcer. GH rumors speculate Dex is ready and willing because he thinks Michael and Sonny both owe him something. He wants the father and family he never had and he blames Sonny for that. Dex thinks Michael is ungrateful to turn his back on his father when Dex himself never got to know his own.
Is Jason Really Dex’s Father?
General Hospital rumors and spoilers claim Dex is Jason Morgan’s son and he wants restitution for being robbed of the past. Given that Jason worked for Sonny for the majority of his life, his line of work took him away from family life. As a result, even his love life with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and their kids was severed. Ultimately, Jason chose working for Sonny over being a father.
GH rumors hint that Dex is Jason’s long lost son. Of course, with news like that comes many questions. Such as who is Dex’s mother. That’s yet to be determined, but anything is possible on soaps. He envies Michael for having a loving father to have cared for him into adulthood. Therefore, Dex resents Sonny having a family while Jason could not. Now that Jason is presumed dead, Dex will never her the chance to know his father.
