Moreover, technology has set the stage for fans to have a deeper look into the actors behind the roles. -Not all of the GH cast has social media profiles, but many live to engage wit the fans, giving us a glimpse. Often times we tend to associate our favorite character’s lives with the life their portray on television. Sometimes the actor and their GH role are similar, and other times they are total opposite. And there are times that it’s hard to remember that they have real or drama in addition to the role they play on our favorite show.

General Hospital news and spoilers reveal Maurice’s recent real life drama. In their latest social media post, GH’s Maurice Benard and Evan Hofer shared a collaborative Instagram video to tell the story.

Evidently, General Hospital star Maurice Benard was swimming in the ocean when a shark approached him. Benard mentioned that he was wearing a Speedo (relevance in question. 😜) That’s when his co-star Evan Hofer (who plays Dex Heller) thought to grab a State of Mind. He said that he took off the shirt and tossed it out to Benard.

True, he possesses those qualities and then some. But the thing is that Jason Morgan would never harm Sonny or his family in a million years. However, he would if he was brainwashed. That’s why most recently fans toss around wild speculations about the shooter’s identity.

Coincidentally, (or not), Steve Burton disclosed that he’s back at Prospect Studios the week of February 5th. I don’t know about ya all, but to me that sounds like perfect timing for the mystery shooter storyline.

Time sure flies after Christmas. Especially when drama comes around the clock. It’s been one thing after another for the people of Port Charles. From losing Bobbie and Nina’s secret, to Adam’s suicide attempt, Esme’s memory and Nikolas kidnapping, there’s no rest for the wicked.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is going through some difficult times in various areas of her life. She’s been dealing with other people’s problems on top of her own. Sadly, Joss just lost her grandmother. She and her family grieve over their loss while taking swings at other forces coming for them. For Josslyn, that includes the drama that’s going on with Adam at school, the fallout from Nina’s lies, while helping her mom pick up the pieces.

On December 18th, a recast took over for Eden McCoy as it was announced that she’d be on temporary leave. McCoy took some time after her mother’s passing, and Courtney Fulk stepped in as Josslyn. Fulk did a fantastic job stepping in as Josslyn, particularly during some of the challenging moments.

According to recent GH news updates, General Hospital comings and goings confirm that Eden McCoy resumed filming at Prospect Studios. Eden McCoy returns to General Hospital as Josslyn Jacks this February.

Ever since General Hospital’s Stars and Storytelling special episode, all the fans can talk about is Steve Burton’s return. There is no doubt in my mind that Steve’s come back is the most anticipated event in recent GH history. That said there is a lot of potential for Jason Morgan’s new path.

Reportedly, Steve’s comeback was basically announced at the end of the 60th anniversary special. The mysterious teaser was quite impactful for the fans as they’ve waited for this day to come. General Hospital spoilers and rumors reveal the possibilities that lie ahead for Jason.

According to GH recaps, Jason is presumed dead after seemingly being crushed in a cave. His partner in crime at the time, Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) mourned his death not long before her own unfortunate demise. In May of 2022, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) was dead set on destroying his father’s life and the lifestyle that he’s built for himself and his family. Because in Michael’s eyes Sonny betrayed their family when he developed feelings for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

From what it looks like, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) could have been an orphan. We know that is wasn’t, but his willingness to put his life on the line leads to certain assumptions. It’s almost like the young man has nothing to lose. Dex joined the military straight out of high school, and he’s estranged from his two brothers. The young army Veteran is seemingly willing to risk his life to work for Michael, and now Sonny.

GH Recaps: Although Joss and Cam’s relationship developed over time and through their friendship, they ended up growing apart romantically. Cameron went off to college on a soccer scholarship after Josslyn broke up with him for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).

According to General Hospital news reports, William Lipton continues to make music in his band called The Runarounds. His project with Lighthouse Films has him starring in a series called, The Untitled Band Project. Webber’s status with the daytime drama is in question due to his successes outside of General Hospital. Reportedly, Lipton’s last appearance as Cameron Webber was on March 30th, 2023.
