Back on November 1st, ABC and General Hospital’s vaccine mandate too effect, having each and every employee, cast and crew, to mandatorily receive the Covid vaccine.
General Hospital news and spoilers have previously reported on ABC’s mandate, naming two essential members of the cast; Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Ingo Rademacher (Jasper “Jax” Jacks), who were let go when they declined receiving the vaccine.
GH news reports confirmed that Ingo initiated a lawsuit against ABC after being denied religious exemption. Steve was also denied exemption.

Rademacher has been accused of using the organization to find his lawsuit against Disney. Ingo is fighting back and is now requesting that the network not be allowed to obtain said documents.
