Who would have thought that Elizabeth and Finn would have come this far. The Doctor and the Head Nurse have been through so much together over the last few years. And what started out as friends/in-laws has become a romance.
Previously, a traumatic experience strengthened Dr. Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) bond. After all, nothing says ride or die like helping each other cover up a homicide! Am I right?
General Hospital recaps recall that one fateful day when Finn got mixed up with the likes of Peter August (Wes Ramsey). It’s not like he had a choice. Instead, Finn was forced to play Peter’s twisted little game. Because if he didn’t, it could have cost Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) life. Thankfully, alls well that ends well, and Chase made a miraculous recovery while Peter August met his demise. Or so Finn and Liz thought.
Peter August Returns, Uses Charlotte To Destroy Anna
According to GH spoilers, Anna’s situation causes friction between herself and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Her safety is compromised after a series of events, including her house being burned to the ground. Moreover, GH rumors tease that Finn and Liz are stunned when Peter August’s whereabouts surface. What really happened after Elizabeth and Dr. Finn last saw him?
Meanwhile, Anna’s mystery terrorizer is on the loose and that raises concern. What ever happened to Peter when he was no longer in that freezer? How in the H E ???????? did he escape? Odds are, Peter didn’t climb out of the alone. Liz and Finn were positive that he was dead. But from the looks of things that’s probably not the case.
GH spoilers reveal that Anna’s on the right track. There’s no doubt that something going on with Charlotte Cassadine, but it’s hard to tell. She seems extra attached to Valentin lately. Furthermore, she’s behaving strangely with those tarot cards. Ultimately, Anna comes to terms with accepting that this is both personal and professional. There’s no doubt that what’s happening to Anna is on a personal level while carried out like a professional.
While it may look as though Charlotte is behind this, that could be what someone wants everyone to believe. Who better fits that narrative than Peter August!? What better way to get back at both Anna and Valentin? And using his daughter is the icing on the cake. Surely Peter fits the bill with his personal vendetta against Anna, and his experience working with professional criminals like Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Oh, and the fact that his not-so-dead body just disappeared.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is a loyal woman, devoted to those she loves and devoted to her career. It’s in Anna’s blood to seek out adventure, even if she has to leave loved ones behind. Anna’s next adventure is calling, and she must engage despite her fiancé, Dr. Finn’s (Michael Easton) objections.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Anna Devane and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will be graced with the presence of someone in which they are connected. GH spoilers hint that Anna’s twin, Alex, will take Anna’s bait as she took Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) advice.
Valentin told Anna to turn the tables on Alex, not fall into her trap, but to trap Alex instead. General Hospital rumors claim that is exactly what Anna will do. But the presence of Alex and the situation with Peter will continue to drive a wedge between Anna and Finn, causing strain on their relationship.
General Hospital rumors suggest these two won’t make it to the altar due to the unveiling of Peter’s true crimes, and Anna’s situation with her sister, Alex.
Keep checking back with us for more on where this will lead Anna and Finn!
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to covering his tracks or taking care of a situation he feels he doesn’t have complete control over. After his encounter with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) at Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Finn’s (Michael Easton) house for Violet’s (Jophielle Love) birthday party, Peter made a cryptic phone call. Peter is suspicious of Robert and has a feeling Robert will be a problem in the near future. Peter’s focus is keeping up with his lies, which means Robert is in his way. Peter was successful in rattling DA Scorpio, however, General Hospital rumors claim Peter won’t be ahead in the game for too long.
Robert answered a phone call and received news that his long time love and friend is dead. Robert went straight to Anna with the news of Holly Sutton’s (Emma Samms) death. Robert, Anna, and Holly have a great deal of history together
General Hospital fans can’t help but wonder, who is Peter calling? Who does Peter have in his back pocket, in high places, and able to carry out his dirty work? General Hospital rumors have been claiming different theories to figure out who Peter is working with. Anna’s sister, Alex could definitely be the person on the other end of Peter’s phone, helping him keep up this charade which is deceiving the people of Port Charles, including his loved ones. Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) has been rumored to be alive and helping his son, Peter carry out his sinister mission.
General Hospital spoilers and previews reveal there is an upcoming shocking plot twist involving Peter’s exposure. Previously, General Hospital Blog reported GH rumors and spoilers involving Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) finding evidence that could lead to her exoneration and clear Sam Morgan’s (Kelly Monaco) name as well. Liesl Obrecht has been arrested for the murder of Drew Cain (Billy Miller) but was framed by Peter. If Drew Cain is found alive, Dr. Obrecht and Sam Morgan will be able to live their lives freely, providing full redemption for these two woman Peter tried to railroad.
General Hospital rumors are flying after Robert received the news about Holly. It’s likely that whoever Peter has been calling and working with has set up just exactly what Peter wanted- a distraction for DA Scorpio. But is Holly actually dead? It’s quite possible that she is dead, but Holly has been such an iconic character that it wouldn’t make much sense for the character to be killed off, off-screen.
Some General Hospital spoilers suggest Holly Sutton and Drew Cain will turn up alive, which would completely blow up Peter’s plan to go on living his lie while letting Sam and Liesl take the fall.
Will Emma Samms and Billy Miller return to General Hospital to tie up the loose ends of this Peter saga?
Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has been sneaking around Port Charles, conducting illegal and unethical dealings with some of Port Charles’ shadiest. He is definitely proven to be the son of Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) solely by his despicable acts of deceit. There was a point in time when the identity of his biological mother was unknown. It turned out Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had a twin sister, and between the two women, it was uncertain which was Peter’s mom. General Hospital spoilers revealed Anna Devane was Peter’s mother. Ever since General Hospital news and spoilers indicated Anna is Peter’s mom, General Hospital fans have been skeptical of that truth.
New General Hospital rumors claim Anna Devane will be blindsided by the truth about Peter and her sister, Alex. Peter’s time is running out, even though things pretty cozy and secure for him at the moment while Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is being sent away to The Hague after being framed by Peter. His love life is going his way as well. Peter has been able to keep Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) in the dark about who he really is this entire time. Maxie seems to have even turned her back on Dr. Obrecht.
General Hospital spoilers hint Anna will find out she is not Peter’s mother, and that her sister, Alex has been working with her son, Peter to help carry out these unspeakable acts. The fallout among those close to Peter will be huge once they find out they have been lied to all along. Maxie and Anna will blame themselves for not listening to Finn (Michael Easton), Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), Sam and Jason Morgan (Kelly Monaco and Steve Burton), and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) about Peter. Maxie’s world will fall apart but General Hospital rumors hint Spinelli will be there to get her through the tough times.
The question remains, when will Peter finally be exposed?
The news broke earlier this week when General Hospital spoilers revealed the exit of newly returned, Rebecca Budig, in her role as Hayden Barnes.
Hayden Returned to Port Charles after leaving her fiance Dr. Finn while she was pregnant. Finn was led to believe Hayden lost the baby, but when Hayden returned to Port Charles with a sick child, she was quick to tell her old love the truth. The girl’s name was Violet, she was Hayden’s daughter, and also Finn’s. Hayden was desperate to have Dr. Finn help to find out and treat their daughter’s illness. It came to a surprise to some GH views how calmly Dr. Finn reacted to the bombshell Hayden dropped. He always remained respectful and under control aside from one emotional outburst. He came around quickly and was ready to spring into action to help their daughter. This ultimately led to the family of 3 spending quality time together- in Anna’s (Finola Hughes) home. This poses a problem obviously since Anna and Finn are engaged. Although Anna has been on a trip for months, and Finn had no inclination as to when she would return, they are still engaged. Of course Anna walks in right when Hayden and Finn are having a very personal conversation.
All of this would likely make viewers think the story would go into a direction where Hayden and Finn would grow close, knocking Anna out of the equation. However, General Hospital news of Rebecca Budig’s surprising exit seems it will steer this story into another direction.
General Hospital spoilers claim Hayden will leave Port Charles and leave her daughter, Violet, behind. Anna will be her caregiver along with her dad, Dr. Finn. Anna may grow tiresome of being in the middle of caring for a child and being in an awkward situation between her fiance and his ex, and mother of his child. Despite how it may seem, Hayden isn’t leaving completely by choice. She must protect her self after her frightening run in with a man who tried to grab her, which Hayden is almost certain was hired by Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
What will Anna do? Can she stick it out to be with Finn or will she have to let go and move on?
As previously reported (Kendra’s Jig is Up), General Hospital spoilers tell of the upcoming unraveling of Kendra’s scheme to get revenge on Alexis. As TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) has a light bulb go off in his head regarding what could be making Alexis so ill that she is on her death bed, he shares his idea with Dr. Finn (Michael Easton). TJ suggests that Alexis has been ingesting rat poison, so Dr. Finn gets to work and does more research to ultimately confirm TJ’s suggestion.
Finn warns Alexis that she couldn’t possibly be ingesting rat poison accidentally. Alexis will come up with a list of possible enemy suspects who would want her dead. Alexis is thrown off by Kendra Lennon (Michelle Argyris) as she recalls having her first batch of supplement looked over by her doctor and it was fine.
Neil Byrne(Joe Flanigan) is trying to get to the bottom of this. General Hospital spoilers hint that he will get close to figuring out who wants Alexis dead but at first he will point the finger at the wrong individual.
Alexis is on the mend and Kendra is boiling mad that her plan to avenge her brother, Kristina’s (Lexi Ainsowrth) ex-boyfriend, Keifer Bauer (Christian Alexander), has failed. General Hospital rumors claim Kendra will stop at nothing to take Alexis down, even if it means taking her out the same way Alexis killed Kiefer that fateful night.
