Willow Becomes Nelle 2.0?! …Little Miss Weeping Willow (as named by GH fans) Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) sure is going to have something to weep about soon enough. Her latest engagement with Congressman Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be her downfall. Soon, she’ll have lost it all- including her sanity. At least that’s what the latest General Hospital rumors suggest!
According to recent General Hospital news and spoilers, GH’s Katelyn MacMullen drops hints that her character may go through some unpleasant changes. Specifically, Katelyn mentions Willow’s sister Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). Yep, Willow is Nina’s long lost daughter, as well as Nelle’s long lost twin sister. The apples can’t fall that far from the tree, so they’re bound to have a little bit of crazy within them.

Moreover, General Hospital’s sweetheart dropped hints that her character might go through some changes. On the Daily Drama, Bradford Anderson addressed Willow’s bloodline, particularly the crazy that runs through Willow’s veins, inherited from her mother Nina and sister Nelle. She said, “well, there’s been certain moments where we’re like, ‘Oh, maybe that’s a little bit of ya know, biology happening.” Based on Willow’s family ties, Steve Burton came to a hypothesis. “So they set Willow up with the crazy gene just in case,” he assumed. That’s when MacMullen said, “yeah, just in case,” and confirmed his prediction. Then, Steve and Katelyn left things to the imagination and both actors stated, “you never know.”
