General Hospital News: 2 Former GH Employees Sue ABC For Religious Discrimination

Back on November 1st, ABC and General Hospital’s vaccine mandate too effect, having each and every employee, cast and crew, to mandatorily receive the Covid vaccine.

General Hospital news and spoilers have previously reported on ABC’s mandate, naming two essential members of the cast; Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Ingo Rademacher (Jasper “Jax” Jacks), who were let go when they declined receiving the vaccine.

GH news reports confirmed that Ingo initiated a lawsuit against ABC after being denied religious exemption. Steve was also denied exemption.

Newly reported General Hospital news and spoilers confirm two additional employees of ABC have now sued the network over it’s mandate. Two essential crew members, Jim Wahl and Timothy Wahl, are exercising their rights and filed lawsuits with ABC and Disney after being denied religious exemption. ABC and Disney declined to comment on the current state of affairs.

And when asked about his newfound daughter Esme, he had a lot to say. Pertaining to the reveal of Esme’s mom, Lindstrom let GH fans in on a little secret. Jon said, “Oh, I think it’s great! It says a lot for the future, and it impacts Kevin in a way that I wouldn’t have expected, because he’s going to have feelings about what his brother was out there doing all those years. Also, here’s this niece, and how’s Kevin going to feel about her? He can’t just have her locked up like he can Ryan — unless she does something really bad!” Lindstrom laughs. He continues, “I think it bodes well for everybody, in terms of just things to play. And I think we’ll be playing a lot of that out this summer, but right now, of course, I don’t know what we’re going to be doing, because they don’t tell me anything.”

Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is looking for love but has been striking out. Ever since she lost the man she could see her potentially short future with, Britt has been down and discouraged by the games of life and love.

Britt’s string of bad luck seems to be the way the universe is leading her to Mr. Right. Britt put her pride and fears aside and went ahead and joined a dating service, just to get stood up. Her hope for finding love at the Society Setups event may have been crushed just as she was almost crushed when Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) dropped from the sky and into the Metro Court pool.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Spinelli has a lot more to do with Society Setups than his friends know. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has been trying to figure out what her buddy has been hiding, but nothing seems to add up.

She’s willing to take the wrap for her friend, especially since Trina is already under the law’s microscope. When faced with everyone’s question regarding how Laura and Cynthia get through the anger and tension in their scenes as Carly and Nina, Emmy winner Laura Wright explained, “It’s being aware to separate,” Laura said, “and really drop it into when you want to go full on.” Laura continued to explain how she and Cynthia manage by adding, “You don’t want to so worry about the other person,” she added, “because you lose what you need to do for you [in the scene], so you trust that the other person has it figured out” as well as you have.

Ultimately, there is one ritual that seals the deal for ensuring these ladies maintain their close friendship and not let their roles and hating one another in a scene get in the way. Laura confessed, “the hug afterwards is so nice.”
