Drew and Carly get engaged!?! Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is as selfless as they come. Sadly, years of life were lost when the eccentric Cassadine’s used him in another one of their worldly takeover, evil-dictator type of plots. Now, his connection to Port Charles and experience as a Cassadine prisoner awakened a calling.

Now, let’s get real about this dangerous mission. As General Hospital’s 60 years tells it best, hunting Cassadine’s is no walk in the park. Due to that fact, Carly worries heavily about Drew’s safety. Although, the mission’s end goal is necessary. Obviously, Willow’s chosen family will do anything within their power to save her. After a near death experience, Drew and Carly makes an impetuous decision. Meaning, Drew may be certain he wants to spend the rest of his life with Carly. Sonny Corinthos and his daughter Kristina are as close as can be. Over the years, their relationship has stood the test of time. Even through her teen years and awkward moments, Kristina and Sonny grew together instead of apart. As she grew and changed, Sonny always supported his daughter. Now, even as an adult, Kristina looks to her father’s support for comfort. Thankfully, she still has dear ole dad around to pick her up when she’s down.
Meanwhile, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) still plans to carry out Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell) orders to bust Sonny. As GH recaps recall, Michael hired Dex as an informant to investigate his own father. Along the way, Dex fell in love with Michael’s stepsister Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Conveniently, she shares the same opinion about Sonny as Michael. So together, the three of them agree that taking down Sonny is the best option for all.
