It’s been a hot minute since we’ve seen Milo Giambetti, and fans have been asking what ever happened to him.
Milo’s most recent storyline had him pining over Lulu Spencer. She experienced a traumatic event when kidnapped by a Cassadine. Upon her return from Stavros Cassadine’s capture Lulu didn’t remember Dante and the rest of her family. In fact, she couldn’t even remember that she was married at all, or the love shared between herself and Dante Falconeri.
General Hospital recaps recall Lulu having spent some time with Milo in his apartment while she sorted all of this out. Even though Milo was in love with Lulu, he knew better than to pursue anything with a married woman. After that, he quit working for Sonny as his bodyguard, and left Port Charles.
In a recent issue of Soaps in Depth, General Hospital spoilers reveal that Drew Cheetwood will be reprising his role as Milo Giambetti, on August 14th. Milo have his sights set on a new lady… rumor has it that he has fallen for none other than Head Nurse at General Hospital, Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy). Sonny (Maurice Benard) offers his ex-employee and current friend Milo, romantic advice.
General Hospital Head Writer, Ron Carlivati confirms via Twitter that Milo (Drew Cheetwood) will be back in PC, catching up with ex-boss, Sonny Corinthos. Cheetwood confirms via Twitter that he will be back at General Hospital for a few days this upcoming week.
Look for Max and Milo Giambetti this week on General Hospital!
Sam told Patrick how important he is to her- how important he has been to her since Danny got sick. She said she couldn’t have gotten through it without him. He was there for her yesterday and all the time in between. Yesterday, he held her close and let her talk about how much she misses Jason and how up until now, she has felt like he is out there somewhere.
Sam has been there for Patrick throughout the years as well. He has her to lean on when it comes to Robin, Sam has given him advice about Sabrina, and she is helping him investigate everything that happened the night that he and Sabrina were ran off the road. Patrick called Sam his “adventure buddy” but it looks like there may be something more between these two besties.
Patrick has known for some time that there is a possibility Jason is alive. For unselfish reasons, Patrick has not told Sam. Now that he thinks Jason is dead, per Robin’s lie to protect her loved ones, will Patrick go after Sam romantically?
How far do you think Patrick and Sam will take their relationship before Jason comes home to Port Charles?
There has to be a deeper, more dramatic reason for Levi to be in Port Charles than Maxie and Felicia’s priceless Aztec jewels. Perhaps his extreme skills of manipulation and scheming is a lovely trait passed down from a previous generation.
In a recent interview with Michael Fairman, Zachary Garred touched on the possibility of being connected to Port Charles by his biological Father. Michael Fairman asked, “So, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) really despises Levi! He has had him pegged from the beginning. What if turns out that Mac is really Levi’s father? Oh, the irony!” In response, actor Zachary Garred said, “Oh! If I could wish to be the son of somebody it would be John J. York (Mac) who is wearing a white pink checkerboard sort of golf pants right in front of us! I love him. Actually, that is the kind of guy I would like to have as my dad.” He later continued on to say that he is the son of someone in PC, but cannot say who.
Zachary warns that along with Levi’s new haircut also comes some new behavior.

Other than the fact that we all know Sam is Alexis’ daughter, the writers rarely touch on the fact that Sam is indeed a Cassadine. Alexis Davis, born, Natasha Alexandra Cassadine, is the daughter of Mikkos Cassadine. Helena was married to Mikkos and she murdered Mikkos’ mistress Kristen Bergmen (Alexis’ Mother) right in front of her. Alexis was traumatized by what she witnessed and experienced severe amnesia. She was raised under the assumption that she was poor and was given the name Alexis Davidovich. This story, similar to a Cinderella/evil step mother saga is what made Alexis who she is today. She is a Cassadine, but like her nephew Nikolas, she is severely lacking when it comes to being an evil sociopath like the rest of them.
Now that we have had a bit of a history lessen, let’s discuss where Sam and Helena fit into all of this. Sam is on the case trying to find out what exactly happened the night of Patrick and Sabrina’s accident. Molly told Silas that Rafe revealed to her that someone put him up to running Patrick’s car off the road. Victor Cassadine admitted to Robin that he was the one who get a hold of Rafe and convinced him to cause the accident in order to keep Robin in line. While Robin is working diligently on bringing Jason back to life, she is also there under strict order from Victor to bring Helena and Stavros Cassadine out of their cryogenic state.
What if…
If General Hospital rumors play out, and Helena is actually awakened by the brilliant Dr. Robin Scorpio Drake, we know that Helena will be out for blood. Sam and Helena have had little to no interaction with one another in the past, even though they are both Cassadines. Since Victor has Jason, and Sam is his wife, will Helena want something from Sam before she can see her husband? It would be an interesting twist to finally see these two pinned against one another. Sam is a strong, capable woman but Helena is pure evil. Do you think Sam would stand a chance against the legendary villain?
If you think Helena and Sam would make a great rivalry, share your ideas and thoughts on how such a story should play out. We look forward to reading your opinions!
Whether you are a die hard Steve Burton fan and cannot even fathom the idea of a Jason Morgan recast, or you are just a super fan of the character Jason Morgan and are ecstatic for the role to be taken over by a new actor, now is the time for all those emotions to come to the surface and well, explode with excitement. General Hospital fans just cannot put this one down! The buzz has never been greater than it is right now circling the news and rumors regarding our beloved Jason Morgan. As we know, Steve Burton will not be reprising his role of Jason (Quartermaine) Morgan on General Hospital. However, we do know that Victor Cassadine has Dr. Robin Scorpio Drake working to being Helena, Stavros, and Jason Morgan back from their froze, cryogenic state. Despite what Robin told Patrick, that she failed and Jason is dead, we know that she lied just to protect him, Sam, and her family. Jason is very much alive according to the evil Victor Cassadine. Soon Jason will be saved by his best friend.
Spoilers have been alluding to Jason waking up as early as this week (August 11th-15th) on General Hospital. Do not miss a moment of this long awaited story line to reach the moment we have all been waiting for.
SHARE this post if you are ready for Jason Morgan to come home!
It seems like the executives over at ABC’s General Hospital have been going back and forth on whether or not the iconic role of Jason Morgan would be recast after the departure of Steve Burton. Steve Burton played Jason Quartermaine (later Jason Morgan) for 21 years. After leaving General Hospital due to conflicts of interests with General Hospital executives, Burton soon after joined the cast of CBS The Young and the Restless as Dylan McAvoy. He has signed a 2 year contract with Y&R, therefore, has no intention of going back to General Hospital in that time.
Just because GH doesn’t have Steve Burton, doesn’t mean they can’t have the character, Jason Morgan. We have seen it done many times through General Hospital’s 51 years of existence, Amazing actors and fan favorites have been forced to be recast all the time. Edward Quartermaine, Carly Corinthos Jacks, AJ Quartermaine, Lulu Spencer, Nikolas Cassadine, Helena Cassadine, just to name a few. What makes Steve Burton any different? Although Steve Burton made the character of Jason Morgan who we all know and love today, there comes a time where the show must go on.
We have been hearing for many months now that the role of Jason Morgan would be recast, and the actor to play that role would be Billy Miller from The Young and the Restless. However, nothing has been confirmed or denied. Many credible sources have admitted seeing Miller around LA with GH cast members. When Miller was asked the direct question if he has joined the cast of GH to play Jason Morgan he danced around the question.
Due to many rumors circulating the media, fans were expecting to see Jason return to GH (in the form of Billy Miller), this August 7th-8th. After today’s SHOCKING episode of General Hospital fans are left with more uncertainty and confusion about this subject than ever before. Robin telling Patrick “Jason is dead,” is not exactly what fans expected to hear just one day before Billy Miller has been said to make his debut. It looks like Robin is willing to push Patrick over the edge just to be able to save him from Victor’s wrath. Robin denied that she is being threatened and being held captive. She assured Patrick that she is there because she wants to be even though Jason is dead. She is claiming that her research and work will be of the greater good and that she is helping terminally ill people in the future. What happens next? Is Robin lying to Patrick in order to protect her family?
We will be seeing some new faces on the set of General Hospital in the upcoming weeks. As the time for Jason Morgan to be awakened from his cryogenic state approaches, it looks like the Morgan family will not only be seeing a new face on Jason, but for baby Danny as well.
The Mother of current twin actors Jaxon and Jakob Kring has announced that the boys have been recast in the role of baby Danny Morgan. Danny is the son of Sam (Kelly Monaco) and ex-Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Check out the Tweet confirmation!
We just want to say thanks to all the fans and gh cast/crew for an amazing 2yrs 🙂 unfortunately the boys have been.. pic.twitter.com/PoXJvzf0Qr
There is one topic on General Hospital as of lately that just cannot be put down. Fans across the board can’t seem to come to terms with the fact that Steve Burton is gone from General Hospital and is not returning for the forseeable future. Steve Burton has signed a 2 year contract with CBS The Young and the Restless, as Dylan McAvoy. He is happy there, and has no intention of coming back to General Hospital as of now.
But what about all the hype that Jason Morgan will be returning to GH? As we know, Jason Morgan is presumed dead, Sam a widow, and Danny is left without a Father. All of a sudden, Victor Cassadine comes traipsing into Port Charles, pressuring Dr. Robin Scorpio to come away with him. He knows she would do anything for her best friend Jason, so he informs Robin that Jason is alive, and just needs some medical help to wake him up. So, now the fans are well aware that Jason Morgan is supposed to be alive. For months now, the media has gone back and forth on whether or not the role of Jason Morgan would be recast. Things finally seemed to settle on one particular rumor. The rumor that Billy Miller, (ex-Billy Abbott Y&R), will be taking over the role of Jason Morgan has seem to sit well with most fans. There are indeed still some fans that want Steve Burton or no Jason at all. If these rumors are true, we may be seeing Jason Morgan resurface as early as the first to second week in August. Sam and Patrick are investigating Nina Clay at Crichton-Clark medical clinic where Patrick runs into his wife Robin. Knowing that Robin is working on bringing Jason back to life, Patrick is aware that his best friend’s husband is most likely in the near vicinity. Even now, Patrick keeps quiet regarding what he knows about Jason, leaving his pal Sam in the dark about her husband.
Will these rumors regarding Billy Miller taking on the role of Jason Morgan come true? Officials have not yet confirmed this news, and no concrete validation of a signed contract has been revealed to the general public. However, many actors have hinted toward the mews that Miller has joined the cast of General Hospital.
Look for a possible Jason Morgan sighting this week on General Hospital!
Are you all ready for the storylines to pick full force? From Patrick and Sam to Nina and Silas, to Robin and Jason, get ready for an extreme August that will lead us into late Fall.
This week on General Hospital, Sam and Patrick head out on an adventure to dig up dirt on Nina Clay. Sam has her suspicions about Nina and she asked her pal Patrick Drake to accompany her in a quest to find out what Nina is really up to.
While at the clinic, Patrick remains silent about what he knows about Jason and what Robin is actually doing while she is away. We see Robin this week and she won’t be in Port Charles. Keep a look out for her at the clinic where Sam and Patrick are spending time looking into Nina’s medical files. Will Jason be right around the corner to where Sam and Patrick are conducting their detective work?
The amount of time Robin will be on screen is unknown. Actress Kimberly McCullough has not disclosed how long her stint on General Hospital will be this time around.
In the July 30th episode of Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report, James Franco was Stephen Colbert’s guest star. In the interview, Stephen and James discussed his new film Child of God, his degree in English that will give James a new title (Dr.), and much more.
When mentioning Franco’s upcoming accomplishment in education, Colbert jokingly asked him if he would be going back to General Hospital. Get it? A Doctorate degree? Haha. Well James clarifies that he will be receiving this degree in English, but… Are you ready for James Franco’s answer to Stephen Colbert’s question?
James said, “I would be a doctor of English, but I still might go back to General Hospital.”
I don’t know about you all, but this news is extremely exciting to me. James Franco was an amazing talent on General Hospital and it was such an honor for him to play on our beloved favorite soap. James is a man of many talents including acting, painting, directing, and teaching young minds as a professor at UCLA. What he brought to the table at General Hospital was pure, raw, talent which displayed a tremendous amount of mystery, drama, and excitement. As a fan og GH and James Franco, I feel we the fans would be blessed to be graced with his presence on our show again.
