General Hospital News And Spoilers: Breaking! Sydney Mikayla OUT As Trina Robinson

The role of Trina Robinson was originated by actress Tiana Le, popping up in few episodes from 2017. Sydney Mikayla took over the role in 2019.

General Hospital news reports confirm Mikayla is exiting the soap opera to focus on college. Previously, General Hospital news and spoilers revealed Sydney assured fans that Executive Producer Frank Valentini was gracious to work around Mikayla’s work and college schedules. Although still true, Valentini confirms that the decision was made by Sydney to exit the role. Revealed to Soaps In Depth, Frank Valentini cleared any confusion on the topic with this statement, “We love her and are sad to see her go, but of course support her decision and wish her the best.”

General Hospital spoilers reveal Mikayla’s last air date as Trina Robinson will be on Wednesday, March 17th. GH news reports confirm the role will be recast by Tabyana Ali. Ali is known for the voice of LeeLee on Shimmer and Shine, along with guest appearances in prime time tv on shows such as New Girl.
