General Hospital News: Daytime Emmy’s To Be Broadcast On Television!

There is a bright spot in all the sad news regarding General Hospital’s hiatus due to Covid-19. As we know, today is the last episode of GH until the cast and crew restart production. They are tentatively supposed to start taping in August.
On June 26th, the 47th Daytime Emmy Awards will air on CBS Network for the first time in FIVE years. The award show has spent many years in the back burner, only being able to be seen via Pop TV channel or streaming. In the past, the three main networks will trade off hosting this event, but before going to cable channels and stream, CBS became the home for the Daytime Emmy’s.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Daytime Emmy’s will be virtual, hosted, presented, and awards accepted, all from their homes!
This indeed is an exciting time for Daytime TV fans despite what’s going on around us. It’s definitely a silver lining!

General Hospital News: See What Maurice Benard Misses During Lockdown, It’s The Little Things

This global pandemic has taught the people of our nation and even the world some hard lessons. A great takeaway from this whole situation is that almost everyone can say they miss the little things in life. Things that we have previously taken for granted, such as material things, services, or acts we enjoy, are a luxury to some, convenience to most, but also can be a necessity. Something as simple as a haircut or getting your hair blown out and styled by another human can really make a difference.
In a recent Instagram post, General Hospital’s, Maurice Benard, aka, Sonny Corinthos, displayed a video of his hairdresser and friend over at GH giving his hair a blow out.
In the caption, Benard writes, “Do you know how bad I want to get my hair blowdryed by my friend @hairby_anzhela

What do you miss most about your daily life you may have taken for granted?

General Hospital Spoilers: Julian Weighs His Options, Will He Risk Hurting Lucas And Foil Nelle’s Plan To Save Himself From Sonny?

Julian Jerome (William DeVry) is stuck between a rock and a hard place. If he didn’t do what Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) wanted and marry her, then she would tell all about his involvement in Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Lucas Jones’s (Ryan Carnes) car crash. Julian himself is the reason his son Lucas was almost killed in a crash and Nelle wants the entire city of Port Charles to know it. But what she wants more is getting her way.
In the latest General Hospital previews, Sonny (Maurice Bernard) gives a stern order. General Hospital spoilers hint that Sonny and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) know that Julian only married Nelle to keep a secret in the dark. Julian will have to choose between being Sonny’s target until the day he dies, or his son, Lucas finding out that he caused the accident.

Is Julian that afraid of Sonny and Jason? Probably. Will he purposely foil Nelle’s plan to help her get custody of Wiley, and deal with the fallout from Lucas, to save his own life?

General Hospital News: GH’s Nancy Lee Grahn Has A Message To Those Judging Her Covid-19 Attitude

Nancy Lee Grahn, who plays Alexis Davis on General Hospital, wants those who judge her attitude during a global pandemic to get this loud and clear.
In a recent tweet, Grahn uses a GIF of her character Alexis, to express how she feels about being lectured about her attitude during this Corona Virus pandemic.
We all know this is an extremely stressful time, and what better way to lighten things up than some light hearted internet fun? Take a look at Nancy’s message…

General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Learns Nelle Has The Half Heart Pendant And Feels Compelled To Testify

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been in a long, ongoing search for her long lost biological daughter. Nina has a feeling her daughter is out there somewhere, but after being let down and trusting the wrong people so many times, parts of Nina wants to give up while part can’t let it go. Nina was recently shown holding onto a half heart shaped pendant.

Previously, General Hospital spoilers revealed that the other half of the necklaces was in the possession of none other than Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). Although Nelle has the necklace in her possession, things aren’t exactly as they seem.

General Hospital rumors claim the necklace actually belongs to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and got lost in the shuffle and left behind. It’s been noted that Willow’s mom, Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) travels light. Frank Benson has been rumored to have helped Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) with the adoption, giving Nina’s baby (presumed to be Willow), to Harmony. If Frank Benson took the necklace from Harmony, that could by how Nelle has it today.

General Hospital spoilers claim Nina will learn that is Nelle clutching the pendant and immediately get flooded with emotions. She’ll think she feels a connection with Nelle, believing she is her daughter since she has the other half.

At this point it’s uncertain whether nelle is actually Nina’s daughter, if she and Willow are twins, or if Willow is Nina’s daughter. General Hospital rumors are all over the place and no GH spoilers have been leaked to confirm any info.

General Hospital Spoilers: Robert Is Determined To Prove He Isn’t Chasing Holly’s Ghost, Is Holly Alive?

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has stirred the pot in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) world yet again. His supposed mother has his back no matter what. Although Anna is a smart woman, she seems to be blinded by her “son” and refuses to believe he could do the despicable acts that many have brought to Anna’s attention.

Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), Anna’s long time friend and partner, has tried to warn Anna that there is something off about Peter that he doesn’t trust. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) have also mentioned they think Peter has an agenda. Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is suffering greatly because she has been framed by Peter, and no one will acknowledge Obrecht’s pleas for justice.

Peter makes a lot of cryptic phone calls, Recently he reached out to his anonymous contact, scolding them for a foiled plan. General Hospital spoilers revealed Peter yelling that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) was not supposed to die. This was only meant to be a distraction for Scorpio. Anna and Robert discussed the possibility of Holly escaping death, but Anna warned Robert that she didn’t want to say anything until she had more solid information. Anna is afraid Robert cannot except Holly’s death and his chasing a ghost.

General Hospital news and spoilers indicate that the odds are Robert Scorpio is right. Anna’s judgement has been extremely clouded lately. She won’t listen to reason about Peter, even from her fiancé, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). General Hospital rumors claim Holly Sutton is alive, and Robert Scorpio is determined to prove it. Although Anna will think Robert cannot come to terms with Holly’s death, he will proceed anyway.

General Hospital rumors claim Dr. Liesl Obrecht will be the one to bring Holly Sutton to Port Charles, as a witness and proof that Peter was behind it all. Jason and Sam will have Robert’s back in his quest to find out what really happened to Holly. Will Anna ever see the light?

General Hospital Spoilers: Sasha’s Downward Spiral, Drugs And Cyrus Renault Take Hold

Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was being a selfish and noble human being when she sacrificed her relationship with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) so that he had a better chance of winning custody if his son, Wiley. Sasha’s ex-boyfriend, Michael and his new wife, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) have a vested interest in Wiley’s well being and will do and have done anything and everything to make sure Wiley is safe from his biological mother, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier).
Sasha is having a difficult time dealing with the ramifications of her and Chase’s (Josh Swickard) plan to push Michael and Willow closer, to marry, for the sake of Wiley.
Sasha is trying to juggle her career while going through such heartache. She’s vulnerable and gave in to that when she was offered drugs from an assistant at Deception.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sasha’s drug use wasn’t just a one time thing. General Hospital news and spoilers hint Sasha will fall into a downward spiral. General Hospital rumors claim Sasha will get tangled up in drugs which ultimately means getting involved with known drug trafficker, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Does Renault traffic more than drugs? Exactly what type of danger lies ahead for Sasha?

General Hospital Spoilers: Lucas Gets The Ultimate Revenge On Brad, Marries Nelle!

Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) has suffered a great deal due to the actions of someone who claimed to love him. Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) was Lucas Jones’ husband, the person he was supposed to spend his life and build a family with. This is what Lucas was lead to believe by his deceitful husband. Instead, their lives fell apart when the truth finally came to light about Brad passing off Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) son as his adoptive child, while making Michael believe his son with Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) had died.
General Hospital spoilers revealed Nelle Benson got herself a husband. The big question still remains… WHO the Hell married Nelle?!
General Hospital rumors claim Nelle went to Lucas with a plan, promising him this would be the best way to get back at Brad and to be a father to Wiley. Although Lucas will have reservations, as he cannot stand Nelle and doesn’t have any ill will toward Michael, GH rumors claim Nelle manipulated Lucas by using his anger for Brad and his weakness for Wiley has her tools to get her way.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Nelle is about to make a BIG announcement in the courtroom. Did Nelle marry Lucas Jones, Wiley’s temporary parent, to enhance her chances at custody? Nelle marrying Lucas would mean so much more than that to Nelle. She despises Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Michael, and since Lucas and Carly are half siblings, it would be a huge slap in the face to Carly and Michael, if Lucas married Nelle. Nelle would win on so many levels, but could Lucas stoop so low?!

General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Wins! See Why Nelle Benson Gets Her Way In Court

Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is a lying, scamming, criminal, crazy person who is somehow able to get her way one way or another. Nelle has a way with manipulating people. Whether she lies and gains their trust, or flat out blackmails the other party, either way, Nelle gets her way. Why would it be different this time?
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) are doing everything in their power to try and secure a win for Michael, in the fight for his son, Wiley. No matter what Michael and his family do to prepare and have one up on Nelle, she always seems to catch on and outdo what has been done. She’s really done it this time- or so she thinks she has. Nelle has gone and gotten herself a husband. Married Nelle feels more secure in her place to fight for her son. But who did Nelle marry?
General Hospital spoilers reveal Nelle married someone after learning of Michael and Willow’s plans. Is Julian Jerome (William DeVry) the new Mr. Nelle Benson?!
Despite the Corinthos family’s efforts, General Hospital rumors claim that Nelle Benson will prevail in court. Nelle has manipulated practically the entire city of Port Charles at this point and it doesn’t look like she has any intention of quitting.
Nelle works for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), allowing much time to get into Nina’s, convince Nina that her lies are the truth, makes her think she is a loving and deserving mother, all to weaken Nina so that she testifies on Nelle’s behalf. General Hospital rumors hint Nina will see Nelle struggling in court and this will pull at Ninas heart strings, making Nina feel compelled to step in. Nelle also has a fantastic lawyer, Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight).
Don’t underestimate Nelle Benson when she is positioned to fight for what she wants. Nelle has a personal mission to destroy her son’s grandmother, Carly Corinthos. She knows all about Carly’s past, her weaknesses, her mistakes, and what makes her vulnerable. GH spoilers suggest Nelle will use all of this, along with being Wiley’s biological mother, to her advantage in the courtroom.
Is the likelihood of Michael winning custody greater because he married Willow? Is Nelle a shoe in because she’s a mother? Or will the courts see right through Nelle’s scheme?
