Naturally, fans took to various platforms to ask the basics. When, how, who Jason will love, and how long he’ll stay, among other burning questions, filled the minds of GH and Steve Burton fans. First, we were told when, (March 4th), then GH news confirmed that Burton was able to return upon a lifted vaccine mandate. That’s when fans began to speculate about his storyline, such as when Jason will hall in love with. Having him back has increased ratings as Jason’s story is just beginning.

At least that’s the plan, anyway. Heather’s history of violence in Port Charles needs to end, once and for all. More importantly, Laura must protect her own family from Heather.

Heather has become a threat to Laura, Ace, Kevin and anyone else that Laura loves, now that Ace ties them together once again. As if Kevin and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) weren’t enough to keep Heather around, Esme (Avery Pohl) and Ace sealed the deal.

General Hospital rumors suggest that things may not go Laura’s way. Recently, she made it clear that Heather is unwanted, and that baby Ace (Joey and Jay Clay) will become a mere memory to his maternal grandmother. Ironically, after all that Heather has said and done, her biggest fear is being estranged from her grandson. After all, he’s all of her daughter Esme that she has left.

Truthfully, I’ve yet to hear or read a negative comment from GH fans about Mac or the man who plays him, John J. York.

York revealed that he’s making his first public appearance since his cancer treatment. The post informs GH fans of an upcoming event. York and his costar leading lady Kristina Wagner reunite for a GH Fan event via zoom. The event takes place on July 14th, and instructions to purchase tickets can be found in York’s X post below.

That’s when rumors really began to take flight. Suddenly, GH rumors claimed that Dex was adopted. And his biological parents are none other than Jason Morgan (Quartermaine) and Karen Wexler.

Laura Wright is no rookie. In fact, she’s been in the buzz for quite some time. The Emmy winning actress started off on a Soap Opera called Loving in 1991. Today, Laura’s been in the game for 30 years, and counting.

General Hospital star Laura Wright joined the legendary cast in 2005. She had big shoes to fill, and sometimes GH fans tend to express their opinions with vehemence. It’s not easy for recasts as they have to live up to a certain standard. According to past GH comings and goings news, Wright was the fourth actress to take on the role of Carly Corinthos.

First, Sarah Joy Brown originated the role and it was unimaginable to think of anyone else playing Carly. Then, Tamara Braun came along and GH fans were captivated by her raw emotions while portraying Carly. Sadly, Braun left General Hospital as well. Finally, Jennifer Bransford briefly stepped into the role before Wright took over in ‘05.

Reportedly, Laura has played Carly for nearly 19 of her 30 plus years in daytime television. Furthermore, shes worked alongside Mathison for about two years, according to recent GH news reports, Laura Wright reveals that Carly and Drew’s breakup scenes are her favorite scenes between herself and Mathison. Wright tells Soap Opera Digest, “I think they are the best scenes I’ve ever had with Cameron, ” Laura Wright confessed. “It’s some of the best work I’ve ever seen him do. He was so beautiful and raw.”
