Lives are about to be turned upside down as General Hospital returns next week with explosive drama, including a rare return.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Kim Delaney is jointing they cast of GH as a recast for the role of Jackie Templeton (Demi Moore).
Along with Delaney’s arrival to the GH cast, General Hospital spoilers reveal Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will have a revelation, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) warns Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy), and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) wants to be let in on a plan.
The city of Port Charles should be able to rest easy now that the woman who has terrorized so many, including kidnapping a child in the Corinthos family, has been found dead. Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) shouldn’t being a problem anymore. However not everyone is at ease.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jax (Ingo Rademacher) may face some dark music as a result of their lie. Although Carly may find herself in hot water with the PCPD, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is who Jax needs to worry about. Technically Jax wasn’t involved in Carly and Nelle’s incident on the cliff. However, he is the one who convinced Carly to lie, not only to the PCPD, but to her own husband, Sonny, and best friend, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
In a brand new, sneak peek of today’s GH, General Hospital spoilers reveal Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) casually mentions Nelle to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) as of she already heard the news. Nina was shocked, and turned to Jax for answers. But then the conversation gets interrupted by a knock at the door!
Is this the first time Jax is hearing about Nelle’s body being found? Maybe. But it’s definitely not the first he heard about what happened that night in the woods. Will Jax and Carly’s secret come between his and Nina’s relationship? I’ll bet on it!
Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) has always been a scheming slime ball, and his reputation still holds up today.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors suggest it looks as though Scotty is the one blackmailing Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) separately.
General Hospital rumors claim Scotty could have overheard a conversation giving the details of Nikolas and Ava’s marriage clause. Knowing the details of Nik and Ava’s arrangement regarding the Cassadine fortune, one would fww ewww welt benefit from using that information to their advantage.
Scheming, Scotty Baldwin is likely the person blackmailing Ava and Nikolas in a sad attempt to get money for the pics of each of them kissing other people.
General Hospital previews show a man in a gray suit, likely Scotty, talking to Ava. This is such a Scott Baldwin thing to do!
Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) hasn’t been the most understanding husband and father lately. Between his reaction to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) selling her shares to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), and his wife, Olivia Falconeri Ashton (Lisa LoCicero) running off with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) to see her son, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), Ned has displayed very selfish behavior.
Olivia’s attempt to see Dante was a bust, but she still stuck to her word to Robert and is now helping him in his quest to find the truth about Holly Sutton (Emma Samms). Running into Holly and Luke Spencer’s son, Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons) kicked this adventure up a few notches. Olivia found herself right in the middle of the action. When Robert and Ethan were taken and she showed up guns a blazon’ to save the day.
Meanwhile, back in Port Charles, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is struggling with the grief of losing her boyfriend, Dr. Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan), and on top of it, a personal health crisis.
General Hospital spoilers suggest Ned’s quick swoop in to comfort Alexis could be the beginning of something much more. Alexis and Ned have a romantic past, and sometimes old flames burn again.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors hint that Robert and Olivia are in the process of building an every lasting bond as they go through this adventure together. Robert has been right by Olivia’s side the entire time she has been grieving for and missing Dante. Olivia is returning the selfless acts by helping Robert in his quest to prove Holly is alive. All while running into extreme danger in the process.
General Hospital rumors claim Ned and Alexis will grow closer as will Robert and Olivia. The possibility of Olivia falling for Robert as Ned and Alexis fall back together after many years is high.
Is Olivia and Ned’s marriage strong enough to fight temptation from outside forces?
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has been dealing with minor ailments lately, but General Hospital spoilers reveal these minor ailments are small pieces to a bigger problem.
General Hospital spoilers and previews show, this week on General Hospital, Alexis meets with Dr. Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr) to discuss her current health issue. The reason behind Alexis’ sore and weakened wrist is due to a concerning health issue involving the bones.
General Hospital news and spoilers report that Nancy Lee Grahn will be a guest on ABC’s The View, to discuss her character Alexis and what she is going through. The official General Hospital Facebook page posted GH spoilers regarding Alexis’ health battle, while tagging the Take Charge of Osteoporosis, Facebook page.
Based on the GH spoilers posted on the official General Hospital Facebook page, General Hospital spoilers and rumors suggest Alexis will be diagnosed with osteoporosis, a condition in which bones become weak and brittle, causing pain. Osteoporosis occurs when new bone creation doesn’t keep up with old bone removal.
As if Alexis wasn’t dealing with enough already, emotionally, now she is facing an uphill battle physically. Hopefully Alexis can keep herself together for the long haul as she fights life’s obstacles as they come her way.
It looks like the end of the road for Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) battle with Alzheimer’s. It’s been a long road full of emotional ups and down. Although the inevitable ending is very sad, there have been moments of truth and happiness during the journey.
The Corinthos family banned together to support Mike and help him get through the worst of it. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has been right by his dad’s side through it all, making it obvious his love for his father is endless. Sonny’s wife, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), has been Sonny’s back bone and support as she is right by his side as he grieves for his sick father. Michael (Chad Duell), Jason (Steve Burton), Josslyn (Eden McCoy), Brook Lynn (Briana Lane), and those closest to Mike have been there to support Sonny and Mike through it all.
General Hospital spoilers reveal a new clip of this week’s General Hospital previews which show Sonny telling Mike, “I just want you to go in peace, and go with love.”
“Letting go of Mike is the hardest thing for Sonny.” -Jason Morgan
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is devastated after waking up to discover her boyfriend, Dr. Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) cold, lifeless body. The shock factor really set in when Alexis was told by GH doctors and the PCPD that Neil has died of an opioid overdose.
Alexis is convinced there has been foul play, and even DA Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) believes Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is behind Neil’s death. Things got complicated when Alexis and Julian Jerome (William DeVry) went back to her house and Julian discovered the used syringe.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Neil’s death will be investigated and possibly ruled a homicide, as opposed to an overdose, taking Neil’s own life. No signs have pointed to Neil using drugs, no red flags, no indication that Neil had turned to drugs.
Cyrus Renault has been moving drugs through Port Charles, using General Hospital as an outlet for his product. General Hospital rumors claim this is the beginning of a long nightmare for Alexis as she has been set up. The syringe found under Alexis bed will serve as “evidence,” and the fact that Julian didn’t leave it alone will complicate things further.
Alexis has a long road ahead of her as she struggles through her grief of losing Neil while she is a suspect for his murder!
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) plays the mysterious, charming, yet dangerous, man that women love and love to hate. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was head over heels for Valentin before finding out he was behind the lie that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was her biological daughter. They’re relationship understandably fell apart, and Nina has since moved with Jasper Jax Jacks (Ingo Rademacher).
In a recent interview with TV Insider, James Patrick Stuart opens up about his character Valentin’s happiness, love life, Co-star, Genie Francis (Laura Spencer), and why Valentin and Nina are not a thing of the past.
When asked about how he feels about his current script, if it’s an actors dream, Stuart responded, “It is…and it isn’t. You don’t know how you’re going to play something that’s so far out of your comfort zone. I couldn’t imagine a scenario like this [in real-life]. I’d go into denial before I’d let go of my child. I didn’t immediately see how I’d get to that place, but Genie has been a friend of mine for many years [since our days at All My Children where she played Ceara and I played Will]. We found the right moment together. It felt honest and I experienced something new. Can you imagine being that in love with someone that you’re willing to let them go?”
Regarding Michelle Stafford’s departure as Nina Reeves, and Cynthia Watros stepping into the role, James Patrick Stuart disclosed, “When Michelle called me and said, ‘I’m leaving,’ the blood drained from my face. She’s my friend. She was my doubles partner. We got each other. She’s one of a kind. She’s in her own category. When I hung up the phone, I couldn’t imagine the task of recasting that role. A few days later, Frank showed me a photo [of Cynthia] on his phone and said, ‘This is who I’m thinking of.’ I knew when Cynthia won the [Daytime] Emmy for [her role as Annie on Guiding Light] and I knew her from Titus. I thought, ‘What a spectacular idea!’ This is why Frank is running the show. Cynthia is very, very good.”
James Patrick Stuart also touched based on how he felt when he found out the man Valentin was responsible for killing was actually alive. When asked about Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), he said, “I was glad. Initially, I was only supposed to be on the canvas for 10 days. I’ll always be grateful to Michelle Stafford (ex-Nina), who grabbed me and said, ‘You’re mine.’ She needed a lover [as Nina had no love interest]. I didn’t think they were keeping me around so, initially, Valentin killing Nikolas wasn’t that big a deal. But then they realized, ‘Oh, that’s right. He did kill someone.’ I was always hoping that Nikolas would come back for that reason. (Laughs) Then, he threw Ava (Maura West) off a parapet so, he’s still a bit of a bastard.”
Stuart isn’t shy about disclosing Valentin’s feelings for Nina and why he is so drawn to her, even after their relationship has ended. He told TV Insider, “It goes back to when he first confided in Nina about his loneliness, isolation and physical abnormality. She’s witnessed his speech impediment. And she loved him all the more. He’s never been able to fathom not having her in his life. She’s the love of his life.”
In the wake of yesterday’s shocking episode of General Hospital, the internet just can’t stop as comments and questions keep flying across our screens. The shock value of the unexpected death of Dr. Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) is top notch. Fans and actors alike have chimed in via social media.
General Hospital news reports a recent tweet from Flanigan’s co-star, Nancy Lee Grahn. Grahn plays Alexis Davis, Byrne’s love interest. In her tweet, General Hospital spoilers reveal that it won’t be confirmed if Neil is actually dead until after today’s (Tuesday, September 1st) episode. Grahn goes on to mention she has played Alexis in GH for 24 years and listed how she has killed/inadvertently killed some of her lovers. She then proceeded to make a bold statement regarding Neil. Grahn tweets, “but I’ve never $*#&ed 1 to death.”
Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has presented himself to the general pi clock of Port Charles as an upstanding citizen. Although he is a highly dangerous criminal, DA Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) was forced to make an announcement, clearing Renault’s name and reputation.
Money to bail out General Hospital after being sued by Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), came from Cyrus. From the, Cyrus is now Chairman of the Board at GH.
General Hospital spoilers reveal major changes are on their way to General Hospital, which includes changes in staff.
General Hospital rumors indicate Cyrus will appoint a new Chief of Staff that will rock GH. General Hospital spoilers and rumors hint that Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) will be replaced as Chief if Staff, and the replacement is rumored to shock fans and Port Charles alike!
