Ava Jerome (Maura West) has gone from a ruthless mobster to a loving mother and a dear friend. While there’s no doubt that she is a loving mother to her daughter Avery, her status as a “dear friend” is what’s in question.
Most definitely, Ava is a good friend to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). What’s between them is more than a friendship because Ava sees Trina as another daughter. Avery Corinthos is the light of Ava’s life, but losing Kiki (Hayley Erin) left a hole in her heart. Thankfully, Trina and Ava clicked. By no means does Trina take Kiki’s place, but she helps fill that void for Ava.
Port Charles is a small town, but Trina isn’t Ava’s only friend. Ava is a socialite. So she flutters around town making acquaintances, but has few deep connections. Seemingly, her strongest adult friendship is with Nina Reeves. Ava and Nina‘s friendship is quite strange given their history. According to GH, recaps, Nina kidnapped Sonny and Ava’s daughter Avery at birth. She went on to become Nina’s bestie and married Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Go figure.
As it turns out, GH spoilers and rumors tease that Nina and Ava aren’t really friends at all. Could it be that Ava’s playing Nina and has been this entire time? I mean, what mother can forgive her child’s kidnapper and then become the best of friends? Maybe only if that mother was psycho too!
It’s inevitable. Unfortunately, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) faces a losing battle with ALS. It’s a disease without a cure and time isn’t on his side. Gregory’s most important wish is to see his son Chase (Josh Swickard), and his fiancé Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) tie the knot.
Although it’s unlikely, many GH fans hold out hope for a miracle. Gregory is a beloved character and the audience doesn’t want to see him go. Sadly, the character and actor’s departure is inevitable after an ALS diagnosis. According to recent GH spoilers and rumors, Gregory’s time is coming to an end.
Finn Leaves Port Charles After Gregory’s Death
However, GH comings and goings rumors suggest that he isn’t the only one making an exit. Apparently, GH star Michael Easton who plays Hamilton Finn, shared some questionable posts on his new Instagram account. According to recent General Hospital news and spoilers, GH’s Hamilton Finn shared nostalgic photos and clips from his career in the acting industry. The account is new, so it could just be that Easton wanted to build content on the page. But General Hospital rumors speculate that there’s a deeper meaning behind this recent posts.
Recent GH rumors tease that his father’s death hits Finn hard. As a way to reset, he leaves PC and follows his passion for Doctors Without Borders. Will Finn leave Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) behind?
It’s official that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) hasn’t been the same since he returned from Pentonville. He’s still the kind and generous Drew we’ve come to know, but that Drew now comes with boundaries.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Drew is headed down a dark path. He’s already begun to show signs of new character development. It started back with Sam and Drew’s disagreement about Scout’s school. Then, he made some impulsive decisions regarding Nina. Most recently, he abruptly broke up with Carly just because Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) came back. GH recaps recall that Pentonville seems to be Drew’s trigger, along with the woman who put him there.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that anger lives deep within Drew. He’s ready to release it upon any enemy. God help the next person who ruffles his feathers, as they may meet the same fate as Agent Cates, or worse. According to GH rumors, Drew orchestrated Jagger’s beating and this is just the beginning. He makes it know that he’s not going to let Jason’s drama get the best of him, or let it control his life. After Agent Cates approached Drew, he could have felt threatened, resulting in the idea that he had to take some sort of action.
Meanwhile, Carly becomes witness to a brutal beating. Because of his changed demeanor, GH fans wonder if Drew orchestrated Jagger’s beating. Do you think that he’s behind the savage attack on Agent Cates?
Jason and Carly’s friendship has stood the test of time. But is it really simply friendship that has overcome every single including death? These two have been through it all together, and it’s not like they plan to give up on each other any time soon. If it were up to Jason and Carly, what they have would last forever.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is fresh out of her relationship with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). It’s not that she’s looking for love again, but it’s something that’s been there all along. The one just might be right where Carly least expects it. Naturally, it’s plain to see that Jason and Carly have something special. Since he’s been back, their feelings seem stronger than ever before.
Jason (Steve Burton) has had his share of true loves. First, Sam McCall and Jason Morgan have been through it together. From their adventures and dangerous missions to their simple nights with Noodle Buddha carryout, Jason and Sam had everything. Then, Sam did a 180° and decided that Jason’s life was too dangerous now that kids came into the picture. JaSam fans are torn as some can’t believe Sam could turn on him. Does he deserve better?
GH recaps highlights Jason’s intense romance with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). The early 2000s brought on the JaSam and Liason wars as Jason and Sam fans and Liz and Jason fans were at odds. Elizabeth and Jason fell apart in the usual way. Despite not making it as a couple, their loyalty to one another remains strong.
In recent years, Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) stole Jason’s heart for a brief moment in time. She trusted him with her innermost secret about her health, and he valued her faith in him. Sadly, Jason was lessons dead and then Britt died from complications from the hook killer attack.
Will Sam and Elizabeth go another round in the fight for Jason’s heart? Or will Carly be the last woman he gives his heart to?
I don’t know how Sonny keeps up with all the women who come to pass in his life. For the most part, many of Sonny’s ladies get along just fine. In fact, Carly and Ava were even cooperatively co-parenting.
According to the latest General Hospital spoilers and rumors, sonny’s moved on from Nina and ready for his next romantic prospect. Despite the overwhelming fan popularity, GH rumors tease that Sonny and Carly aren’t getting back together just yet. Apparently each will move on to others before their relationship comes full circle.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tears that Ava Jerome(Maura West), Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), and Natalia Rogers Ramirez (Eva LaRue) could be in the runnings. Although Ava and Sonny have been spending a lot of time together, Their history seems too complicated for Anything more than a romp in the crypt. As for Lois, She in the port Charles mobster go way back. After all her best friend, Olivia is Sonny’s ex and they share their son Dante. Not that that really matters because ironically, Olivia is now married to Lois‘s ex-husband Ned (Wally Kurth).
That brings us to the new girl in town, Natalia. Blaze’s mom is a force that’s for sure. She knows what she wants and how she feels, and she’s not afraid to say it aloud. She and Sonny seem to be hitting it off. But GH rumors tease that the witty banter and casual conversations could soon take a turn. According to GH spoilers and rumors, Natalia makes trouble for the Bensonhurst crew, including Sonny.
So far, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) has had a taste of Natalia’s sass and spice. And soon, Sonny will find out what she’s is all about. The latest GH spoilers tease that trouble starts when Lois and Natalia butt heads. Will Blaze and BLQ be the source of their mother’s problems?
There’s no doubt that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is the most sought after man in Port Charles. Whether it’s desire or disdain, the women of Port Charles have big thoughts about the charming and lovable mobster.
At this point it’s pretty obvious that Sonny has moved on from Nina (Cynthia Watros). Lately, she hasn’t even crossed his mind. On the other hand, Sonny’s living rent free in Nina’s mind. Meanwhile, Sonny spends most of his time with Ava Jerome (Maura West). So much so that Michael (Chad Duell) and Carly (Laura Wright) are suspicious of her motives.
According to GH spoilers and rumors, Sonny’s next leading lady isn’t who most of us expect. Many fans have hoped for a CarSon reunion since Nina swept in and stole him from Carly. Eventually, I think that Sonny and Carly will find their way back to each other. GH rumors hint that it’s not going to be that simple. Now that Sonny and Carly are both on the market, it’s unlikely they’ll limit themselves to each other. True, Things may not have worked out between Sonny and Nina, and Carly and Drew, but that doesn’t mean Sonny and Carly will get back together so soon.
Lois and Sonny go way back, Ava and Sonny are two peas in a mobster pod. Then there’s Natalia. The new woman in town whose daughter is dating Kristina. Despite her snarky comments, Sonny and Natalia seem to be hitting it off. And of course there’s Carly. She and Sonny are the IT couple of Port Charles, and many GH fans have shipped them for decades.
Is there a new lady out there somewhere for Sonny, or are he and Carly endgame?
There’s much speculation surrounding Nicholas Alexander Chavez’s General Hospital status. It was confirmed that the Emmy winning actor would take a temporary leave from TVs longest running drama. Chavez is starting in the Netflix thriller Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story as Lyle Menendez.
General Hospital news reports confirm that Nicholas Chavez’s last air date was January 31, 2024. Previously, GH Blog shared news regarding Chavez’s GH status. According to GH spoilers, Nicholas Alexander Chavez’s exit was only temporary. In fact, GH spoilers reported that he’d return to GH in about three months time. However, updated GH news reports indicate that it’s not likely he’ll return to General Hospital. Recent clues have led to the latest reports on Chavez’s GH status.
Back on March 27th, GH Blog observed and shared a major clue about Chavez’s future with General Hospital. Instagram revealed that Chavez had removed all GH related images and unfollowed the GH cast on X. Aside from Executive Producer Frank Valentini, Nicholas doesn’t follow anyone at GH.
Nicholas Alexander Chavez Exits GH

GH news reports have yet to confirm Chavez’s exit. Please check back with GH Blog for any updates on his General Hospital status.
When I think of Tracy Quartermaine I don’t typically see her as a soft or warm person. In fact, many GH fans (among Port Charles residents) see her as quite the opposite. Tracy comes across as blunt, and even abrasive in many circumstances. But lately she’s shown a slightly vulnerable side to herself.
It’s not like she’s done a whole 180°, but Tracy is noticeably different than she was even three months ago. She’s more open with certain people, and it seems easier to make her smile. Tracy looks like she’s most comfortable around her granddaughter Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), and her good friend Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison). Despite her more understanding and kinder demeanor, Granny Q. might be depressed.
Is Tracy Quartermaine Depressed?
GH recaps recall that Tracy and Dr. Randolph (Cassandra James) briefly discussed Tracy’s mental health. Dr. Randolph brought up the subject of depression. First, Tracy resisted. But then that softer side of Tracy started to come out as she listened to Dr. Randolph. GH spoilers suggest that Tracy self reflects and tries to make some changes in her life. So far she seems to be in the right track. Will Tracy be able to turn to nourish her mental health in time before a crisis strikes?
Although a few actors have played Luke and Laura’s son Lucky Spencer, Jonathan Jackson is most recognized for the role. Jackson nor his character Lucky Spencer have been seen around Port Charles in years. But thankfully the role of lucky hasn’t been killed off, and there’s a chance that someday he’ll return.
Over the years, Jonathan Jackson’s look has varied from short to long hair, but never quite like this. According to General Hospital news, Jackson revealed a much longer hairstyle via Instagram. He informed fans his new movie, Unsung Hero is the reason for this Lion’s mane look.
If you’re missing Lucky Spencer and Jonathan Jackson on screen, then check out the Unsung Hero movie, in theaters on April 26th.
There’s no doubt that breaking up is hard to do. Either you’re confident that it’s over and need to move on, or you’re unsure of what just happened between you and the one you love. Plus, there’s much more in between, and there’s two sides to every story.
Just yesterday Josslyn told her mom that she and Dex haven’t spoken since the breakup. That’s when Carly asked Joss what she’d do if Dex reached out. According to General Hospital spoilers and previews, Joss and Dex reconnect somehow. But there encounter isn’t exactly the time for gushing over each other and confessing how much one missed the other. Instead, Josslyn shoots down Dex and can’t even believe his plan.
Joss and Dex Reconnect- Will They Ever Get Back Together?
GH spoilers revealed that Joss may not be in board with Dex’s plan, but will she shoot him down for a second chance at their relationship? Josslyn has been madly in love with Dex from the start. Their passion and chemistry was the driving force for their romance. So, can they just let it all go like that with a snap of their fingers? If I had to guess, I’d say no. Odds are they these two will find their way back to each other.
