If you hadn’t watched General Hospital’s spin off Port Charles some ten years ago, than you probably wouldn’t have much of an idea as to who they were talking about today on GH in regards to the Vampires. Back in the day on Port Charles, King of Vampires, Caleb Morley had two alternative identities One was Michael Morley, a former Priest, and the other was a rock star named Stephen Clay. His stage performances included ‘acting’ like a Vampire. Lucy still believes that the danger in Port Charles is because of the evil doing of a Vampire, named Caleb. McBain tries to explain to her that Stephen Clay is just a sick serial killer.
Hi all! I know I don’t typically post about outside projects or what the actors are doing in their personal lives, (except Kelly Monaco and DWTS), but I felt that Maurice’s amazing work should be recognized. Not only is he a General Hospital vet who we can’t imagine the show without, his talents exceed more than what we see every day at 2PM. It’s apparent in his work that he is an extremely talented actor. His multifaceted artistic talents never cease to amaze. Now GH’s favorite mobster, Sonny Corinthos, played by Maurice Benard, is stepping into a new role in a film called “The Ghost and the Whale.” We are very excited to get to see him in another project along with his work on General Hospital. Check out the 30 second trailer of the film!

Prospect Park just released a statement regarding the status of characters John McBain, Starr Manning, and Todd Manning. They said that they are willing to work something out to be able to share the characters so that this results in a win-win situation for everyone involved. GH fans have grown to love these characters and were saddened to hear of their possible departure from Port Charles. OLTL fans also want their beloved characters. So hopefully this way, everyone can be happy. Judging from this week’s General Hospital Blog Poll results, the fans really want this trio to stay. 61% of fans want then to stay in Port Charles, 29% would like them to be shared between PC and Llanview, and the remaining 10% say they should be in Llanview. Basically 90% want them in some way to remain at General Hospital.
Today on General Hospital you saw some faces that may or may not have been familiar to you. If you watched Port Charles, you would recognize Erin Hershey Presley as Alison Barrington Kovich. She returned today on GH, along with her son, Rafe and GH vet Jon Lindstrom (Dr. Kevin Collins).
After 21 years as General Hospital’s popular character, Jason Morgan, Steve Burton announced that he was leaving his career at GH to fulfill his and his family’s dream of moving to Tennessee. Just a few months after his exit, there is talk of the soap star heading over to Y&R. The news is puzzling to fans, and we will have to wait for the full story. In the mean time check out this article from TVGuide.com on the topic. Click here.
Hi everyone! I hope you are all enjoying this holiday season. I wanted to thank all of you for reading my blog and keeping your interest in General Hospital. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and holiday season! General Hospital always brings a smile to my face during the holidays. I can’t wait to laugh, cry, and experience the drama of Christmas in Port Charles! Merry Christmas!!! God Bless.
There is a new Twitter account related to General Hospital and it has to do with Alexis’ girls… and I’m not talking about Sam, Kristina, and Molly either. This Twitter account @Alexisgirlss is dedicated to the GH Character, Mother, Lawyer, and sexy lady, Alexis Davis and her boobs. Lately they have been making more and more appearances on the show and getting lots of attention. So much that a fan decided to make this Twitter account. I think it’s fun, fresh, and hilarious. Nancy Lee Grahn herself approves and follows the account. Below is a recent tweet from Nancy related to her “girls” Twitter account.
Vanessa Marcil is one of my favorite actresses of all time. I have even acquired some of her character Brenda Barrett’s mannerisms and habits, like her spontaneous burst of laughter, and her long sleeves in the cold months… and even the infliction in her voice when she is speaking about something she is passionate about. This is Brenda I am talking about, not Vanessa. I don’t know her personally unfortunately, but I do follow her on Twitter and have the privilege of her following me back! In the last week Vanessa has hinted via Twitter that she will be returning to TV and that she is starting to shoot this week, yet she has not revealed what her new project is. As a GH fan, I sure hope it has something to do with the show, but as a Vanessa fan, I am happy for her in whatever she has going on in the working world. What do you all think Vanessa might be up to?
Here is a clip of an interview after Kelly (Sam, GH),and Val performed their first dance of the season on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars All Stars Season! She is so funny, and these two seem to have a mutual admiration for one another. They are too cute! Click here to watch the video and read about the interview.
