There’s no such luck for Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis). The mayor of Port Charles thinks it’s best that Heather Webber be on her merry way. Off to federal prison she goes. At least that’s the plan, anyway. Heather’s history of violence in Port Charles needs to end, once and for all. More importantly, Laura must protect her own family from Heather.
Heather has become a threat to Laura, Ace, Kevin and anyone else that Laura loves, now that Ace ties them together once again. As if Kevin and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) weren’t enough to keep Heather around, Esme (Avery Pohl) and Ace sealed the deal.
General Hospital rumors suggest that things may not go Laura’s way. Recently, she made it clear that Heather is unwanted, and that baby Ace (Joey and Jay Clay) will become a mere memory to his maternal grandmother. Ironically, after all that Heather has said and done, her biggest fear is being estranged from her grandson. After all, he’s all of her daughter Esme that she has left.
