She arrived in Port Charles as Lois Cerullo in 1993. And in just four short years, Sofer’s role became iconic.
What a great time to reflect on iconic GH eras. The 1990s was such a great time in Port Charles. Aside from having been the time I first starting watching GH, the early 1990s was the beginning of making history. The Nurses Ball, the iconic island storyline, and HIV/AIDS Awareness, kicked off the early 90s. Additionally, Jason Quartermaine (Steve Burton) was still wearing argyle sweaters, and Brenda and Sonny were just getting started. Undeniably the 90s vibe in Port Charles was unforgettable.

…Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) is one of those chill guys that you can count on to diffuse a heated situation, or be your Knight in shining armor. He’s a family man and loves to be around whenever his business life doesn’t whisk him away to Australia.
According to previous GH news reports, Ingo Rademacher left General Hospital in November, 2022. The news came as a shock to GH fans as reports confirmed Ingo Rademacher was let go. As GH recaps recall, ABC issued a Covid vaccine mandate. However, due to religious reasons, Rademacher files for religious exemption and was denied. Ultimately, Ingo and ABC parted ways. Furthermore, Ingo filed a lawsuit against his employer, but case was dismissed.
Is Jasper Jax Returning to GH?
General Hospital news reports confirm that the Disney corporation terminated their Covid-19 vaccine mandate in November, 2022. Since then, Ingo’s case against the company was dismissed. It’s unclear whether the 25 year GH vet has any bad blood on set, or if he’d even consider a comeback after how things unfolded. What we do know is that Ingo Rademacher remains friends with many of his former co-stars and GH family.
Overall, Rademacher is doing well and carrying on with his wife and children. At this time it’s unlikely Ingo will reprise his role. Sadly, there’s no word about Jax flying into Port Charles on his private jet. But keep checking back for new developments!

Previously, All My Children fans couldn’t contain themselves when GH news and spoilers revealed that Walt Willey was heading to General Hospital. According to past GH spoilers, Willey goes from Pine Valley to Port Charles, and the best part is that he stays in character. Odds are we find out soon! As the story line unfolds, we think we might be into something here… Since he’s a Quartermaine, GH rumors claim Austin works for Tracy.
According to GH recaps, Austin Gatlin Holt is Jimmy Lee Holt’s son. General Hospital history tells us that Jimmy Lee Holt is Edward Quartermaine’s illegitimate son with Charity Gatlin. Additionally, Mason is said to be Austin’s cousin, seemingly from his mother’s (Charity Gatlin) side. Still, she was married to a Quartermaine and bore his child. Technically, only Mason and the boss know that answer. And Austin and Ava only know what they’re told. Austin knows better than Ava that Mason doesn’t mess around. There’s no wiggle room when it comes to negotiating a deal with Mason. That’s because Mason isn’t even the one calling the shots.

From diners to small town bars and night clubs, Port Charles residents have their favorite places to kick back. Currently, the place to be is owned by former P.I., Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). He opened The Savoy after deciding to take his career in a new direction.

As a police officer, Dante follows proper protocol when dealing with each case. A private investigator on the other hand has a lot more wiggle room regarding what they are and are not allowed to practice in order to crack a case. Some would say that a P.I. may even partake some questionable tactics. Eventually, Dante uncovers a truth he wishes he hadn’t.
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Cody Bell (Josh Swickard) team up to prove that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) framed Cody. Meanwhile, over at the PCPD, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) work hard to solve crimes and catch criminals. This particular case hits Dante close to home because his childhood best friend faces jail time.
According to GH recaps, Sam and Cody decide to go about the investigation without involving the PCPD. That means, Sam keeps her plans with Cody a secret from her boyfriend Dante. Just a shot in the dark here, but that’s not a good look for Sam and Cody. Despite both of their relationships with Dante, his girlfriend and best friend keep the investigation a secret. I think everyone can see where this is headed.

…It just might be Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) lucky day! While it’s true that many would argue otherwise, Ned’s (Wally Kurth) accident could very well be Brook Lynn’s stroke of luck. It’s safe to say that Olivia won’t share BLQ’s sentiments. Instead, odds are that Ned’s misfortune leaves Olivia feeling unmoored as the unexpected incident that left Ned hanging on for dear life.
Oddly enough, Ned’s daughter isn’t the only one who could benefit from his near death experience. According to recent GH spoilers and rumors, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) breathes a little easier when she learns that Ned woke up with an identity crisis. For obvious reasons, Nina’s pleasantly surprised with Ned’s new persona. Furthermore, while some GH rumors hint that he’s faking the condition, others question why he’d pretend to keep Nina’s secret… unless he’s planning the ultimate exposure and needs time to her or right.
Meanwhile, Brook Lynn’s music career has suffered over the past couple years. She went from Singer/Songwriter to Songwriter/Manager when a tragic incident left her unable to sing. Ever since Chase (Josh Swickard) returned to the PCPD, Brook Lynn’s career as a Music Manager providing any managerial support.
