That’s when Spencer realized Esme and Ace were a packaged deal. So, Spencer and his ex became civil for the sake of his little brother. For the most part, they even began to trust each other. That is, until Spencer betrayed Esme’s trust.

Actually, Esme and Spencer were more than civil at times, downright having sub with baby Ace. Soon began to establish a mutual fondness for each other, but Esme’s pls feelings for Spence started to bubble to the surface.
