Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had finally come to terms with her battle with Huntington’s Disease. Also, she was coping with the loss of her love interest, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Furthermore, Dr. Westbourne and her mother were closer than ever.
GH recaps recall that Britt and Jason were well on their way to becoming a fan-favorite phenomenon when Burton was let go from the ABC Soap Opera. It took a bit for Dr. Westbourne to cope with his loss, but she was making progress. Then, Britt died tragically and inadvertently as one of the hook killer’s victims. That’s when Thiebaud announced that she was moving to London.
General Hospital news reports confirm that Thiebaud left the daytime drama series in the beginning of 2023. That’s when shortly after, ABC announced Steve Burton’s shocking exit.
Is Kelly Thiebaud Returning To General Hospital
Well, there’s no denying that GH fans received their most desired with when General Hospital brought Steve Burton back to the canvas. Now, general Hospital spoilers indicate that Kelly Thiebaud could live out the same fate. Will Kelly return to GH as Dr. Britt Westbourne? Recent GH news and spoilers indicate that Thiebaud dropped a hint on Instagram.
According to a recent IG comment, Kelly tells her fans that she has tried to return to General Hospital. At this time it’s unclear whether she was told yes, no, or not now. But “I tried” sounds like Thiebaud approached GH Executives and may have been turned down (for now). Despite the fact that we saw Britt die in her mother’s arms, it’s not uncommon for characters to Soap Opera characters to return from the dead.
Was Britt’s death too concrete to ever bring this character back?
Mayor Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) went down the road less traveled. She doesn’t have many supporters now that she is advocating for Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) freedom.
According to the latest General Hospital previews, Genie Francis shares the screen with Alley Mills when Laura pays Heather a visit. Port Charles is upon arms over the Mayor’s decision to pursue Heather’s metallosis as a way vindicate her from her past crimes. Understandably, Portia Robinson is Laura’s strongest protester because of Heather Webber’s threat to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Dr. Robinson can’t fathom how Laura could possibly believe that Heather deserves an excuse for what she’s done to so many.
Laura Spencer Regrets Helping Heather
General Hospital spoilers and previews tease that Laura pays Heather a visit. They’ll discuss Heather’s metallosis and her potential freedom. For the most part, the city of Port Charles doesn’t want to see Heather go free. Laura is risking her career as Mayor, sticking her neck out for a murderer.
Will Laura risk her career, as well as her relationships as she takes the nexts steps toward Heather Webber’s freedom? Whether or not Heather knew what she was doing, she still committed heinous crimes. At best, I think she should get to plead insanity. However, setting Heather free is a recipe for disaster.
General Hospital fan-favorite has evolved quite a bit over the past three decades.
Despite Steve’s deep association with the role of Jason (Quartermaine) Morgan, you might be surprised to know that he did not originate the role. In fact, Jason Quartermaine was introduced to the canvas in 1981. He was played by Quinn Carlson from 1981-1982. Then, Bryan Beck stepped into Jason Q.’s shoes from 1982-1988. Finally, the daytime drama did what the genre is known to do. They SORASed the Jason Quartermaine role and that’s when Steve Burton. took over and became a household name for millions of fans.
Over the years Burton has come and gone and came back to the GH canvas again. His departures always leave fans hoping and praying for a return. Luckily, all is right in Port Charles again now that Steve is back playing Jason Morgan.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Michael Easton’s goodbye video. Easton confirmed that he’s left General Hospital after ten years. Will you miss Michael Easton in his various roles in Port Charles?
Ryan Paevey is a familiar face to ABC’s General Hospital fans since his time on the daytime television drama as Detective Nathan West. “Detective Sexy Pants” got his nickname from GH fans who fawned over the dark-haired, sweet-natured member of the PCPD.
Paevey joined GH’s cast in 2013, and left the Soap Opera in 2018. Sadly, Maxie Jones’s (Kirsten Storms) husband Nathan West was written off the daytime drama. The character is as killed in the line of duty. Later, Ryan Paevey starred in numerous Hallmark Channel productions.

Moreover, Ryan went into more detail about his current status with the industry. He explained how recent times have changed his outlook on acting.
“I’ve had many years of smooth sailing, and am very lucky to be able to say that, but the waters have been much rougher the last year or so,” Paevey continued. “I know I am not unique in this; it seems nearly EVERYONE, in Hollywood or not, is going through troubled times to some degree. I’ve had bank accounts hacked, money embezzled, investments stolen….things that, while difficult, can be recovered from. But after all that, my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer. I left Los Angeles to be closer to her, and feel the need to devote more of my time, energy, and resources closer to home.”
Do you hope to see Ryan Paevey return to television?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors hint that GH will resurrect Morgan Corinthos. Recently, Craig has been dropping what fans believe are little Easter eggs for what’s ahead. Bryan’s latest hint was a message to co-Star and TV dad, Maurice Benard. It looks like Bryan and Maurice are in character as Bryan wrote “Happy Father’s Day,” to Benard.
Do you think that Bryan Craig is trying to tell us something with his cryptic Easter egg posts? According to GH spoilers, Frank Valentini teases fans about an upcoming surprise return. Furthermore, Craig’s suspicious X comments add to the recent GH rumors about his return. So, many believe that Sonny Corinthos’s son Morgan returns from the dead. Will Sonny and Carly reunite with their youngest son?
Jason Morgan has always been the reason that Sam and Carly resent each other. Despite how far they’re come, Jason’s two leading ladies can’t ignore the fact that they’ve spent their adult lives fighting for the same man’s attention.
GH history tells the story of how Carly and Jason’s history comes before he ever met Sam. Although romance wasn’t really in the cards for Jason and Carly, she’s always been Jason’s highest priority. That is until Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) came into Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) life. Suddenly, Carly was second fiddle, while somehow still remaining Jason’s priority. According to GH history, Sam and Carly had resentment toward each other as they fought to be Jason’s number one. At some point, Sam came first and Carly felt rejected. But everything. Smoothed out eventually so that they could all live in harmony. Then, Sam dipped out on Jason, and Carly remained his BFF forever.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that feelings get stirred up when Sam confronts Carly about Jason. His three year absence has left them full of questions. Now, Sam is the one with the answers. According to the latest GH spoilers, Sam tells Carly the hard truth about why Jason was gone.
Will Carly find out that she’s the reason for Jason’s troubles?
Do you remember when life was simple, and we could still refer to one of the most popular social media planforms out there as Twitter? Well, those days are gone and now we have X.
Despite its name change, X is still the place to be for TV fans to get the latest information on their favorite shows and actors. Of course, X offers a lot to various interests as well. Regardless of the name, GH fans flock to X to stay in the know.
General Hospital news reports confirm that General Hospital star Bryan Craig used the platform to tease GH fans. Recently, the buzz around the GH fandom hints that a major character return is on its way.
Bryan Craig Teases GH Return Amidst Major Character Return Rumors
General Hospital spoilers reveal that a big time return is in the works. According to X, Bryan Craig replied to a post by ABC Soaps In Depth, implying that he will return to GH as Morgan Corinthos. Morgan died in a car bomb that was meant for Julian Jerome (William deVry) in 2018.
What do you think? Could Brian Craig’s X reply indicate his upcoming GH return?
Sonny leaves town for Kristina?! Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) was once daddy’s little girl. Until very recently she and Sonny were thick as thieves. He continues to support his daughter in every aspect of life, but her feelings have changed. Kristina was Sonny’s number one fan. Sadly, daddy’s girl’s world came crashing down when she witnessed her mobster father as he beat the crap out of Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
General Hospital recaps recall that in addition to the @$$ handing Dex received, Sonny threatened to shoot him and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in the head. Stunned, Kristina stood inert as Jason put himself at risk to diffuse the situation. The scene left lasting affliction and Kristina questions if she knows her dad at all.
Sonny Leaves Town For Kristina?!!
According to General Hospital spoilers and previews, Sonny will do anything to hold onto Kristina. He fears that he’s lost her after his violent outburst. Evidently, the latest GH previews indicate that Sonny makes Kristina an offer. Since he can’t take back what he’s done, Sonny goes to extremes to make things right. GH spoilers tease that Sonny offers to leave Port Charles, never to return again.
Will Kristina take Sonny up on his offer to get out of town? Will that bring peace to the mobster’s pregnant daughter?
Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) is the number one priority in the situation involving Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Finn’s daughter is loved by many. But no know loves a child more than a parent. Sadly, Violet hasn’t grown up near her mom. However, the sweet little girl has grown closer and closer to her father through Hayden Barnes’s (Rebecca Budig) absence. Now she and her father are two peas in a pod.
General Hospital spoilers and previews indicate that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) do their best to help Finn. Well, in their eyes, they are doing what’s best to help Chase’s troubled older brother. But GH spoilers and rumors tease that they don’t exactly get the outcome they’d hoped for. Actually, GH rumors tease that Chase and Brook Lynn destroy Finn when they try to take Violet from him. As it turns out, Tracy (Jane Elliot) was right. Finn lives for that little girl.
Do you think that BLQ and Chase are taking things too far if they proceed with their plan to remove Violet from Finn’s home? I don’t typically give my personal opinion because it usually doesn’t go very well. But I have to say that I think BLQ and Chase are making a big mistake.
