For a while, fans were convinced that it would turn out Nelle wasn’t Nina’s daughter at all, but Harmony confirmed there were two babies- another half. The two halves explain the heart shaped pendant that Nelle had in her possession. Back when Willow came to visit Nina at her office, she mentioned that her mom, Harmony, packed lightly.
