The General Hospital cast is full of family. Some get along, and some don’t. And some are super loyal, while others plot against each other.

Mostly, mothers and daughters have either a deep bond with unconditional love for one another, or a strong hatred that could go one or both ways. Moreover, some mother-daughter duos like Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) had to build their relationship back from below ground level. Similarly, Carly Corinthos and Bobbie Spencer aka Barbara Jean (the late Jackie Zeman), also started off on two wrong feet. However some mother-daughter relationships ew simply beautiful from the beginning. Take Carly and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) for example. There’s no doubt that those two spitfires are thick as thieves. Well shoot, count Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) in there too!

General Hospital news and spoilers highlight mommy-daughter relationship that is strong even outside the set of General Hospital. Rebecca Budig and her television daughter’s real life relationship is even close than that they share in screen. In fact, Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) on-screen mother left Port Charles and she’s been raised by her dad.

Additionally, Violet’s aunt Elizabeth has most definitely played a large role in her niece’s life. But Hayden isn’t the only one that Aunt Elizabeth has gotten closer to. Liz and Finn are officially a couple. While Violet is comfortable around Elizabeth, things will be different while Finn is busy fighting the lawsuit. GH spoilers and rumors tease that now is the perfect time for Hayden to return.

According to GH news and spoilers, Rebecca and Jophielle reunite. Rebecca and her tv daughter spent time together recently, but they weren’t alone. A recent Instagram post displays a highlight moment when Rebecca and Jophielle hung out with a bearded dragon.

Rebecca Budig’s BIG GH Contract News

HaydencontractRebecca Budig joined the cast of General Hospital back in February of this year. She is well known for her role on the former ABC soap All My Children, as Greenlee Smythe. She joined GH earlier this year as a con-artist named Hayden Barnes. Hayden’s main story was revolved around the big Jason Morgan identity crisis. Last month it was announced that Budig was returning to General Hospital, she signed a contract with the show, and her character Hayden was waking from her coma.

General Hospital spoilers and news have hit social media with more details of Budig’s contract with GH. The actress has signed a whopping 4 year contract with the ABC soap. It goes without saying, but it’s apparent that Hayden will be sticking around Port Charles for the foreseeable future.

As a daytime favorite, Rebecca Budig stole the hearts of her fans with her memorable role as Greenlee on AMC. She is no stranger to daytime, and will make a wonderful, full-time addition to the cast of General Hospital.

General Hospital Spoilers: Ric is Threatened by Hayden

So far, things seem to be going swimmingly for Ric Lansing. He set his plan in motion and it is accomplishing his goal for getting Elizabeth away from Jake (Jason Morgan). Although Ric is unaware that Jake Doe is actually Jason Morgan, he is still hell bent on keeping him out of Liz’s reach. Ric wants his chance at love with Elizabeth and he is doing everything in his power to make that happen.

Hayden has been pretending to be Jake’s long lost wife, as she was hired by Ric to do just that. Apparently, Hayden hasn’t been properly compensated for a job well done at this point in time, and she is out for payment. She makes a threat for Ric to pay up or else… would she dare spill Ric’s secret and blow the entire thing out of the water?

This week on General Hospital, things may start to unravel for Ric. Will he be able to keep Liz once she finds out he is behind this scam involving Hayden and Jake?

General Hospital Spoilers: Will Nikolas Spoil Ric’s Plans?

Ric thinks his plan is flawless, Hayden is one hell of an actress, leading Jake Doe to believe he is really Jacob Barnes. However, Ric is unaware that there is one person in Port Charles who knows the truth about Jake Doe. Nikolas is keeping his grandmother’s secret, that Jake is actually Jason Morgan. Although Sam Morgan is Nik’s cousin, he still hasn’t told her the truth, that her husband, Jason Morgan is alive and living his life right there in Port Charles.

Since Nik got wind of Hayden’s arrival from Elizabeth that Jake is supposedly married, he is on the hunt to find this foe wife of Jason’s. Nikolas knows that it is completely impossible for Jake to be married to anyone else but Sam.

With all of the General Hospital rumors and speculations floating around in regard to how Nik is going to play this out, the question is, will he confront Ric and tell the truth, or will he make a proposition to Ric and/Hayden to keep this scheme going?
