Being the grandson of the legendarily lethal Helena Cassadine can’t be easy. In fact we know that Nikolas has been through some really horrible times as a result of being her grandson. Helena claims she acts out of love for Nikolas, and hopes that one day he will behave like a true Cassadine, but we know that she is pure evil.
Having Helena has his grandmother may actually serve as a benefit in this story line. As General Hospital spoilers and previews show, Nikolas makes a very blunt statement. Nik doesn’t really hesitate in proclaiming that he knows Jake Doe’s true identity, Jason Morgan. Nikolas confronts Helena regarding the situation with Jake and Luke Spencer. In questioning, he asks her why she chose Jake as her personal “soldier boy,” the man who she has condition to commit crimes on her behalf.
Now that Nikolas knows the truth, how soon will it be before news travels to Sam? Let us know if you think that Nikolas will keep this information within a select few, or if he will waste no time in letting Sam Morgan know that her husband Jason is alive and in the form of Helena’s science project.
Just as General Hospital fans thought they had their finger pointed at the mystery behind Fluke’s identity, the writers throw in some twists and turns. As Dante was knocked out and locked in the basement of the old Spencer home, to his dismay, he awakened to find a chair with a corpse sitting in it. Right then and there fans made a realization… that Fluke was talking to himself the entire time, thining he was talking to Luke all in his mind.
However, today’s episode of GH threw fans a curve ball. Since Dante found the rotted corpse, fans immediately figured that Luke was under Helena’s mind control, and committing these devious acts without Luke’s own conscious knowledge. Now that we witnessed Helena not being able to control Fluke, does that suggest that Fluke actually IS another person? Perhaps Helena got exactly what she wished for. Did Helena create a monster?
Let us know what you think! Is Fluke actually Luke under Helena’s control? Has Helena finally lost control of her own monster? Or is Fluke someone else? A Cassadine maybe?
February Sweeps has brought some extreme stories to General Hospital. The residents of Port Charles have been faced with a multitude of danger, all by the hands of Helena Cassadine. Helena has always been a feared villain in Port Charles, having a tight grip on the weakness of those she preys on. The Cassadine/Spencer family feud has been going on for decades, and this time Helena’s target is as direct as it gets. She has taken control of the head of the Spencer family, Luke.
Helena has put Luke in the position of hurting those he loves in Port Charles, along with controlling Jason Morgan with mind conditioning to do the same. As a result, their lives are at stake. After piecing some theories together, Julian Jerome and Sonny Corinthos joined forces and decided to break out of Pentonville for the sake of saving their sons. Fluke gave Sonny a warning that Michael and Lucas would be targeted in his evil scheme. Well Sonny does nothing better than protecting the ones he loves and at that moment he knew he had to act fast.
Now that Sonny took the bomb and all the people who were in attendance at The Haunted Star are safe, Sonny’s status of survival is uncertain. Saving everyone just may have made his son Michael realize that there is still good in Sonny, and that he truly does love him. Will it be too late for Sonny and Michael to reconcile?
In a recent report regarding the status of Maurice Benard’s contract with General Hospital, General Hospital spoilers revealed that Maurice stated he isn’t going anywhere and he will be staying at GH for another year. He signed another contract with the show, guaranteeing that Sonny stay with us.
Although today’s episode of GH with Sonny taking the bomb, and not knowing if he got away in time is undeniably mystifying and dramatic, it’s most likely just to keep the audience on their toes. There is no news of Maurice leaving his role as Sonny, therefore it’s highly unlikely that Sonny will die in this February Sweeps story.
What do you all think? Is Sonny going to die after saving everyone at The Haunted Star?
This past year, ABC’s General Hospital and CBS’ The Young and the Restless seem to be having fun playing a good game of actor swap. From Maura West to Steve Burton, 2014 was full of exchanging stars from one soap to the other.
Tristan Rogers is yet another daytime star that has bounced from Y&R to GH from time to time. Although the actor, and GH legendary character Robert Scorpio is currently away from GH as he plays Colin on Y&R, there is hope that he will be able to work out a deal that allows him to take part in both daytime dramas. Rogers just signed on with The Young and the Restless for another year, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that he cannot appear on General Hospital as Robert Scorpio.
Rogers expressed via Twitter that the issue regarding being able to appear on GH while still under contract with Y&R has yet to be resolved. That being said, it is highly possible that the two networks are ironing out an agreement to let Tristan Rogers return to General Hospital while he is also playing Colin on Y&R.
Rogers’ character, Robert Scorpio would fit perfectly into current story lines over in Port Charles. The identity of Fluke is about to be revealed, which Luke and Robert have a long history with each other. Also, Robin, Robert’s daughter, is still being held by Helena Cassadine. General Hospital rumors have indicated the return of Robin Scorpio in the near future. What better timing for dear old dad to return as well, right?
Let us know if you’d be excited to see Tristan Rogers reprise his role as Robert Scorpio on General Hospital. Comment below!
Jason Morgan and Samantha McCall because one of the biggest daytime super couples of the early 2000s. Their love story was full of romance, drama, action, twists and turns, humor, happiness, loss, and everything that make a couple a “Super Couple.” Social media took this couple’s love story by storm and soon enough, every fanfiction all pointed to one thing… JaSam is endgame. JaSam became the ship name for Jason and Sam and is now used when referring to the epic pair.
Before and after they finally got married, Jason and Sam had been through the best of times along with the absolute worst. Jason was there for Sam when she lost her baby Lila, Sam was there for Jason when his health was taking a turn for the worse, and the couple was even terrorized by psycho artist, Franco, just to name a few.
Sam finally got pregnant but it was far from a dream pregnancy. Since being stalked and terrorized by Franco, Jason and Sam were led to believe that Sam’s baby was a product of rape and not Jason’s child. After Jason “died” Sam found out that baby Danny was indeed Jason’s. Since Sam believes Jason to be dead, she has no choice but the live with the fact that Jason never got to know that they boy they both love, Danny, was actually his son and not Franco’s.
We all know that Jason is far from dead. He is alive and well and under Helena’s spell. Although he is walking among the residents of Port Charles, no one knows, not even “Jake” himself, that he is Jason Morgan, husband to Sam, father to Danny. In recent episodes, Jake is having memories and flashbacks of his old life and the people in it. This week on General Hospital, Jason was ordered to kill Sam by Helena Cassadine. While in Sam’s penthouse, his memory allowed him to see Robin and have flashbakcs of putting an engagement ring on Sam.
It’s pretty obvious that Jake is getting closer to discovering his own true identity. As Jason’s flashbacks bring him closer to finding out the truth, Sam may not be too far behind. I mean really, how can she not know that the man she has had conversations with is actually her husband. Will Sam figure out Jake is really Jason before he does?
True JaSam fans cannot even contain their excitement as they sit back and wait for Jason and Sam to have their epic reunion. Fear not, the reveal is inevitable. General Hospital spoilers indicate that Jason will be remembering who is is very soon.
While Jake still doesn’t realize he is Jason Morgan, he remains under Helena Cassadine’s mind control. Even though Helena told Jake he was Jason, she has the power to make him forget it all, and that’s exactly what she did. A few months ago Helena did tell Jake the he was THE Jason Morgan and that he was married to Sam Morgan. But of course, Helena used her mind manipulation to make Jake forget that important piece of information.
Helena’s latest mission for Jake is an order to kill Sam Morgan. Due to Sam’s impeccable instincts and P.I. skills, she has a huge hunch that Jake was the one that kidnapped her in order to distract the cops from Faison’s escape. Because Faison is the reason her husband Jason is believed to be dead, Sam won’t stop until she proves her instincts are right.
Sam and Patrick are on a date together and Sam cooked him a wonderful mean. The two have gotten past the lie Patrick told regarding Jason. They are moving forward with their relationship and taking their intimacy to the next level. As Sam and Patrick went upstairs, Jason walked right in her door. He is at Sam’s penthouse in an attempt to keep her quiet about the night Faison got away. Will he be able to go through with Helena’s orders to take Sam out?
General Hospital rumors suggest that Jake will start having memories of his true identity. Will he remembers he is Jason, Sam’s husband before it’s too late?
The mystery of Rosalie’s big secrethas been weighing on our minds for several months. Every time it seems like we were getting closer to the revelation, Rosalie would disappear from the canvas and we were left hanging time and time again. Now more than ever, General Hospital story lines seem to take an eternity to evolve and conclude. In the past year, stories have been written so that they linger on due to the fact that they are completely on hiatus and are not revisited for weeks at a time. That is absolutely what has happened with Rosalie’s secret. The writers at GH seem to be “taking turns” with the characters. Some characters will be up front and center for quite some time and then suddenly vanish from our screens. These characters are not written off the show, but rather just set aside for a later date. Most recently we have experienced this with Felicia’s election story line. It had been literally two months since this story commenced.Â
This week on General Hospital, we were finally able to get closer to Rosalie’s secret. She confessed to Michael that she isn’t actually a nurse. That she and Nina have been pretending that Rosalie is certified to care for others and give them medical attention as a nurse. If that didn’t seem juicy enough, there is definitely more to the story. Although it hasn’t come out of Rosalie’s mouth directly, it is safe to assume that Rosalie has a connection to Helena. Helena mentioned that she has someone on the inside working for ELQ that was getting hired on the spot. As the scene cut over, Michael and Rosalie were in a discussion about her starting to work for him. So is this part of Rosalie’s big secret? Rosalie is working for Helena and is going to help Helena take over ELQ from the inside. What more does Helena have up her sleeve for Rosalie?Â
Do you think there is more to this story? Does Rosalie’s secret go deeper than being Helena’s employee? Share your thoughts in the comment section!
In the last year or so, the executives at GH have been known for bringing back fan favorites and vet characters. With all of the WSB and Frisco Jones talk that went on last week, could the writers be giving the audience a hint? Last week when Maxie was in her air plane dilemma, she reached out to her father, Frisco Jones to come to her aid and get her home to Nathan before the new year. Also last week, Agent Sloan brought up the fact that Frisco was now the head of the WSB to Anna Devane.
If Jack Wagner does return to his role as Frisco Jones, there are many possible story lines he could tie into. For one, his daughter Maxie will always hold a special place in her heart for her father, also he has many long time friends and colleagues that could be part of a Frisco story line. Since he is now head of the WSB, there is potential there as well with the involvement in the entire Fluke, Jerry Jacks, Helena Cassadine saga, since Victor Cassadine and Anna Devane have been linked to the WSB for many years.
Many times, name dropping like this is a way for the writers to hint that a certain character may be on their way back to Port Charles… but not always. Jack Wagner (Frisco Jones) was most recently part of General Hospital during the 2013 Nurses Ball. When the character was written off, fans had expressed opinions that implied their favorite character had been written out of character this go around. Jack Wagner himself had trouble with the direction the writers had taken Frisco and it was no secret that Wagner left the show on rocky terms with the executives. That being said, are the General Hospital rumors about Frisco returning true, or is it pretty unlikely to see Wagner back in the role of Frisco Jones? Perhaps fences have been mended between the actor and TPTB over at General Hospital. General Hospital Blog will keep fans updated with any information confirming or denying this GH rumor.
What do you think? Would you like to see Frisco return to Port Charles to possibly redeem his character from his most recent visit? Comment below!
Patrick Drake and Sam Morgan have a long history of friendship. More recently, the two starting expressing romantic feelings for one another. Patrick and Sam kissed, and the Sam put her emotions back in check. She didn’t want to jeopardize the friendship she has with Patrick by taking their relationship to the next level. They remained close, and unexpectedly, Sam found out that Patrick had been hiding a HUGE secret. Sam was extremely hurt by the fact that Patrick kept the truth about Jason being alive from her. But all has been forgiven and the two have finally decided to look past their fears and try to be more than friends.
Patrick and Sam have plans to spend New Years Eve together which could lead to the start of something wonderful for them. Is the timing all wrong? General Hospital rumors insinuate that Patrick’s ex wife, Robin Scorpio Drake is on her way home. Unknowingly to Patrick, Robin is not actually living in France, she is being held by Helena Cassadine as part of her evil plan to control Jason Morgan. If the rumors are true, and Robin returns to Port Charles, will she stand in the way of Sam’s happiness?
Let us know what you think! Would you like to see Sam and Patrick happy together or should Sam and Jason be reunited? Do Robin and Patrick still have a chance?
Port Charles’ John Doe patient, “Jake” has been walking around the city and getting acquainted with people he was once very close with, as Jason Morgan (Billy Miller). Jake had no idea who he really was, and then one day, Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) strolls along and decided to clue him in on her diabolical plan to control his mind. At that moment, Jake learns that he is Jason Morgan and that he and Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) share a son that has passed away, and that he is currently married to Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco), and has a son, Danny (Corbin and Caden Rothwither). The catch was though, that now Jason doesn’t remember Helena said that at all because of her extreme mind conditioning.
Helena is using Jason’s impeccable skills as a body guard/hit-man to her advantage. She has him controlled, that when she gives him a job to do, he goes out to perform her request, and when he is done, he cannot remember that he engaged in those events. His first task was to distract the PCPD so that she could help Cesar Faison escape from police custody. In order to do that, Jake had to grab Sam and hold her hostage so that Anna, Dante, and Nathan were more focused on saving Sam, than what was going on in the background with Faison. Helena’s plan was successful and Faison was able to go free.
However, Jake may not be so lucky. Sam is a private investigator and has great instincts. In her quest to find the man that helped Faison go free, she realized that the voice of the man was a perfect match to Jake. He also said the exact same thing to her in casual conversation as he did when he was under Helena’s control. He said, “it’s not like I haven’t got all day.” Those words in combination with the sound of his voice rings clear to Sam, but of course, no one really believes her. Especially Elizabeth. Sam approached Liz with her theory and Liz basically told Sam to get lost.
General Hospital previews show that Sam confronts Jason aka Jake regarding the hostage situation. Will she get anywhere with him? Since he doesn’t remember doing it, and he has no idea he is really capable of pulling it off, he will most likely wonder why in the world Sam would accuse him of such a thing. Or perhaps it will jog his memory a bit causing him to have brief flashbacks. How do you think Jason will react to Sam’s accusation?
