General Hospital spoilers reveal Cadranel addressed the recast via Twitter, explaining to fans that the change was only temporary. She went on to explain that she had Covid at the time of the filing of this particular episode.

Their friendship serves as sort of a cleansing feeling for Harmony, knowing she could change and be accepted for her positive changes.
