General Hospital, Y & R, Days Of Our Lives: Beyond Salem, Stone Cold and the Jackal, and Port Chuck, are just a few of the reasons why Steve Burton is such a beloved actor. But he is best known in his iconic role as Jason Morgan in ABC’s GH.
Sadly, General Hospital fans were devastated when GH news confirmed Steve’s GH exit. It seems that Steve and Kelly Thiedbaud were headed down a news storyline path, when once again, Jason Morgan “dies.” Previously, General Hospital spoilers revealed that he, along with co-star Ingo Rademacher who played Jasper “Jax” Jacks, were let go over a vaccine mandate. Reportedly, the mandate was implemented by Disney/ABC Network. Fast forward several months and General Hospital news and spoilers reveal that Steve Burton has moved on from the 59 year old daytime drama and has joined the cast of Days Of Our Lives: Beyond Salem.
Steve Burton Shirtless With New Tattoo
General Hospital spoilers reveal a little look into his personal life. On April 12th, Steve shared a selfie which showed off his arm tattoo. The photo received comment from co-star and friend, Chad Duell (Michael Corinthos). Duell wrote, “Digging the tats Steven ????????.” It looks like Steve has had this tattoo for a few months, but has recently made his ink the focal point of some of his IG posts.
According to GH news reports, Steve recently shared a photo with his tattoo artist. The photo displays his new arm tattoo, and Burton captioned the pic, “legend in the tattoo biz, Joel Bones.”
General Hospital Blog would like to extend our encouragement to Steve. We absolutely LOVE your new ink and don’t believe for a second that a tattoo would hinder you from landing roles. Many of the actors have tattoos. In fact, one actor that comes to mind is Jason Thompson (Patrick Drake). Others include, Tyler Chistopher (ex-Nikolas Cassadine, GH), Robert LaSardo, who not only played Manny Ruiz on GH, but has a long list of acting credits which include CSI: Miami. LaSardo also collaborated with Clint Eastwood and Bradley Cooper in the movie, The Mule,Days star Landon Archey (Eli Grant), Lauren Koslow (Kate Roberts, Days), Kamar de Los Reyes (Antonio, OLTL), along with many more.
GH Fans On Steve Burton’s Tattoo: Let’s Stay Positive
GH news reports reveal that some fans have freaked out in the comments. Some claim that Steve’s tattoo will prevent him from acting (particularly returning to GH). Although most comments were positive and encouraging, a few nasysayers had to share their not-so-positive opinions. We see no reason why Steve’s new ink would ever prevent him from working in the acting industry. In fact, he already landed a new role on the 5 episode series, Beyond Salem. Way to go, Steve! We LOVE your new tattoo! Fans can check it out below!
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has out a lot on the line for her new friend Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) despite the warnings from the ones closest to her.
Alexis should have trusted her daughters and all the other who tried to tell her not to trust Harmony. Although Harmony has good intentions, she still has major issues. General Hospital spoilers reveal Alexis gets closer to figuring out exactly what Harmony is hiding.
In recent General Hospital previews and spoilers, Alexis makes a shocking discovery in the water. Her discovery has everything to do with Harmony and what she did to Neil. Some GH spoilers say that Harmony successfully secures Neil’s files, but Alexis’s suspicions peak when she discovers something in the water.

General Hospital news reports reveal that former GH star, Ingo Rademcacher, has recently shared a video on Instagram, touching on the controversial details surrounding the pandemic. General Hospital spoilers reveal, in Rademacher’s video, he mentions the recent study which focuses on the relationship between weight loss, diet, exercise, and overall health and Covid symptoms.
In the video and caption below, Ingo has a lot to say about our current state of affairs, and the importance of overall health.
ABC’s General Hospital brings us almost 6 full decades of drama on-screen. But the GH family drama isn’t limited to just Port Charles storylines. Evidently, the drama has spilled over into reality, captivating the attention of not only GH fans, but Americans as a whole.
Previously, General Hospital news reports confirmed that Ingo Rademacher left the role of Jasper “Jax” Jacks, on ABC’s General Hospital. He was let go due to his failure to comply with ABC’s vaccine mandate.
Recent General Hospital spoilers and news report Rademacher is now suing ABC for wrongful firing, claiming ABC’s decision was “Unconstitutional.” Rademacher, along with co-star Steve Burton, has made quite a splash in the mainstream media surrounding their controversial situation with ABC. The story has gone so public that Ingo has announced he sat down with FOX TV host, Tucker Carlson.
Ingo Rademacher On Tucker Carlson
According to recent Instagram post, General Hospital news reports confirm that former GH star Ingo Rademacher revealed a photo of himself with Fox’s Carlson. He explained that he was interviewed and will appear on Tucker Carlson’s Fox show.
Look for Ingo on tomorrow’s airing of Tucker, on Fox Nation.
Apparently, the dust has not settled in the midst of Ingo’s General Hospital exit. General Hospital news reports confirmed that General Hospital star Ingo Rademacher was let go from the daytime drama. GH’s “Jax” was let go due to a recent Covid vaccine mandate. The mandate took effect November 1st, making it mandatory for all employee on the set of GH to receive the Covid vaccine.
General Hospital rumors began to fly surrounding Ingo Rademacher and Steve Burton. As Jax and Jason are fan favorites, these rumors quickly caught fire and fans were able to get answers rather quickly. Soon after, General Hospital news confirmed that Rademacher and Burton had been let go due to declining the vaccine, and Jasper “Jax” Jacks and Jason Morgan would be exiting the canvas in some way or another.
Rademacher Files lawsuit Against ABC Disney
Just weeks after both stars exited the show, General Hospital news updates state that Rademacher is suing ABC. He argues that he was fired unlawfully, due to his refusal to get vaccinated. His claims are that ABC/Disney’s practices are “Unconstitutional” in regard to this situation. Additionally, Rademacher filed for a religious exemption, in order to keep his job. However, his efforts were not successful. The lawsuit filed by Rademacher was filed in Los Angeles.
It’s been a few weeks since we have last seen Ingo Rademacher on-screen on General Hospital as Jasper Jax Jacks.
Early last month, General Hospital rumors began surrounding the potential exit of two major GH stars. Steve Burton and Ingo Rademacher were rumored to be leaving the soap opera after a recent mandate went into effect on November 1st.
General Hospital news reports revealed Steve Burton had confirmed the reunites regarding himself leaving GH was indeed true, however, Ingo’s status with the daytime drama remained uncertain to fans.
Although co-star, Nancy Lee Grahn too it upon herself and spilled the tea about Ingo’s exit, Rademacher hadn’t made an official announcement confirming that what she tweeted was true. Until Ingo’s recent IG story, fans were left to assume that Rademacher’s fate was the same as that of co-star, Steve Burton.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Ingo blames Nancy for being unable to deliver the news to his fans, as she made it her business to reveal the shocking news to General Hospital fans.
In the video message below, Ingo wholeheartedly thanks fans for their kind, intelligent, and supportive comments. He tears up taking about how he wishes he could have played Jax for another ten or twenty five years. Rademacher reiterates his stance on medical freedom, discoursing choice and coercion when it comes to mandating a vaccine. Please take some time to watch and reflect on Ingo’s message to not only GH fans, but all of us as Americans.
The General Hospital news circuit has been making flashier headlines these days, as news surrounding GH actors and the recent Disney mandate have made it to outlets such as Fox News and many mainstream media sources.
General Hospital rumors began about Carolyn Hennesy (Diane Miller) around the same time General Hospital spoilers got the word out that Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Ingo Rademacher (Jasper Jax Jacks) were let go from the Disney owned soap opera.
Although General Hospital news reports confirmed the rumors regarding Burton and Rademacher’s GH exits, Carolyn Hennesy had to set the record straight about herself.
General Hospital spoilers and news reports revealed Hennesy had taken to Twitter to clear the air and squash the rumors claiming she was also one of the actors being let go over the mandate. Her tweet below explains the current situation, clearly calling the claims, “nonsense.”
Hey, my fabulous Twitter-verse…any idea where this nonsense started about me leaving GH re. the vax? Just curious.
The mystery is over and the dreaded news has been confirmed. Earlier this week, General Hospital news reports confirmed Steve Burton’s exit from the daytime drama, when the actor shared a video message on Instagram. In the video, Steve explained the details of his departure.
The current storyline, along with the recent, sudden confirmation of Burton’s exit, has raised questions around the future of the character, Jason Morgan. Since GH news reports announced that Trevor St. John has landed a role on GH, General Hospital comings and goings and General Hospital rumors began claiming St. John would be replacing either Ingo Rademacher as Jax, or become the new Jason Morgan.
GH news and spoilers reveal Steve Burton’s role as Jason will be left open for a potential future return, while GH rumors claim the role is being recast by St. John for the time being.
Sources say Jason will emerge from the rubble, with an all-new look for the audience, by remaining Jason in true form for his friends in Port Charles. There won’t be any identity crisis for this recast, just a simple switch.
Steve Burton will be dearly missed. While we appreciate and support Steve’s stance for medical freedom, we are so sad things have taken this path. We wish Steve and Ingo the best and hope that someday they can return to their daytime careers as Jason Morgan and Jasper “Jax” Jacks.
Big changes are happening with the cast of General Hospital, as we approach the ending of November Sweeps.
Earlier this month, General Hospital rumors brought up the exit of two major GH stars. Ingo Rademacher (Jax) and Steve Burton (Jason) had been rumored to be leaving the daytime drama after a recent mandate took effect on November 1st.
General Hospital news reports reveal that Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) has opted out of answering any questions regarding the exits of Ingo Rademacher and Steve Burton.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Jax is headed to Australia upon GH comings and going news surrounding his exit. Now that Jax has made his last appearance in PC, GH fans are questioning the details of this unexpected casting shift.
General Hospital news reports reveal that co-star Nancy Lee Grahn would rather sit around and eat Trader Joe’s Ridge Cut Potato Chips than answer questions about co-star’s and their choices.
General Hospital rumors present multiple outcomes when regarding Rademacher’s exit, the hiring of Trevor St. John, and Burton’s rumored exit. GH rumors have made claims stating St. John was hired to recast Ingo’s role as Jax, however, more recent Twitter sources have been saying that Trevor St. John will take the place of Steve Burton as Jason Morgan.
