GH’s Maurice and Ingo offend Nancy Lee Grahn. General Hospital star Maurice Benard is a fan favorite. He’s famously known and loved for portraying family-oriented mobster, Sonny Corinthos. The Emmy winning actor is also for his kind heart, his dedication to community outreach, raising mental health awareness, his sense of humor, and much more.
General Hospital news reports reveal Maurice’s recent Instagram video with co-star Ingo Rademacher caused backlash from fans. Benard and Rademacher’s dialogue was taken out of context and misconstrued. On screen, Sonny and Jax other than their devotion to Carly, may be polar opposites and even enemies, however, in real life they are very close friends. The two daytime tv icons (along with an earlier appearance by Kin Shriner, aka Scotty Baldwin), were part of a video posted to IG. The video featured Maurice and Ingo’s silly banter. Among the topics discussed were Kin and Ingo’s hair, as well as, working on the GH set.

General Hospital spoilers reveal details of the Instagram video in question. Ingo points out that he is about to go work with his “friend.” Then, Benard asks Ingo whom. When Ingo points to Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis), Benard says, “Oh I’m sorry man,” and the two playfully laugh. According to GH spoilers, GH’s Maurice and Ingo offend Nancy with their backstage performance.
It’s no secret that Ingo and Nancy have had their issues. Previously, General Hospital Blog reported GH news that stated Nancy blocked her co-star Ingo Rademacher from her Twitter account. Unfortunately, Ingo and Nancy have a rocky relationship in recent times. It’s understood that Maurice was simply making light of their past situation when his playful comment got blown out of proportion.
