GH’s Maurice and Ingo offend Nancy Lee Grahn. General Hospital star Maurice Benard is a fan favorite. He’s famously known and loved for portraying family-oriented mobster, Sonny Corinthos. The Emmy winning actor is also for his kind heart, his dedication to community outreach, raising mental health awareness, his sense of humor, and much more.
General Hospital news reports reveal Maurice’s recent Instagram video with co-star Ingo Rademacher caused backlash from fans. Benard and Rademacher’s dialogue was taken out of context and misconstrued. On screen, Sonny and Jax other than their devotion to Carly, may be polar opposites and even enemies, however, in real life they are very close friends. The two daytime tv icons (along with an earlier appearance by Kin Shriner, aka Scotty Baldwin), were part of a video posted to IG. The video featured Maurice and Ingo’s silly banter. Among the topics discussed were Kin and Ingo’s hair, as well as, working on the GH set.
Maurice Benard and Ingo Rademacher’s video causes a stir
General Hospital spoilers reveal details of the Instagram video in question. Ingo points out that he is about to go work with his “friend.” Then, Benard asks Ingo whom. When Ingo points to Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis), Benard says, “Oh I’m sorry man,” and the two playfully laugh. According to GH spoilers, GH’s Maurice and Ingo offend Nancy with their backstage performance.
It’s no secret that Ingo and Nancy have had their issues. Previously, General Hospital Blog reported GH news that stated Nancy blocked her co-star Ingo Rademacher from her Twitter account. Unfortunately, Ingo and Nancy have a rocky relationship in recent times. It’s understood that Maurice was simply making light of their past situation when his playful comment got blown out of proportion. In the Instagram video below, you can see Maurice and Ingo’s playful and light hearted exchange.
GH news confirms Maurice Benard issued an apology, explaining his intentions. In addition to an apology, he emphasized his respect for Nancy Lee Grahn. Take a look at Maurice’s apology in the tweet below.
I want to say I got a hold of Nancy. She gave me her feelings I gave her mine. I respect Nancy a great deal and I apologize if I offended anyone. I tease like this with all my friends, just ask Chad,Steve,Dom,and Laura. Always in a playful way
We hope all parties involved have cleared the air and found a way to move on from this. Benard reminded fans of his playful nature while calling on other co-stars. Chad Duell (Michael Corinthos), Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri), are among the many of Maurice’s friends who partake in Maurice’s lighthearted fun.
We hope Maurice has the happiest of birthdays!! We ❤️ you, Maurice!
Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) has always been there for Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) through thick and thin. He always has her back, and honors her as the mother of their child, Josslyn (Eden McCoy).
General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly is about to suffer a huge blow to her ego when Jax turns on her and chooses to tell the whole truth about what happened the night Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) fell from the cliff.
Jax is the one who convinced Carly to lie to the police about the events leading up to Nelle’s “tragic death.” He convinced Carly that if she told the truth, she would just be accused of killing Nelle regardless of what she said to law enforcement. Now that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is at stake, General Hospital rumors indicate that Jax will turn on Carly after being the one to come up with the lie in the first place.
In the latest GH previews, Carly is confident that she and Jax are on the same page, and that he’ll tell the same story to the police. But Jax might have other plans. GH previews show Jax having second thoughts about keeping up with the lie, and contemplates telling the whole truth. GH rumors claim Jax will do just that, tell the truth and turn on Carly.
It looks like for once, Carly won’t come first. But will it be a bough for Nina to see how much Jax loves her, or is it too late?
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is not in a good place after finding out that Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is her biological daughter. Not only is she grieving for a daughter she never got to know, but she is also struggling with betrayal from people who love her. Right now, all she sees is that Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) conspired to keep Nelle a secret, including what happens that night in the woods.
General Hospital previews show Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) having a discussion with Michael (Chad Duell), telling him she has a way to help Nina and Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson). As for now, it is believed that Nelle is Nina’s daughter, making Wiley her grandson.
General Hospital rumors suggest that Willow’s plan to help Nina and Wiley is to offer Nina a place in Wiley’s life as opposed to having to fight for her rights as a grandmother. Nina has made it clear that she feels she has been kept from her grandson because of Carly and Jax’s lies, and is determined to get her place him Wiley’s life. With Willow’s help, hopefully Nina will not have to go to desperate measures to ensure she has a relationship with the grandson she shares with Carly Corinthos.
General Hospital spoilers have previous confirmed that Nelle Benson is in fact Nina’s long lost daughter, but still, GH fans believe there is still more to the story. General Hospital rumors hint that while Willow is extending her kindness to Nina, they may discover they have a deep rooted connection. Will Nina’s daughter turn out to be Willow after all?
The drama and suspense in Port Charles is intense as family and friends say goodbye to a very much alive, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). The situation with Sonny, combined with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) learning about Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and Carly’s (Laura Wright) involvement in her daughter, Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) death, is a recipe for secrets, lies, and suspense.
General Hospital spoilers and previews show Sonny Corinthos at The Tan-O, saying that he remembers… someone!
Could this be a turning point for Sonny in his quest to find out his true identity? Nina has already heard his voice when calling Phyllis (Joyce Guy), and GH rumors indicate she will get her revenge on Carly by keeping his status a secret. Will Sonny’s memory spark before Nina takes advantage of the situation?
Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) seemed to be the silver lining after all the pain Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has endured from one betrayal after another. It turned out, Jax lied to her too, leaving her feeling broken and
Although Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is one of those people who lied to Nina, betrayed her, and let her down, his intentions for her, just like Jax (Ingo Rademacher), have always been good. But Nina is tired of the people in her life trying to “protect” her from her feelings. She’s an adult and wants to be treated accordingly. Of course it’s a huge blow for Nina to learn that not only is her daughter was Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) she still deserves the right to know. Nina is about to snap and Carly Corinthos is going to pay the price. Nina is pushing Jax out of the picture just after he confessed his love. She’s scorned and over it all.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina and Valentin team up to get her revenge on Carly. GH rumors claim that Nina is about to go off the deep end, displaying behaviors that are all too similar to Nelle. Then is it true what they say, like mother like daughter?!
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is out for blood after being betrayed by Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher). She’s on a mission tk dig deeper into the details on how Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) could possibly have been her daughter.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Nina will use what she learned when calling Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) to her advantage.
General Hospital rumors claim that Nina will use Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) amnesia as a way to manipulate him into trusting her. GH rumors hint that Nina will keep his identity a secret and ultimately sleep with Sonny! Now that would be the ultimate revenge on both Carly and Jax.
American General Hospital fans were unable to watch Tuesday’s episode of ABC’s General Hospital on it’s schedule air date due to the trials involving Former President Donald J. Trump. General Hospital news reported that Tuesday’s February 9th episode would air on Wednesday, February 10th.
General Hospital spoilers reveal a one minute snippet of the opening scene American views have yet to watch on regular TV. Wednesday’s episodes has not yet been seen by American fans. This clip is based out of Canada. A GH fan has posted the clip on their GH IG fan page. @theportcharlesupdate
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is going off the rails as she does a complete downward spiral. She’s just leaves heartbreakingly, devastating news about her long lost daughter. Nina has put some pieces together and has come to the conclusion that Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was her daughter.
Nina blames Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) for keeping her in the dark about Nelle and the necklace. She feels robbed of time with her own grandson, Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson), whom she shares grandmother status with Carly.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina makes things difficult for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) when it comes to Wiley’s custody. Nina is well aware that Willow and Michael’s marriage was a plot to get custody of Michael’s son over his biological mother, Nelle. GH rumors claim that Michael and Willow will end up staying married due to Nina’s threats regarding their front for the courtroom.
General Hospital rumors hint Willow and Nina will go head to head when it comes to Wiley’s permanent care… just before they realize THEY are mother and daughter!
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is done being the ever-so-forgiving one who lets people stomp all over her and betray her trust. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), her own mother, Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills), and even Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), among others, have betrayed Nina and let her down in some way. She’s let them warm their way back into her heart but at times keeps them at arms length.
General Hospital previews indicate that Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will be handled much differently than those who have hurt Nina in the past.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina is fed up. She’s sick of being disrespected and tired of her feelings seeming expendable to those that claim to care about her.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors claim Nina is about to make two very shocking decisions that will serve as revenge on Carly. She blames Carly for convincing Jax to keep the truth about Nelle from her. Thus resulting in being kept from her grandson, whom she shares with Carly, Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).
General Hospital’s frantic new spoilers suggest that Nina is about to go after caring for Wiley. She told Jax she needed to make a “decision” about her plans going forward in regard to her grandson. What is Nina planning to do? GH rumors hint Nina is plotting to get as much time, legally, as Wiley’s grandmother, with the child as possible, even if that means taking him from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and Carly.
Other GH rumors claim Nina will recognize Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) voice in the other end of the line but will keep his identity a secret as another way of getting back at Carly.
Is Nina headed down a dark, self destructive path that will change many lives?
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is an emotional wreck over learning Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is her biological daughter and feeling more than betrayed by Jasper Jax Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Nina figures out that it’s none other than Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) on the other end of the phone when she tried to get in touch with Phyllis (Joyce Guy).
General Hospital rumors indicate Nina will stumble upon this life altering discovery and use it to get back at those who hurt her. GH previews indicate that Nina will dive deeper into explaining to Jax (Ingo Rademacher) how he has kept her from her grandson, Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson).
GH rumors claim she will keep her knowledge that Sonny Corinthos survived to herself, not telling his wife, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) out of spite. Nina is in a dark place and all she can think about is her loss and her pain. Right now she isn’t even thinking about all the horrific crimes committed by Nelle. She’s simply grieving for the daughter she never got to raise, along with all the what ifs, if she had her daughter from birth.
Nina’s shocking discovery could lead her down a dark path of lies and betrayal if she keeps Sonny from his family. What will she decide?
