By now just about every single General Hospital fan has heard the shocking news about an iconic GH actress. Sadly, we are nearing Kelly Monaco’s unexpected and confirmed GH exit.

Mostly, these last few General Hospital episodes have been heartbreaking to say the least. As Kelly Monaco heads out and off the GH set, Sam McCall slips away. Some fond solace in knowing that Sam McCall dies a hero. After all, she donates her liver to a once-dying, now-surviving Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins).

According to the latest GH recaps, Sam was wheeled away for surgery. Her family watched and wished her well, but unbeknownst to all, this goodbye was for forever. Sadly, Kelly Monaco’s last scene aired today, October 25th, 2024.

Sam McCall has been looking a little different lately. After a lengthy hiatus from film production, the cast and crew of General Hospital have been back at work since July 20th.
