The center run by Mayor Laura Spencer Collins, is just another obstacle that stands in the way of Cyrus being able to run his drugs through Port Charles.

Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) is taking on a new angle of his career by starting a new job as a therapist at a drug prevention center. Laura is heading up this drug prevention center as the Mayor of Port Charles, in her attempt to keep drugs off the streets, and to help those who are addicted.
Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) have already had a run in with one another at Renualt’s official freedom signing. Now that Renault is out of Pentonville, he is too close for comfort around Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Carly (Laura Wright), and their family. Now is also the time Sonny and Jason planned to make their move. There is so much going on in Port Charles at the moment and Cyrus wants to make sure he is the focal point of it all.
General Hospital spoilers suggest Neil Byrne will be the next easy target for Cyrus to strike against. When Neil takes on the job working for Laura as therapist for the drug prevention center, Renault will see Neil as just another thing standing in his way of running drugs through Port Charles.
General Hospital rumors claim Cyrus is out to prove something to Laura by sending a clear message… Neil is going to meet his demise since Cyrus wants him out of the way. This is only the beginning when it comes to Cyrus’ wrath around Port Charles. It’s up to Sonny and Jason (Steve Burton) to put a stop to him.
Trina Robinson (Sydney Makayla) is grieving the loss of her father, Detective Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews). Taggert wasn’t back in Port Charles long before the tragedy occurred. It had been nearly two decades since Port Charles mob boss, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had seen his enemy, and at there first recent encounter, it was like things hadn’t changed. Taggert and Sonny were on each other’s nerves right away, however, this time, Taggert informed Sonny he wasn’t in town to take him down. It turned out Sonny and Taggert both wanted to take down Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Taggert saved his daughter Trina and her friend Cameron Webber (William Lipton) from a kidnapped orchestrated by Renault. Taggert died as a result of the tragedy and now his daughter and ex-wife, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are mourning his loss. His partner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) is mourning the loss of a co-worker and friend. However that may not be the case.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Jordan Ashford made a phone call to a mystery person from a burner phone. This wasn’t just any person Jordan was reaching out to. It wasn’t someone to listen and comfort and give support. This person was the only person who could truly help Jordan at this time. She assures the individual on the other line that she is on the burner phone that is meant for only that person. She said, “I wouldn’t have called you if it wasn’t important.” Jordan then seems to asks her friend for approval.
General Hospital have teased that Taggert had actually faked his death as part of a plan to take down Cyrus. General Hospital rumors claimed he and Sonny Corinthos were in on the plan together. New General Hospital rumors claim it isn’t Taggert and Sonny who have the plan, but Taggert and Jordan.
Jordan most likely called her friend and partner, Marcus Taggert as he lays low in order to set the stage for Jordan to catch Cyrus. General Hospital rumors suggest Taggert is alive. Trina is mourning his loss, but if General Hospital spoilers are true that Curtis is Trina’s father, there will be a lot more for Trina to deal with when she discovers these truths.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is doing all he can to support his wife, Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) during this trying time in Port Charles. Jordan is battling an enemy from her past, a known criminal, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Curtis was introduced to Detective Marcus Taggert when he returned to Port Charles to reconnect with his old partner, Jordan, to take down the common enemy. Jordan and Taggert are two of the four Officers who were involved in an undercover operation that put Cyrus behind bars.
Curtis doesn’t know much about Taggert, other than being his wife’s partner. Now that Taggert has passed away, there are even more questions that came tot he surface. We learned that Marcus Taggert was Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Makayla) father, and her mother Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) has a past with Curtis. When Portia came to Port Charles, Curtis was shocked to see his old flame. Portia and Curtis had an affair while she was married to Taggert. Curtis was up front with Portia and flat out asked her if he was Trina’s father, which Portia quickly shot down the claim.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Curtis has unanswered questions and uses his skills to dig deeper into anything that involves Taggert. Curtis is unsettled and can’t let this rest. Although Portia told Curtis he is not Trina’s father, he digs into the timeline of when he and Portia were together. General Hospital rumors claim Curtis will discover that Portia’s husband was caught up in the investigation of Cyrus Renault, and wasn’t around during the time she would have become pregnant.

Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) is working for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), carrying out orders of illegal activity, along with directing Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) to carry out orders from Cyrus as well. Cyrus has managed to rope Jordan into helping him carry out illegal activity through Port Charles as he hangs her son TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) over her head. Jordan is being blackmailed by Renault while Harmony made an agreement with the villain in exchange for her freedom.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has already put the pieces together, that Harmony is working for Cyrus, and all the pieces fit into place when Jordan confessed to her husband Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and Jason, that TJ was being help captive by Cyrus.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Harmony is in the thick of the danger now that Jordan, Sonny, Jason, and Curtis, are on the same page. Harmony knows she is on borrowed time, which prompted her to have a heart to heart with her daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). In their conversation, Harmony mentioned that Willow has been the best thing to come to her. Typically, that is not the way a mother would express that sentiment to her biological daughter. It’s as if she had acquired Willow at some point in her life as opposed to giving birth to her child.

General Hospital rumors claim Cyrus has ordered Harmony to visit Turning Woods, going after Sonny’s father, Mike Corbin (Max Gail). Cyrus is likely trying to distract Sonny from his next move forward in his plan to take over the territory. Although it’s unlikely Harmony will go the extreme of killing Mike, it’s highly possible she was sent to mess with his medication or cause some sort of alarming incident in which would call for immediate action from Sonny. Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) has landed herself in a no-win situation when Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) came to Port Charles to get revenge on Jordan, her partner Detective Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews), and two of their other partners. Jordan, Taggert, and the others were part of a team that put Cyrus behind bars and now he is out to burn down the city Jordan has vowed to protect. Other than her city, Jordan as a mother, has vowed to protect her son, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow). Cyrus has kidnapped TJ and is making Jordan work for him so that he has someone on the inside to help move his drugs and crimes through Port Charles. Lorraine aka Harmony Miller has also gotten herself roped into Renault’s illegal activity. Harmony is no pillar of the community, and has made quite a reputation for herself due to her involvement in the Dawn of Day cult lead by Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Harmony was desperate to get out of Pentonville, so Cyrus made her an offer she could’t refuse. She would work for Cyrus in exchange for her freedom, and she took it. Now Harmony is the one giving direction to Jordan which is all orchestrated by Cyrus.

As they say, no deed goes unpunished and Harmony will play with fire when turning on Cyrus to help Jordan. The most recent time Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) went to visit his dad, Mike Corbin (Max Gail), he ran into Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) visiting Mike herself. She came to Mike and sang him some songs to engage his mind and help bring joy to his day. Sonny was able to see Mike light up, happy, and having a great time.

It seems as though Jordan is dropping the ball on a lot of situations going on in Port Charles, letting either the bad guys win, or the bad guys solve the crimes. Either way you slice it, Jordan just ain’t cutting it as Commissioner of Port Charles. This city needs someone like Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis), Curtis’ with his law enforcement background, or even Mac Scorpio (John J. York) who has been in the Commissioner role before, to deliver quick thinking and effective solutions to situations that arise.

Today, Mayor Laura Collins had to confront Jordan and basically tell her how to approach her current with Cyrus.
