However, Maxie isn’t the only close friend Austin leaves in the dark.

According to General Hospital recaps, Austin and his cousin Mason were both working for a mystery boss until Austin decided to throw in the towel. Unfortunately for Austin, that’s not how things work. He can’t simply refuse to follow orders without adverse consequences. That being said, those close to him are in danger.

Who has Nikolas Cassadine?! For starters, we know he’s alive. We also know that Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) took Nikolas from a locked room at Wyndemere. Furthermore, Mason is Austin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) cousin. He continues to threaten Austin, telling him that their boss needs him to do what he’s supposed to do. What who’s the boss? What is Austin’s purpose in the whole operation?

With that, we can suspect that Austin is indeed involved in some majorly shady business. As GH recaps recall, Austin wants out. His refusal to partake in, and carryout orders left Mason with no other option but to threaten his cousin. Still, Austin refuses. Now, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and her kids, Georgie and James, are at risk.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) plan to unite the Cassadines is so much bigger than that. He plans to gather his family for a purpose. As we know, Nikolas Cassadine is alive. Apparently, Mason followed orders from his and Austin’s mystery boss. According to General Hospital rumors, the unknown boss is a woman. Also, since recent General Hospital news and spoilers confirm Helena’s return, we can’t help but wonder something… Is Helena their secret lady boss?

It makes sense that Helena, the Queen of Cassadine wrath, would continue her quest to reek havoc on Port Charles. Specifically the Spencer family. If she’s pulling the strings, Nikolas could be her prisoner.

Moreover, some GH rumors speculate that Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) reach is a lot larger than illegal poker games at The Savoy. She slipped Victor a drug which made him experience difficulties with his manhood as a favor to Holly Sutton. But, what if she has her own reasons for wanting to see Victor go down? Once he’s out of the picture, Selina could slide right in as the next PC villain.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) may not survive, his nephew Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), and baby Ace are about to drift away to a life of Cassadine corruption.

Moreover, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) flexes by showing Port Charles he isn’t to be underestimated. Particularly, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and the Spencer’s, and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Recent General Hospital recaps recall Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is missing. Frantic, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) buzzes around backstage to find help. Once Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) learned that her Aunt Liesl is missing, she went straight to Sonny.

Furthermore, the fact that Mason and Austin answer to a mystery boss leads us to believe Victor is pulling the strings. Victor is obsessed with the Cassadine’s. According to General Hospital rumors, Victor took Nikolas from the locked room. If that’s true, the possibility that Victor kidnapped Liesl to save Nikolas explains why she’s missing.

In addition, Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) family is in a panic over Liesl’s disappearance. Her bone marrow transplant surgery is scheduled the day after the Nurses Ball. General Hospital recaps revisit the havoc Peter reeked on the people of Port Charles. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) were his main focus, and at one point Anna believed Peter was her son. Peter won Maxie over, however, Maxie would soon find out who Peter really was.

Family Ties!

Peter shares a father with GH Doc, Britt Westbourne. Although Peter was an evil, calculated, monster, he did have room in his heart for family. He always acknowledged his relationship to half sister Britt. She wanted nothing to do with him since he was just like their father Cesar Faison. Cesar and Peter were both cold, calculated, insane… the list could go on.

Peter tortured those he claimed to love. This includes the woman he asked to become his wife. Maxie Jones and their baby become his obsession. He would do anything, include kidnap Maxie, to get her and their baby alone. Britt and Maxie became close as Peter’s sister helped Maxie outsmart him. Ultimately, Peter’s “death” was a relief to all, even his sister Britt.

Britt and Cody make shocking discovery!

General Hospital spoilers reveal Britt and Cody will make a shocking discovery come time to figure out Peter’s hidden message. Peter left Britt a mysterious box and she’s determined to uncover the meaning. 

General Hospital rumors suggest that Peter’s last message to Britt will be a positive one. Britt has been struggling with her Huntington’s disease diagnosis as well as trying to accept her fate. She remains uneasy about her uncertain of her future.

Peter’s mysterious box was given to his sister Britt and she wants to know why.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Britt’s interests are peaked since her conversation with sister in law, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Maxie and Britt shutter at the very sound of Peter’s name, and rightfully so. And although Peter is dead, his eerie shenanigans live on in a box.

We can’t bring ourselves to call this sibling love since Peter August (Wes Ramsey) was incapable of truly loving another person. Typically when you are gifted something by someone as close as family or the like, it means that the two of you are simpatico. Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) received the furthest thing from brotherly love from her half brother Peter.

General Hospital recaps recall Maxie and Britt discussing the box that Peter gifted to Britt. She tells Maxie that for some reason a party of her held onto the box instead of tossing it. Britt admits she’s still a bit curious as to what’s inside. Dr. Westbourne comes to the conclusion that there must be some sinister reason her brother left this box with her. Perhaps something he wants her to know.

The reports seems to have it out for Sasha personally, using every opportunity he can to try and take her down.

General Hospital previews indicate that Sasha’s recent arrest has Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) seriously considering letting Sasha go as The Face of Deception. Lucy and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) have a discussion, deliberating over Sasha’s status with the cosmetics company.

Maxie seems shocked that Lucy is considering this so heavily, but how can Sasha remain in her high profile position when she should be focusing on healing and her mental health?
