It was confirmed that Kate Mansi will replace Ainsworth as the latest Kristina Corinthos recast.

Sadly, an Pullos was involved automobile accident. She disclosed the news to Soap Opera Digest with a statement. “Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident and I’m doing okay, but I am going to need a little time to recover. I will be back as soon as possible!” Haley explained.

Despite the shady business, money, and power, Sonny’s also known for being a devoted family man. His children looked up to him for the love and protection he provides. However, recent choices lead to a strained relationship with his son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

Moreover, although Michael sees Sonny in a different light, his sister Kristina Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth) is still the big brown eyed daddy’s girl she’s always been. Kristina may be the same girl she always was, but GH spoilers reveal that someone new portray Sonny’s daughter. Inevitably, Lexi and Maurice’s onscreen dynamic is impeccable. It’s obvious to most that they have the most lovable and believable father-daughter bond. Sadly, General Hospital news announced a recent casting change.

According to recent General Hospital comings and goings, the role of Kristina Corinthos was recast. GH news reports confirm Lexi joined GH in 2009. Over the years the role was recast with Lindsey Morgan, but soon after Morgan exited the daytime drama. Ainsworth returned as the face of Kristina and has remained recurring since. Currently, her last air date was on April 27th.

General Hospital news and spoilers confirm Emmy winner Kate Mansi (ex-Abigail Days) was cast as the new Kristina Corinthos Davis. Sources reveal Mansi has begun filming her scenes as she takes over for Ainsworth. Expect to see her onscreen GH debut around May 22nd.

I must admit, Lexi Ainsworth is one of my favorites. Her talent is real and genuine. In my opinion, Lexi is an underutilized talent. With that, we are excited for Lexi as she expands her talents and develops new avenues in her career. Although we are sad to see her leave after 10 years, we wish Lexi the best of luck and blessings.

Sonny Corinthos and his daughter Kristina are as close as can be. Over the years, their relationship has stood the test of time. Even through her teen years and awkward moments, Kristina and Sonny grew together instead of apart. As she grew and changed, Sonny always supported his daughter. Now, even as an adult, Kristina looks to her father’s support for comfort. Thankfully, she still has dear ole dad around to pick her up when she’s down.

Meanwhile, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) still plans to carry out Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell) orders to bust Sonny. As GH recaps recall, Michael hired Dex as an informant to investigate his own father. Along the way, Dex fell in love with Michael’s stepsister Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Conveniently, she shares the same opinion about Sonny as Michael. So together, the three of them agree that taking down Sonny is the best option for all.

However, General Hospital spoilers and rumors claim that Dex, Joss, and Michael won’t be on the same page for much longer. When it comes to Sonny, Dex’s opinion changes. Ironically, Dex is influenced by another young woman who happens to be close to Sonny. Like Josslyn, Sonny is a father figure to her. In fact, he IS her father. According to recent GH spoilers, Sonny’s daughter influences Dex’s opinion about him. Suddenly, he finds himself empathetic to Kristina and the fact that she depends heavily on Sonny. Ethan has ties to one of the most iconic families in Port Charles, and a former fan favorite love interest. Kristina Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth) and Ethan were one of the hottest young couples. Moreover, aside from Sasha, Brando was survived by his mother, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs). Additionally, family and close friends such as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) also mourn Brando’s loss.

Lexi Ainsworth posted a photo of herself and co-star, Jonny Wactor, expressing her sadness to see Brando go, while also reflecting on the positive. Alexis was ultimately sentenced to three years in Pentonville.
