Carly takes care of Mason for Olivia… and Ava?! …Often times people become intimidated in the presence of a confident, strong person. Undoubtedly, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) exhibits those qualities. She’s not afraid to speak out, stand up, and step in. And if you’re lucky enough to be her friend, she’ll always have your back. In fact, Carly will even smash a bottle over someone else’s back if they try to mess with anyone she cares about.

Needless to say, Carly is one tough cookie. She’s loyal and stands by her friends. And that’s exactly what she did for Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero). GH recaps recall Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) all over Olivia, inside that dive bar. One thing led to another, and Carly stepped in when she was needed. Then, she hit Mason over the back of the neck and his, causing him to fall to the floor. Seemingly unconscious, Mason was subdued. Thanks to Carly (and Eddie), he won’t be bothering Olivia anymore!

Sadly, Olivia Quartermaine’s world was turned upside down. I’m stating the obvious here, but Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) is not himself. Of course, Sonny Corinthos is the expected target as Pikeman continues to try to pull shady dealings. And now that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and another man os dead, Sonny is on high alert. Currently, he and Ava do what they can to protect their daughter Avery. Despite their rocky dynamic, Carly and Ava are equally involved when it comes to their children. They’re able to work together most of the time for the sake of Donna and Avery.

Over the years, they’ve gotten to know one another and how they tick. They have sense for what sets each other off, and when someone senses shade, it’s called out. But Cameron has had some time to sit with the situation and is stronger than when he left.

According to GH spoilers, Carly initiates Cameron’s return to Port Charles. Now that she owns Kelly’s she’s going to need to be shown the ropes from someone who knows how it all works. Before he left for college, Cameron pretty much ran the diner by himself, leaving him with a lot of experience.

GH Recaps: First, Laura’s daughter fell victim to a bombing that was orchestrated by Laura’s brother Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Lulu wound up in a coma and has yet to awaken. Then, Laura struggled to find peace within her family as Nikolas and Spencer’s relationship deteriorated. Furthermore, Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) torturous agenda loomed over Laura’s family like a dark cloud.

GH Recaps: Meanwhile, Laura and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) embarked on their mission to locate Nikolas. They’ve arrived at their destination and began their investigation. General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that obstacles are inevitable, but Laura and Valentin inch closer to finding her son.

Back in the 1980s, General Hospital introduced Port Charles hotspot, Kelly’s Diner. It was founded by Paddy and Rose Kelly, and by 1984, it was owned by Ruby Anderson. From then on, the Spencer family has carried on the business name.

Currently, the waterfront diner remains one of the most popular grub restaurants stops in Port Charles, and remains a family-owned business. According to General Hospital spoilers, Carly buys Kelly’s from Bobbie for a dollar! In a heartwarming scene, Carly told her daughter Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that she is now the proud new owner of Kelly’s!

GH Script Foreshadows Fate

According to General Hospital news, Laura Wright opened up about the her current storyline. Coincidentally, Bobbie’s involvement in Carly’s comeback happens to include a symbolic gesture giving Jackie Zeman’s passing.
