Laura’s acting career debut began in 1991 as Ally Bowman on Loving. She continued her career in daytime as Cassie Layne on the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. Before long, Wright would go on to claim the role as ABC’s iconic Carly Corinthos. Laura became the fourth actress to star in the role aside the acclaimed Maurice Benard. Their characters Sonny and Carly Corinthos became one of the most iconic tv couples and hold that status still today.

Although Sonny and Carly are currently on the outs, fans remain hopeful they will someday reunite. Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was a suspect for a brief moment, however, the hook killer struck again. The second strike occurred when Nik was at the hospital. At that point it was apparent Nikolas couldn’t possibly in two places at once. It was then believed the hook attacks on the people of Port Charles were random acts like random acts of violence.

General Hospital recaps recall how things began to piece together. Fast forward a few weeks, and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) had raised concerns. She voiced her concerns regarding the common factor among all victims. Portia concluded all victims were tied to Trina except Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).

In the latest General Hospital previews Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is shown talking to Portia Robinson and her daughter Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) is present when Jordan warns the mother daughter duo of the serious nature of the what’s to come. It looks as though the GH hook killer’s target is Trina. Carly’s plane made an emergency landing, delaying her flight and missing her business conference.

Carly never expected to run into her past. She was forced to face some painful memories which made her reflect on who she used to be.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly stayed strong and did what she had to do to make things right with her late mother, Virginia. With the help of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Carly was inspired to take charge of her life.

ABC’s scheduled programming of General Hospital airs weekdays, Monday through Friday at 2PM Eastern/Standard time.

General Hospital is at the mercy of the network, and from time to time our regularly scheduled soap opera is either interrupted or presented due to some other airing needs.

General Hospital news reports confirm that GH’s Friday, October 7th episode will be preempted due to coverage of the Major League Baseball Wildcard Game.

General Hospital spoilers reveal coverage of the MLB game will start at exactly the 2PM eastern time slot as would GH. The game (potential overtime not predicted) until 5PM. On the West coast, GMA3: What You Need To Know, normally airing at 1PM eastern, will also be presented.

General Hospital history proves that no matter what, Sonny and Carly will always have an unbreakable bond. Through the most devastating betrayals, choices, actions, and words that cannot be taken back, Sonny and Carly always find a way to look out for one another. Sonny will always honor the mother of his children even if they’ve moved on from each other.

Sonny made sure he told Carly to stay out in Jacksonville while the psycho who is trying to harm those closet to has their way with whomever they choose on the streets of PC. He thinks it’s best that Carly stay out of the commotion in fear of her becoming the next victim.
