Eddie Maine gets l@id?! After a couple months of resisting and denying Eddie’s truth, Olivia surrenders. She and her husband have reached an understanding. Finally, the animosity has been put aside for respect and compassion.

Things seem to be going smoothly for Olivia and Ned now that they’ve found common ground. Instead of backward steps, they’ve made some progress. GH recaps recall that Eddie Maine isn’t too keen on Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) wife. He even called Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) uptight when talking to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). But now that they’ve sort of agreed to respect each others feelings, Olivia doesn’t seem so bad in Eddie’s eyes.

Being Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) wife takes a certain type of woman. Unfortunately, his current fiancé questions her own ability to hang in his world. Will Nina realize that she’s completely out of her element and that she’s not cut out to be Carly 2.0?

It’s no surprise that Nina isn’t like Sonny’s other exes. Carly, Ava, and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) all share similar attributes which Nina doesn’t possess. Some people simply expel dangerous vibes. Others are drawn toward perilousness, while some run straight to safety. As for Nina, she runs from danger. GH recaps recall Nina’s surprise when she woke up to Sonny’s sudden absence. Quickly, Ava Jerome (Maura West) reminded her of what she’s getting into. Nina even admitted that in theory, it was easier to imagine herself in Sonny’s world that in reality. Undoubtedly, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) exhibits those qualities. She’s not afraid to speak out, stand up, and step in. And if you’re lucky enough to be her friend, she’ll always have your back. In fact, Carly will even smash a bottle over someone else’s back if they try to mess with anyone she cares about.

Needless to say, Carly is one tough cookie. She’s loyal and stands by her friends. And that’s exactly what she did for Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero). GH recaps recall Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) all over Olivia, inside that dive bar. One thing led to another, and Carly stepped in when she was needed. Then, she hit Mason over the back of the neck and his, causing him to fall to the floor. Seemingly unconscious, Mason was subdued. Thanks to Carly (and Eddie), he won’t be bothering Olivia anymore!

But after that bar brawl, GH spoilers and rumors tease Mason won’t want to mess around in Carly’s orbit anymore. That being said, did she scare him enough for him to steer clear of Ava too? I mean, he saw what Carly did to defend Olivia. Why wouldn’t she do the same for Ava too?

Sadly, Olivia Quartermaine’s world was turned upside down. I’m stating the obvious here, but Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) is not himself. As GH recaps recall, he got knocked out after taking a nasty spill at the Metro Court pool. When he woke, the Ned Ashton known and loved by his family and friends, was suddenly someone they haven’t seen in years. As a matter of fact, some of his family members haven’t met Eddie. Particularly, Ned and Olivia’s (Lisa LoCicero) son Leo (Easton Rocket).

Meanwhile, as Olivia is determined to get her man back, her man is out enticing others. While Olivia does everything in her power to help snap Ned back into present times and out of the 90s, he has other priorities. According to GH spoilers and previews, Carly catches Eddie Maine’s eye. …Although new to Port Charles, Cody Bell is all too familiar with his childhood bestie’s mom. In fact, Cody and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) go way back. Those two troublemakers take it back to Bensonhurst, where they met and became childhood friends. But back then, Olivia was Mama Falconeri, not Mama Q., as Cody’s named her today.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Olivia continues worry as she watches Leo struggle with the circumstances. Her heart breaks for her son as he tries to make sense of why Eddie looks like his bad, but insists that he isn’t. Thankfully, Cody has been a great friend to Leo. The time spent together in the stables helped develop the bond bet Erb them. Now, Cody and Leo have each other’s backs. That’s why Cody’s offer was an easy decision on Cody’s part.

Past and present, Olivia gets a bad rap for her emotional reactions to life’s hiccups. But no one worries more than an Italian mother. Ok, maybe an Italian mother from Bensonhurst! Undoubtedly, family comes first and she’ll do anything to protect her loved ones.

Currently, Olivia is losing her mind over Ned Ashton’s (Wally Kurth) run-in with 90s nostalgia. While the one who suffers most is Ned’s adoptive son, Leo (Easton Rocket Sweda). According to GH history, Ned legally adopted Leo after his biological father, Julian Jerome (William deVry) died. Unfortunately, mob violence took Leo’s father’s life when he was just a baby. However unfortunate, Leo was too young to remember losing his father. Sadly, that’s not the case this time. Poor Leo is old enough now to be emotionally impacted by this loss. Although Ned is there in the flesh, Eddie Maine isn’t exactly father material.

According to General Hospital spoilers, parenting just got a lot more difficult for Olivia. Not only does she suddenly have the responsibility of a single mom, she has to watch her son grieve for a man who is right there. Further, she does this while grieving for Ned herself! Ned’s identity crisis affects the entire family, especially their son Leo. Understandably, he’s acting out because he’s struggling with Eddie Maine replacing his father.

In reality, the situation is difficult enough for adults to process, let alone a child. It’s been over two years since Nina found Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in Nixon Falls. That was when she decided to keep a brain-injured man who she knows has a wife and family, who was also presumed dead, all to herself. Who even does that?! Moreover, if that wasn’t bad enough, she stole more than Carly’s man. Before becoming Sonny’s fiancé, Nina took Carly Corinthos’s (Laura Wright) half of the Metro Court.

By using their own words and twisting them for her own benefit, Nina’s manipulative behavior keeps yet another father away from his wife and family. We don’t know about y’all, but this gives major Corinthos family vibes. The damage Nina caused Sonny and his family is irrefutable. And by the looks of things and GH rumors, the Quartermaine’s are next to fall victim to Nina.

GH rumors hint that Nina takes Sonny and Ned! What’s done is done with Sonny. Sadly, Nina got him to fall in love with her. But that is soon to be over. Meanwhile, Nina is all up in her business pattern’s personal life. Once again, Nina benefits by preying on victims. And it just so happens that they are none other than two bestie’s husbands. It never fails that she gets herself into and out of her self inflicted dramas with her own lies. Simply put, Nina can’t stand watching others get what would have passed her by. But you know what they say, never say never.

Therefore, she’ll do anything to get what’s caught her eye, especially if she sees someone else giving whoever or whatever a second look. GH recaps remind us of how she stumbled upon a very married Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She didn’t do what an empathetic and compassionate person would do. Instead, Nina lied, kept him from his wife and family, took advantage of his fragile state of mind, and so much more irreparable suffering. And let’s not forget that she got away with it.

So, when a situation arises, and Ned is blamed for underhanded actions, people believe it. And that’s exactly what happened when Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) tipped off the SEC. She then made sure that Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) kept her identity confidential. Mistakenly, Nina thought she overweight every angle, leaving no trail back to herself.
