Ava Jerome (Maura West) waltzes into Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) home while Cary as freshly grieving what she believes to be the loss of her husband. Carly’s husband Sonny just so happens to be the father of Ava’s daughter Avery. Avery has been living with Sonny and Carly with visitation with her mom. Thing a aww dark and difficult and Ava used this opportunity to become high and mighty, claiming that now with Sonny gone, Avery is safer with her.

In a recent Instagram post, Christopher shared a photo of himself, and has captioned the post, “Coming back to California. Miss you friends. After a near death experience in December, doesn’t matter. I’m ready to start over again and get back to work. Can’t wait to see you all!”
Tyler Christopher played the role of Nikolas Cassadine since 1996. Christopher went back and forth from contract to recurring until he departed the daytime drama in 2016. The role of Nikolas Cassadine was recast in 2019, and is currently being played by Marcus Coloma.

Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) have been trying to get their life on track while having financial troubles and being manipulated by their friends Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
Franco and Ava have been friends for a while, but not nearly as long as Liz and Nik. Regardless, Franco and Ava become even closer during their time together when Franco was painting Ava’s portrait. The unveiling of Ava’s portrait was a major sign in what was ahead for Franco. He shown signed of reverting back to his old personality before having his tumor removed. Since then, Franco has been displaying somewhat of out of character behavior, leaving Liz to question whether or not he was reverting back to his past.
General Hospital spoilers confirm Franco’s brain tumor is back. Although at first he was set on not telling Elizabeth, new General Hospital previews show Franco revealing his diagnoses. The tumor is inoperable, leaving little hope for Franco to remain having his current personality, or even survival.
Franco’s fate has not yet been decided. Although General Hospital rumors claim more casting cuts are ahead, there has not been any GH news confining the departure of Roger Howarth as Franco Baldwin.
