Thankfully, she’s a match!

Now that the Quartermaine and Corinthos families have a glimmer of hope, they wait until procedure day. Willows been resting up and Liesl’s all set to go. Or maybe not. General Hospital recall recall Maxie’s declaration that Liesl is missing. Meanwhile, Willow is less than 24 hours away from her scheduled bone marrow transplant. A procedure could potentially save her life. The entire family is counting on Liesl and this surgery. Especially, Willow, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and their sweet children Wiley and Amelia.

However, just because his first love interest died in a heart wrenching tragedy, that doesn’t mean he has no purpose in PC. Also, it most definitely doesn’t mean a new love interest come along.

General Hospital news reports reveal, in a recent interview, Josh Kelly opens up about Cody Bell’s life in PC. He discusses his relationship with Mac Scorpio (John J. York), and reminds fans that Cody and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) aren’t actually related (????, ????). He describes his dynamic with Kirsten as a brother/sister vibe. However, that doesn’t have to be the case for Cody and Maxie.

Josh Kelly explains, “I think he’s always felt like he didn’t belong anywhere, but if he belongs anywhere, it’s in Port Charles. He’s got Dante and Mac and Mac’s whole family — even Maxie, even though they’re not technically related. Kirsten [Storms, Maxie] and I have a really fun time together; it seems like we have kind of a brother/sister friendship because we’re always giggling when we have scenes and we have to be like, ‘Okay, stop, stop.’ But he really does like Mac’s family and wants to stay friends with Mac even though he lied about the paternity test.”

I know that we’re excited to see Josh Kelly stick around as Cody Bell. There’s so much to be discovered about Cody; starting with whatever he and Dante are hiding. Will Sam (Kelly Monaco) get to the bottom of it?

General Hospital comings and goings rumors suggest Matthew Cohen could be on his way back to Port Charles. It’s interesting to ponder why GH writers would not only bring Ellie back and make mention of Griffin if there wasn’t a plan to develop a storyline and highlight their connection.

Griffin Monro and Ellie Trout have ties to Port Charles that could lead them back to pieces of their past. As Ava’s ex, GH rumors hint Griffin could be relevant to Ryan’s next move toward Ava. His fixation on the sophisticated and beautiful Ava Jerome has not let up after all this time. General Hospital recaps revisit the havoc Peter reeked on the people of Port Charles. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) were his main focus, and at one point Anna believed Peter was her son. Peter won Maxie over, however, Maxie would soon find out who Peter really was.

Family Ties!

Peter shares a father with GH Doc, Britt Westbourne. Although Peter was an evil, calculated, monster, he did have room in his heart for family. He always acknowledged his relationship to half sister Britt. She wanted nothing to do with him since he was just like their father Cesar Faison. Cesar and Peter were both cold, calculated, insane… the list could go on.

Peter tortured those he claimed to love. This includes the woman he asked to become his wife. Maxie Jones and their baby become his obsession. He would do anything, include kidnap Maxie, to get her and their baby alone. Britt and Maxie became close as Peter’s sister helped Maxie outsmart him. Ultimately, Peter’s “death” was a relief to all, even his sister Britt.

Britt and Cody make shocking discovery!

General Hospital spoilers reveal Britt and Cody will make a shocking discovery come time to figure out Peter’s hidden message. Peter left Britt a mysterious box and she’s determined to uncover the meaning. 

General Hospital rumors suggest that Peter’s last message to Britt will be a positive one. Britt has been struggling with her Huntington’s disease diagnosis as well as trying to accept her fate. She remains uneasy about her uncertain of her future.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Britt’s interests are peaked since her conversation with sister in law, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Maxie and Britt shutter at the very sound of Peter’s name, and rightfully so. And although Peter is dead, his eerie shenanigans live on in a box.

We can’t bring ourselves to call this sibling love since Peter August (Wes Ramsey) was incapable of truly loving another person. Typically when you are gifted something by someone as close as family or the like, it means that the two of you are simpatico. Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) received the furthest thing from brotherly love from her half brother Peter.

General Hospital recaps recall Maxie and Britt discussing the box that Peter gifted to Britt. She tells Maxie that for some reason a party of her held onto the box instead of tossing it. Britt admits she’s still a bit curious as to what’s inside. Dr. Westbourne comes to the conclusion that there must be some sinister reason her brother left this box with her. Perhaps something he wants her to know.
