General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Cain- Two Truths And A Surplus Of Lies

Drew Cain sure has changed since his last stay in Pentonville. Gradually, he developed a darker side complete with deception and lies. The new Drew hasn’t gone unnoticed. In fact, the Congressman continues to insert himself into every major controversial situation in Port Charles. Obviously, Drew strives to make his estranged family, the Quartermaine’s, miserable.

Michael and Willow Corinthos were very much in love before the once heroic Uncle Drew saved Willow’s life. There was a time when Willow’s admiration for her husband’s uncle was justified until it turned into something more. Drew got in the way and home-wrecked his nephew’s family- directly and negatively impacting his own great nephew and niece. Now poor little Wiley and his baby sister Amelia suffer from the toxic family dynamic that Drew and Willow created.

According to General Hospital spoilers and rumors, Drew went too far when he targeted Wiley Corinthos- a child, his girlfriend’s son, and his own damn great nephew. Eventually, the schemes and games catch up with Congressman cutthroat. Surely, he can’t throw grenades and run away from the flames forever.

This week on General Hospital, more lies are told and some truths are exposed. Among the lies Willow told about Michael on the stand, one statement made was actually true. Well, sort of. Willow didn’t lie when she testified that she flew to Germany to see Michael. In fact, she didn’t lie about anything regarding her trip. As far as Willow knows, Michael denied her access to see him.
General Hospital rumors tease that among Drew‘s surplus of lies, the truth about this one soon comes to light. It won’t be long before Willow knows that drew lied and told the burn center to turn Willow away. The truth is that Michael never even knew she came to visit. They can all thank Drew for that.

His wife Willow Corinthos (Chad Duell) has been there around the clock despite their troubled marital status.

Currently, 3/4 of Michael’s body is covered in third degree burns, and he suffers from severe pain. According to General Hospital recaps, he’s been in and out of consciousness, but Michael’s medical team keeps him sedated due to the immense pain.

Willow’s Burned by Nina and Drew! Finally, Little Miss (Former) Goodie-Two-Shoes-Weeping-Willow is about to take some heat. Willow Corinthos is seemingly always the victim in various situations. Up until now, many GH fans found validity in her victim-hood.

Truly, life threw this poor girl some nasty stuff, but she kept pushing through to the other side. First of all, her biological mother is Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). That fact alone is enough for me to pity Willow. Thankfully, Willow did not have to endure Nina since birth, but Harmony was there to provide all the childhood trauma anyone could ever need.

From cults and losing babies, to evil sisters, and developing leukemia while pregnant, Willow’s life hasn’t been easy. Somehow, she went from a hard knock life to living in luxury as part of the Quartermaine and Corinthos families.

Evidently, Michael Corinthos was Willow’s ticket out of her own personal Hell. Does Willow truly love Michael? I’d say so. Well, that is until Drew came slithering around. (Plus the writers totally effed this up).
