Haley stated, “Unfortunately, I was involved in an automobile accident… I’m doing okay, but I am going to need a little time to recover. I will be back as soon as possible!” However, since then, TMZ reports that the Pullos stepped away from General Hospitalas a result of her recent arrest on April 29th. Evidently, Haley’s condition caused a serious accident on the freeway in Pasadena. The credible news outlet shared a photo of the calamitous accident along with further details.

According to TMZ, the actress swerved, and her vehicle flew over the median and into oncoming traffic on a Pasadena freeway. Shockingly, the drama doesn’t stop there. Sources say that Pullos was unable to exit her vehicle. As a result, firefighters came to her rescue but were greeted with a less than appreciative welcome. As first responders gave the young woman a checkup, she got violent with her rescuers and said, “This is a $400 f@ck!my shirt!” It was also noted that marijuana edibles and bottles of tequila were found in her car.
