Taggert warns Portia to stay out of it when it comes to Trina and Spencer! …Although Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) split up long ago, they are both very involved parents. They’ve each remained heavily involved in their daughter Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) life. Simply put, they want the best for their daughter, and continue to worry about the choices she makes.
Over in Greenland, Trina and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) have a happy reunion. Meanwhile, back home in Port Charles, Trina’s mother awaits her own reunion with Trina. Recent General Hospital recaps recall the sensitive nature of Portia and Trina’s current relationship. After having betrayed her family, Portia’s lies brought forth consequences. Prior to the tragic events on the Haunted Star, relationship with Trina showed signs of strain.
According to General Hospital news reports, Réal Andrews returns to GH as Trina’s father, Marcus Taggert. Despite Portia’s paternity drama, Taggert raised Trina and will always be her father. Although it’s possible that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is Trina’s biological father, that won’t stop Taggert from fulfilling his fatherly duties. Thankfully, both Taggert and Curtis love Trina and will do anything to keep her safe.
General Hospital spoilers and previews tease that Portia and Trina’s reunion is filled with gratitude for her safe return. However, GH rumors say that their relationship is still on thin ice. Despite almost losing each other, tension between the mother daughter duo could creep back into play if Portia says her piece about Spencer. General Hospital spoilers indicate that when it comes to Trina and Spencer, Taggert warns Portia to stay out of it. In addition, he reminds Portia that putting the blame on Spencer isn’t a great idea. If she wants to keep Trina close, telling her adult daughter who she can and cannot see isn’t going to fly with this obviously capable and independent young woman. Will Portia take Taggert’s advice? Or will she push her limits with Trina during this rocky period in their relationship?
It’s true that desperate times call for desperate measures. That’s why Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) knew that she needed to act fast when word about Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). came out. Going off of personal experience, Laura took the initiative and lead her group as they set out for Greenland. WSB took control of a serious mission. Thanks to Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) involving the WSB, the situation on the Haunted Star blew up (pun intended). Now, Spencer Cassadine is missing and a body was found.
According to the latest General Hospital spoilers and previews, the WSB struck the Haunted Star with a drone… with civilians still aboard! Thankfully, the rest of the rescue crew is safe. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), baby Ace, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), and Laura, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) are safely on land. However, Spencer is not.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Laura and Trina are informed that a body was recovered in the wreckage. The Haunted Star was blown to bits by the WSB, leaving Spencer unaccounted for and a John/Jane Doe (for now) dead. At first, Trina and Laura fear the worst after having been told a body was found. As it turns out, the body isn’t Spencer’s but he remains missing.
At this time, no new General Hospital news reports have confirmed nor denied Chavez’s potential GH exit. If we had to guess, Trina and Spencer are in it for the long haul.
Laura makes Luke proud. Laura Webber may not be a Spencer by blood, but when she fell in love with her (now) ex-husband Luke Spencer, she become one through and through. Decades ago, the young and adventurous couple took on the Spencer family enemy.
According to General Hospital history, Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and Laura Webber Spencer (Genie Francis) held their own as they fought against the powerful and deranged. In retrospect, Laura’s life alongside the legendary Luke helped mold her into the person she is today. Strong and formidable, Laura proves herself as essential to any successful victory over the Cassadine’s. From Mikkos and Stavros to Helena and Victor, Laura can’t escape the life of having been a Spencer. Still, she holds honor to her name and will defend it and her family with everything she’s got.
General Hospital spoilers tease that she puts her acquired survival skills to good use against Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). The Cassadine’s are at it again, but this time Luke isn’t around to lead the way. Instead, Laura leads the pack in their fight to save Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), Baby Ace, and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Additionally, now her crew must work together to save Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). General Hospital rumors tease that Laura makes Luke proud when uses her experience to defeat Victor.
Portia drives Trina away? Right now, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) can’t think straight while her daughter remains hostage on the Haunted Star. Although, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) didn’t technically kidnap Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). The young woman in love followed a gut feeling. According to General Hospital recaps, Trina noticed something of after speaking with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). His phone conversation with Victor left Trina suspicious. So, she followed Spencer, which lead her to the Haunted Star.
General Hospital spoilers and previews indicate that Trina’s mom curses the day Spencer entered her daughter’s life. Additionally, she doesn’t keep her feelings to herself in that regard. Portia makes it abundantly clear that she blames Trina’s involvement with Spencer for the life threatening predicament that she’s in now.
Currently, the mother-daughter duo’s relationship is on the rocks. Trina feels betrayed by Portia’s paternity secret. Sadly, they weren’t on the best of terms when tragedy struck, and now Trina’s life is threatened by a madman. While General Hospital rumors tease a happy reunion, Portia drives Trina away. When this nightmare is all said and done, Portia and Trina’s relationship has a chance to repair. However, if Portia expects Trina to stay away from Spencer, things between herself and her daughter won’t be the same.
Heather comes for Esme!?! Did you really think we’d get rid of her that easily? Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) connection to Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) threw Port Charles for a loop. After revealing herself as Esme’s mother, Heather made her intentions clear. Making up for lost time was on her mind and she didn’t hesitate to make her way into Esme’s orbit.
As General Hospital recaps recall, we last saw Heather at General Hospital. As always, Heather is Hell bent on getting what she wants. This time it’s her own family. Prior to getting hauled off by authorities, Heather paid her daughter Esme a visit. Kicking and screaming, she was dragged out of the hospital halls and into the elevator. Finally, Heather’s going down! But is her Pentonville vacation already over?
According to General Hospital news reports, Alley Mills confirmed that she (and Heather Webber) are returning to General Hospital. GH spoilers reveal, in a recent interview, Mills spills the tea to Michael Fairman. “I don’t know if I’m allowed to say this, but I am coming back. I’m not sure when or how.” The newly Emmy nominated actress revealed. Although her return as Heather is confirmed, Mills admits she’s in the dark regarding what Heather will be up to next. Make sure to keep up with GH to catch all the drama!
Portia blames Spencer. Although lately Ava and Spencer have been able to remain civil, Ava Jerome (Maura West) isn’t Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) biggest fan. Even while still fond of his father, Ava and her stepson didn’t get along. In fact, Spencer and his girlfriend Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) tortured Ava while she was married to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
Furthermore, Portia isn’t Spencer’s biggest fan either. He’s put her daughter through some hard times. And now, Spencer is the reason Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) life is in danger. General Hospital recaps recall, Trina snuck onto the Haunted Star when she followed Spencer. She found Spencer, Ace, and Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to be Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) prisoners. Now, that Victor’s men sniffed her out, Trina is his prisoner as well.
Meanwhile, Trina’s mother and Ava bond over their care and concern for the brave young woman. As they sit back while authorities and loved ones try to find Trina, Portia and Ava find time to chat. That’s when Portia blames Spencer for Trina’s predicament. From the beginning, Portia wasn’t too happy about her daughter spending so much time with a Cassadine. Spencer started out by roping Trina into his lies the moment he returned to Port Charles. Then, he brought his dreadful girlfriend who terrorized Trina’s life. Now, Spencer’s family kidnapped him and Trina might be collateral damage.
Charles Shaughnessy confirms Victor Cassadine’s send off! Port Charles villains come and go. They come sweeping in and go out with a band. Some villains come and go, and come, and go, and so on, while others go down in a blaze of glory, never to be seen again.
Previously, General Hospital news reports confirmed Charles Shaughnessy’s General Hospital exit. According to recent GH comings and goings reports, Shaughnessy’s GH contract has ended. Reportedly, GH spoilers reveal that Victor Cassadine’s portrayer is about to be defeated. Life-long enemies, the Spencer family fights for their own all over again. Like Luke Spencer (Tony Geary), Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is prisoner aboard the Haunted Star. The ship is under Cassadine control. However, the difference is that Spencer is a Cassadine as well as a Spencer.
According to GH news and spoilers, Charles Shaughnessy confirms Victor Cassadine’s send off as he exits GH! In a recent interview with Soaps In Depth, Charles drops a bombshell of what’s ahead for Victor Cassadine! It’s not secret that the dark and dubious Cassadine is on his way out. As the story tells it, Uncle Victor has gone off the deep end. Will that statement not only ring true figuratively, but literally as well? Who will this villain get his big send off?!
Regarding his run as Victor Cassadine, Shaughnessy tells SID, “Well, I am both honored and humbled! Thank you,” Shaughnessy exclaimed. “I have been so grateful for such a fun, meaty role and the writers at GH are giving Victor one of the greatest villain send-offs I can remember!”
GH spoilers reveal Victor plans to release a deadly pathogen as part of his attempt at Cassadine dominance. Ultimately, odds are things won’t play out how he hopes.
Spencer outsmarts Victor?! Once his Uncle Victor’s precious young Cassadine heir, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is now expendable. Ideally, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) would protect his great nephew at all costs. In his mind, the more Cassadine family members banned together, the more powerful they become. But when his prized family member wants nothing to do with him, Victor’s mentality changes.
Back in Port Charles, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis), Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), among others, brainstorm to help rescue Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), Ace, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Laura offers up the most knowledge based on her past experience with the crazy Cassadine’s. Back when the ship was called, The Titan, Luke Spencer (Tony Geary) and Laura were prisoners aboard the ship.
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal Chavez’s recent statement in an interview with Soaps In Depth. “He has to find a way to outsmart Victor, and all of his personnel, in order to end up with the upper hand,” Chavez admitted. “The odds are definitely stacked against him.”
But with Trina and Liesl’s help, it’s possible that Spencer outsmarts Victor. Is Victor about to lose the upper hand?
Victor catches Trina! Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) bravery has gotten her through many challenges. Although, sometimes it’s our bravery that brings us to such precarious situations in the first place. As for Trina, she boldly and bravely snuck onto the Haunted Star because she sensed that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) was in trouble.
Trina Robinson and Spencer Cassadine’s road to romance is just beginning. After a few years of their own version of cat and mouse, these two finally stopped playing games with their hearts. According to recent General Hospital news and spoilers, Nicholas Alexander Chavez threw out some Sprina teasers. Recently, the Daytime Emmy Award winner spilled some GH spoilers tea on Twitter. He assures fans that Sprina dives into adventure and romance!
General Hospital recaps remind us of Trina’s bravery. She took advantage of her surroundings and used an opportunity to contact her mother. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) gathered around Laura Spencer (Genie Francis), Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) to guide Trina through some instructions. According to General Hospital spoilers, Trina’s failure to follow through with Curtis’s explicit instructions has inimical consequences.
Trina’s mistake could cost her their lives! GH rumors hint that Victor catches Trina after the guards notice the missing device. Just how much time does she have before Victor discovers he has a stow away?
Sprina Luke and Laura 2.0! Luke and Laura are two names that ring a bell with countless Americans as well as international GH fans. General Hospital’s iconic couple left their legacy on our society as their love story was illustrious. Now, fast forward a few (or more) decades and it seems history is repeating itself.
General Hospital Recaps- In General Hospital history, the Cassadine and Spencer rivalry became an epic tale, lasting many years, and creating iconic storylines through the show’s existence. Prior to their unforgettable adventure surviving the Cassadines, Luke (Tony Geary) and Laura’s (Genie Francis) love began to develop as any soap opera pairing would. But, there was always something special about them. In comparison, GH fans and Sprina fans find that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) appeal to the audience in a similar fashion to the iconic Luke and Laura pairing.
Luke and Laura 2.0
According to General Hospital spoilers, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) predicts the near future. Based on her experience, she recognizes a Cassadine plot for a hostile takeover when she sees it. Currently, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has Laura’s grandson Spencer prisoner on the Haunted Star. Furthermore, from the looks of things, Laura assumes Trina is on that boat along with Spencer and even baby Ace.
GH spoilers and previews hint that things get nostalgic for Laura. She remembers a time when she and Luke were trapped on the “Titan.” Similarly, Mikkos Cassadine’s plan to take over involved a Cassadine jewel and a feisty, sleuth named [Luke] Spencer. Now, Victor, his obsession with the Ice Princess, Laura’s grandson, and his lady love are aboard what used to be the Titan.
According to recent General Hospital news and spoilers, Nicholas Alexander Chavez revealed, “It’s adventure time,” for Spencer and Trina. Like Laura’s experience, GH rumors tease that Sprina is headed for an island near Venezuela. There they will discover ways to survive while falling deeper in love.
