Before Jake Doe was operated on by Dr. Patrick Drake, he had a very revealing memory which let him know who he really is. He tried to mutter out the words to his friend and nurse, Elizabeth Webber, but the anesthesia prevented him from getting out what he needed to say. The entire time Jake was in surgery, Liz was hoping that Jake would be able to tell her, and everyone else his true identity.
Fans along with Jake and everyone who now knows him as Jake, were disappointed when the thought he had before surgery was gone. Even after Patrick performed the operation in hopes to undo what Helena had done, Jake still doesn’t have any memory of his past life.
New General Hospital spoilers indicate that by the end of this week, Jake will have a dream that is more like a memory. His dream will lead him to who he really is, and possibly indicate his relationship with his wife, Sam, his son, Danny, as well as other close friends and family.
Nikolas is well aware of Jake’s true identity and struggles with having to withhold the truth from his cousin Sam, and his friend Liz. Helena has threatened him and is blackmailing him into not telling. But will Jake remember who he is before Nik even has a chance to do the right thing?
What do you think? Is it finally over? Will Jake remember that he is actually Jason Morgan this week on General Hospital? Watch it all unfold weekdays on ABC at 2PM Eastern.
Fire at Wyndemere! Emma Drake and Spencer Cassadine in danger! This week on General Hospital, Spencer Cassadine celebrates with birthday with his closest friends at Wyndemere. General Hospital spoilers reveal that little Spencer and the woman of his dreams, Emma Drake will face danger.
Nikolas and Patrick will stop at nothing to save their children when a fire breaks out. What or shall we say who caused the fire? General Hospital rumors speculate that Spencer may know a little too much about Jake Doe’s identity, and dear old great grandmother just might have to put a stop to that.
What do you think? What was the real cause of the fire at Wyndemere during Spencer’s birthday party?
The wait is over people! General Hospital fans and the residents of Port Charles are about to finally find out who Jake Doe really is. Jake’s life is in jeopardy as he faces complications with his condition.
The new General Hospital Promo reveals Nikolas Cassadine stating what fans have known all along, “Jake is Jason Morgan.” Lives will never be the same now that the truth is out!
What will Sam do when she finds out her husband Jason Morgan is indeed alive? What does this mean for their relationship, or her relationship with Dr. Patrick Drake? Elizabeth and Jake have become very close since she took care of him in the hospital. Will there be a possible love connection?
JaSam and Liason fans get ready, this is going to be one hell of a ride!
Today General Hospital fans were able to watch a Live Stream chat with two of PC’s most intriguing men. Actors Billy Miller (Jason Morgan) and Jason Thompson (Dr. Patrick Drake) took the time to interact with fans via social media. In a relaxed Question/Answer setting, fans were able to get to know the real Jason and Billy and their thoughts on certain topics regarding General Hospital.
As a huge and loyal JaSam fan, I decided to ask Billy Miller if he felt Jason was ready to reunite with Sam. His response was nothing as was expected, due to the legendary lover status Jason and Sam have always had. JaSam to this day has a huge fan following, and now that Jason is back from the dead, it’s absolutely expected that the two will once again be in love and have the family with Danny they always wanted. However, Billy Miller has different plans. In their response, Jason Thompson (Patrick) reminded Billy that JaSam was the couple name for Jason and Sam. Billy then told the fans that he is unsure about Jason reuniting with Sam, as there are many women on the show. Miller says, “You never know, there’s so many women on the show.”
Definitely NOT the response a die hard JaSam fan was waiting to hear… but we shall see where the writers take this story, and if they will fall into the direction of a happily ever after for Jason and Sam.
This may bring hope to Samtrick fans. If Jason and Sam can’t seem to make it work, Sam will always have Patrick to lean on. Their friendship is unbreakable and their new found romance is extremely hot.
GH fans engaged in the live chat were surprised by an unexpected guest! Check out who added to the charismatic chat.
General Hospital drama is on fire right now and February Sweeps is about to take fans by storm. With the Fluke mystery finally about to explode, we can say this February Sweeps will be one for the books.
GH spoilers have warned fans that Fluke’s plan for a party could end in catastrophe. Any party held in the city of Port Charles is bound to end badly. What will go down at The Haunted Star?
General Hospital spoilers from the cover of Soaps in Depth magazine indicate mayhem is about to go down! With upcoming explosions and a shootout, it is uncertain whether or not everyone will make it out alive.
Many changes have been taking place with the cast of GH. Several news reports of the ins and outs of the actors, contract renewing, and actors moving on into new directions. Nothing has been confirmed of an actor/actress leaving the show as of yet. So far we know that Kristen Alderson has decided to not renew her contract, but the role of Kiki Jerome has already been recast with Hayley Erin.
Who is going to die this February Sweeps on General Hospital? The residents of Port Charles better take cover.
Kelly has played the beautiful, strong, sensitive woman, Samantha McCall since 2003. Immediately after debuting as the scuba diving bad-ass con-artist, she won the hearts of GH fans everywhere. Sam is one tough cookie with a whole lot heart. Sam’s epic love story with Jason Morgan (then Steve Burton) will live on forever.
In this must-read ‘On Air Soaps with Michael Fairman’ interview with Kelly Monaco, Kelly tells Michael and the fans all about working with Steve Burton, Jason Thompson, and Billy Miller.
When Kelly was asked by Michael Fairman about “Samtrick” which is the ship name for Sam and Patrick as a couple, Kelly had many good things to say about this pairing on and off screen. Monaco explains to Michael that she and Jason Thompson have been fighting for a Patrick and Sam pairing for a very long time. They two are great friends outside of the workplace and have a real trust and bond between the two of them. Michael Fairman asked Kelly:
MICHAEL:
Let’s talk about Samtrick. When they said we are going to pair you with Jason Thompson and try to broach a romance between Patrick and Sam, once they had established their friendship, what were your thoughts on that? Were you at all worried it wouldn’t play?
Samtrick fans will love her heartwarming response…
KELLY:
“Jason and I have been fighting for that for a long time, since Steve Burton left, basically. We were in New York like a year and half ago, and we went up to Ron Carlivati’s (head writer, GH) office and the writers over at General Hospital. We both sat there and we’re like “Well?” And they said, “No, not yet. You guys are friends,” meaning, of course, our characters on the show we’re friends. Jason and I were like, “Just try it!” And lo and behold, I don’t know when they decided, but here is it is, and I love it. Jason Thompson is my friend in real life, and he’s my family. So it’s really great working with him – it’s fresh and new, and we hadn’t had the opportunity to interact like that on-screen before. There is a trust there that you can make out on-screen, or whatever. I am not taking anything away from Michael Easton. I have known him for 15 years, but if they were going to shift me and put me somewhere, I am glad they put me in Jason’s arms.”
We want to know, what are your thoughts about Sam and Patrick as a new hot couple? Does Sam belong with Jason, or is the time finally right to move on with someone else? Are you #TeamJaSam or #TeamSamtrick?
While Jake still doesn’t realize he is Jason Morgan, he remains under Helena Cassadine’s mind control. Even though Helena told Jake he was Jason, she has the power to make him forget it all, and that’s exactly what she did. A few months ago Helena did tell Jake the he was THE Jason Morgan and that he was married to Sam Morgan. But of course, Helena used her mind manipulation to make Jake forget that important piece of information.
Helena’s latest mission for Jake is an order to kill Sam Morgan. Due to Sam’s impeccable instincts and P.I. skills, she has a huge hunch that Jake was the one that kidnapped her in order to distract the cops from Faison’s escape. Because Faison is the reason her husband Jason is believed to be dead, Sam won’t stop until she proves her instincts are right.
Sam and Patrick are on a date together and Sam cooked him a wonderful mean. The two have gotten past the lie Patrick told regarding Jason. They are moving forward with their relationship and taking their intimacy to the next level. As Sam and Patrick went upstairs, Jason walked right in her door. He is at Sam’s penthouse in an attempt to keep her quiet about the night Faison got away. Will he be able to go through with Helena’s orders to take Sam out?
General Hospital rumors suggest that Jake will start having memories of his true identity. Will he remembers he is Jason, Sam’s husband before it’s too late?
We all know that General Hospital has harvested some terrifically talented people in the past and present. Many of them cross over from acting to singing and artistry and back again.
GH’s Jason Thompson who plays Dr. Patrick Drake is has recently surprised us with a hidden talent… co-writing and singing his brand new song! Check out ‘When the Storm Came’ right here!
Patrick Drake and Sam Morgan have a long history of friendship. More recently, the two starting expressing romantic feelings for one another. Patrick and Sam kissed, and the Sam put her emotions back in check. She didn’t want to jeopardize the friendship she has with Patrick by taking their relationship to the next level. They remained close, and unexpectedly, Sam found out that Patrick had been hiding a HUGE secret. Sam was extremely hurt by the fact that Patrick kept the truth about Jason being alive from her. But all has been forgiven and the two have finally decided to look past their fears and try to be more than friends.
Patrick and Sam have plans to spend New Years Eve together which could lead to the start of something wonderful for them. Is the timing all wrong? General Hospital rumors insinuate that Patrick’s ex wife, Robin Scorpio Drake is on her way home. Unknowingly to Patrick, Robin is not actually living in France, she is being held by Helena Cassadine as part of her evil plan to control Jason Morgan. If the rumors are true, and Robin returns to Port Charles, will she stand in the way of Sam’s happiness?
Let us know what you think! Would you like to see Sam and Patrick happy together or should Sam and Jason be reunited? Do Robin and Patrick still have a chance?
Anyone who has seen Thursday’s episode of General Hospital could agree that the scenes with Anders Hove (Cesar Faison), Jason Thompson (Dr. Patrick Drake), and Kelly Monaco (Samantha Morgan), were nothing short of intense. Others will describe the scenes as extremely emotional. Kelly Monaco killed it with her passion and obvious fury for Faison.
When Sam confronted Faison regarding Jason’s murder, it was easy to feel her raw emotion. Jason Thompson did any amazing job with just the look on his face. That look showed sorrow, guilt, fear, and shame all in those two eyes of his. Patrick looked as though he had lost his best friend and it was all his fault.
What will happen when Sam finds out straight from Patrick that he has known about Jason being alive for all this time? Granted, Patrick believes now that Jason is dead, because that is what his wife Robin, had to tell him in order to protect her family. Sam is going to have a ray of hope ripped right from under her after she learns that Jason didn’t die on that pier, but that he is now believed to be dead anyways.
Will Sam be able to forgive Patrick from hiding this enormous secret about her husband? After this fall out, is there any hope to save their friendship? Let us know what you think by commenting below.
