Peter, Peter, Peter! Peter August (Wes Ramsey) was many things; a liar, a kidnapper, a killer, a son of the one and only Cesar Faison, among many other things.

General Hospital recaps recall Peter August may have something to do with the mystery surrounding Holly Sutton’s captivity. General Hospital news reports informed fans of Emma Samms’ absence from General Hospital after becoming positive for Covid 19.

Rewind 2 years…

GH spoilers and rumors hinted that Holly was held captive as a way for Peter to have leverage over Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Peter had lead Robert to believe Holly was dead, her body burned beyond recognition.

Samms reveals she is ready to find out all about her mystery villain, and states, “I can’t believe that it’s been 40 years since I first appeared on GH and that, once again, I get to play the wonderful character of Holly Sutton,” she revealed to Deadline. “No one is more interested in what’s happened to her since we saw her two years ago, being held captive by a mysterious villain, than me!”

General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Sees Right Through Finn As Her Mental Health Is In Question, Flashbacks Of Past Abuse Rises To The Surface

Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is struggling with her mental health. Thankfully she has had Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) by her side through her most recent breakdown.

General Hospital News And Spoilers: Finola Hughes And Frank Valentini Dive Deep Into Details Of Peter’s Death

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has become a big part of Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) life in a short period of time.

As Faison’s (Anders Hove) son, Anna’s relationship with Peter was complex to say the least. From thinking he was her nephew and then his mother, back to being his Aunt, the relationship was very flawed. Peter reeked havoc on the people Anna loves and because of that, Finola reveals was was “disappointed” when she found out Anna wasn’t going to be the one to kill Peter.

In a recent interview with Soaps In Depth, Hughes admits she was curious about how Peters demise would unfold and approached Executive Producer, Frank Valentini with the burning question.

General Hospital news and spoilers share inside details of Finola and Frank’s thought process on how Peter’s death would be written. Hughes admits,  “I asked Frank [Valentini],” Hughes recalled. “I was like, ‘Do I kill him?’ And he sort of explained it to me and I was bummed! I was like, ‘Oh, I really feel like I should.’ However, Finola wasn’t left wondering without explanation. Valentini explained his reasoning for how the story unraveled as Peter took his last breath. Finola continued, “Frank was like, ‘Well, they don’t want you to be responsible for too many deaths,’” she continued. “I mean, I think there was a sort of consensus among the writers and I accepted that. And he said, ‘Wait and see how this is written.’ And when I saw it, I thought it was so artful and very clever.”

Finola reflected on the last scene she filmed with Wes and expressed her sadness to part ways with her co-star. She boasts, “He was such a darling person to work with. I loved working with Wes. He was just a dream to work with.”
