General Hospital News: Save GH! GH’s Tristan Rogers Pleads For Help From Fans

General Hospital vet Tristan Rogers (Robert Scorpio) took to Twitter to encourage fans to show their support for the 56 year old Daytime Drama. Rogers tells fans to make comments pertaining to the show, even if they are negative. Negative feedback is still feedback which will help in the development and growth of the show in order to appeal to the masses.

If you watch General Hosptial via DVR or Hulu, please take the time to tweet to ABC Executive Nathan Varni @nathanvarni to let TPTB know GH is being viewed. You can also tweet Nathan with any concerns you may have so that they get passed along to other executives at the network.

Bottom line is, if you love General Hospital and don’t want to see ratings slip, ultimately putting the shows survival in jeopardy, make sure to stay involved. Use Official General Hospital social media accounts along with major fan pages (i.e. General Hospital Blog) to show that fans are still very active in watching and discussing the show.

General Hospital News: Kimberly McCullough Retires From Acting

Kimberly McCullough is most famously known for her role as Robin Scorpio Drake on the iconic soap opera, General Hospital. McCullough originated the role of Robin Scorpio, daughter of Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) at the young age of 7 in 1985. McCullough played the role until adulthood, and has remained a household name on the show well into the 2000s. She became recurring and eventually left the show only to come back here and there.

At the age of 41, Kimberly announced on her personal Instagram that she is retiring from acting. She reflected on the past decade and recapped the important events in her life including losing a baby, having a baby, finding love, and directing. Kimberly is now focusing mostly on directing and has some impressive accomplishments in her portfolio. She has directed 25 episodes of television, including Pretty Little Liars, and The Connor’s among many more.

Any hope for a return for Robin to coming back to General Hospital is still up in the air, as she will not be returning on contract, however, there is always a possibility for cameo appearances.

General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Hunts Peter Down; Anna Exposes Peter’s Dark Secrets; Maxie’s World is Shaken

The week leading up to Thanksgiving and beyond is about to get explosive! General Hospital Spoilers reveal things are about to shake up as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) can’t handle the verdict Sam (Kelly Monaco) received. He will do anything to get Sam out of jail, and he gets right down to business. Jason will find out who is behind this and who will take the ultimate blow for making Sam wind up in Pentonville.

In Jason’s quest to save his wife, Sam, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will begin to feel uneasy and unsafe as roads lead Jason right to Peter. Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has returned from her trip and is desperate need to reconnect with her “son” Peter. As of now, GH viewers are led to believe Anna is Peter’s mother, however, Anna may have found information discovering that her twin sister, Alex, is actually Peter’s mother. General Hospital rumors lean toward the majority of fans thinking Alex will turn out to be Peter’s mother. In Anna’s attempt to bond with Peter, General Hospital spoilers hint Anna will be able to pick up on peculiar behavior from Peter. Something just seems off with him, he seems distracted. Anna’s close friend Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) is and has been suspicious of Peter all along. General Hospital spoilers hint to look for Anna to discover Peter’s secrets the first week of December.

When it comes to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), the only time she questioned Peter was in regard to the purchase of the house, and the strange way he was behaving in front of Maxie and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). GH rumors claim once Anna makes her discovery about Peter, she will have no choice but to expose him and all of his lies, thus turning Maxie’s happy world into turmoil.

General Hospital Spoilers: Tristan Rogers Return, Confirmed!

RobertAnnaWe have had a lot of news passing through as General Hospital gets ready for November Sweeps and the BIG Jason Morgan Reveal story line.

We are excited to inform fans of yet another General Hospital casting news update! It has been confirmed by GH Executive Producer Frank Valentini and ABC Network Manager, Nathan Varni, that General Hospital vet, Tristan Rogers is set to return to the canvas as Robert Scorpio.

What will Robert be involved in when he returns to Port Charles? Now that Duke has died, Anna is free again. Could this be a possible time for Anna and Robert to reconnect romantically?

Y&R WON’T Make Deal With Tristan Rogers

Last week General Hospital Blog posted regarding the possibility of a Robert Scorpio return. Although Actor Tristan Rogers is currently under contract with The Young and the Restless, it was believed the the executives over at the CBS soap would allow Tristan to co over to General Hospital from time to time.

Tristan Rogers (Colin Atkinson Y&R) hoped that his current contract would still allow him to make cameo appearances as Robert Scorpio on GH. Since Y&R star Eileen Davidson (Ashley Abbott) was allowed to film on Days of Our Lives during her contract, Rogers was under the impression that he would be allowed to do the same.

For now, the decision has been made. Tristan Rogers is under contract with CBS’ The Young and the Restless, and is not allowed to make any appearances on ABC’s General Hospital, as the legendary Robert Scorpio.

How do you feel about this decision from the executives at Y&R?

Do you think Tristan will jump shit and head over to GH after his contract is up with Y&R? Let us know by leaving your comments in the comment section.

A Frisco Jones Return?

In the last year or so, the executives at GH have been known for bringing back fan favorites and vet characters. With all of the WSB and Frisco Jones talk that went on last week, could the writers be giving the audience a hint? Last week when Maxie was in her air plane dilemma, she reached out to her father, Frisco Jones to come to her aid and get her home to Nathan before the new year. Also last week, Agent Sloan brought up the fact that Frisco was now the head of the WSB to Anna Devane.

If Jack Wagner does return to his role as Frisco Jones, there are many possible story lines he could tie into. For one, his daughter Maxie will always hold a special place in her heart for her father, also he has many long time friends and colleagues that could be part of a Frisco story line. Since he is now head of the WSB, there is potential there as well with the involvement in the entire Fluke, Jerry Jacks, Helena Cassadine saga, since Victor Cassadine and Anna Devane have been linked to the WSB for many years.

Many times, name dropping like this is a way for the writers to hint that a certain character may be on their way back to Port Charles… but not always. Jack Wagner (Frisco Jones) was most recently part of General Hospital during the 2013 Nurses Ball. When the character was written off, fans had expressed opinions that implied their favorite character had been written out of character this go around. Jack Wagner himself had trouble with the direction the writers had taken Frisco and it was no secret that Wagner left the show on rocky terms with the executives. That being said, are the General Hospital rumors about Frisco returning true, or is it pretty unlikely to see Wagner back in the role of Frisco Jones? Perhaps fences have been mended between the actor and TPTB over at General Hospital. General Hospital Blog will keep fans updated with any information confirming or denying this GH rumor.

What do you think? Would you like to see Frisco return to Port Charles to possibly redeem his character from his most recent visit? Comment below!

GH’s Kelly Thiebaud (Dr. Britt Westbourne) Jumping Ship! Find Out Where She is Headed

There have definitely been some major shake ups this year when it comes to General Hospital ins and outs. A few months back it seemed like the actors from General Hospital and the Young and the Restless were bouncing back and forth from each of those two daytime dramas. Y&R gained General Hospital’s Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Tristan Rogers (Robert Scorpio, Colin Atkinson), while General Hospital gained Y&R’s Billy Miller (Billy Abbott, Jason Morgan), Michelle Stafford (Phylllis Newman, Nina Clay), and Maura West (Diane Jenkins, Ava Jerome), and more.

In more recent casting news, it has been confirmed that General Hospital’s Kelly Thiebaud (Dr. Britt Westbourne, aka The Britch) has been bumped from her contract with General Hospital to a recurring status. The newest piece of information that has caught wind by the soap opera social media is that Kelly Thiebaud is on her way to The Bold and the Beautiful. In a report from Soaps in Depth, there has been a General Hospital rumor floating around that B&B has made Kelly Thiebaud an offer she just cannot turn down. It has been rumored that Kelly will be joining the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful as Steffy Forrester.

A source at CBS denies this claim, leaving this rumor just as it is, a rumor. However, looking back on Billy Miller and the Jason Morgan saga, there was a siginificant amount of back and forth, even to the point of denial that this character was joining GH.

What do you think about this rumor? Will Kelly Thiebaud land a spot on the CBS soap, The Bold and the Beautiful?

Will Robert Scorpio Return to Save Robin From Helena?

The last time we saw Robin Scorpio Drake, she had to fake a video chat call with her husband Patrick (Jason Thompson) and her mother Anna (Finola Hughes). Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) was behind the staged call. Robin was told to pretend she had just left her family and went off to Paris to deal with the fact that she and Patrick were getting a divorce. In actuality, she is being held against her will by the evil shrew that is Helena Cassadine. At this point, Anna and Patrick are at a loss, as they honestly believe that Robin is away by her own choice. Why would they come looking for her if they think she has chosen to stay in Paris? They wouldn’t. That being said, perhaps this is where her father, Robert Scorpio comes in. According to the most recent issue of Soaps in Depth Magazine, and General Hospital Rumors, ABC’s General Hospital may be gearing up for the return of super spy, father of Robin, actor Tristan Rogers.

While Anna and Patrick sit back and believe that Robin has abandon them and her daughter Emma, it would be the perfect time for Robin’s secret spy father, Robert Scorpio to charge into the situation like a White Knight, saving his daughter from long time rival, Helena Cassadine.

General Hospital Blog will keep fans posted on the status of Tristan Rogers’ possible returning. Keep checking back for any confirmation regarding this story.

The Plot Thickens: Peter Harrell Wants Maxie and Lulu to Pay

After months of wondering what in the world Levi Dunkleman has against Maxie Jones, it was finally revealed that Levi Dunkleman is actually named Peter Harrell. It looks as thought Levi (Peter), is the son of Felicia’s ex-fiance, Peter Harrell.

After disclosing to Maxie and Lulu that he took them hostage for a reason, not just to get away with the jewels, he also explained that Lulu is just as much a part of his mission as Maxie is. If Levi truly is Peter, son of Peter Harrell, he is obviously the son of a disgruntled ex-fiance. As he told Maxie and Lulu, he views Felicia to be a cheater who got swept away by Frisco Jones and left Peter behind. Frisco helped Felicia get away from Harrell as he was after the Aztec treasure.

What does Lulu have to do with any of this? Well way back when, when the original story line of the Aztec treasure took place, Robert Scorpio and Luke Spencer were ahead of Peter Harrell in their quest to find the treasure. Ultimately, Harrell was chased by Robert and Luke, and Peter was arrested for destruction of property. Later in the story, Luke, Holly, and Robert convinced the police that Peter Harrell was responsible for murder and Luke’s name was cleared.

It’s safe to say that perhaps Peter Harrell has it out for the Jones and Spencer families and he is using Maxie and Lulu to get revenge on their parents.

Levi Dunkleman is Peter Harrell? Who is Peter Harrell?

That was quite a revelation on today’s episode of General Hospital. Levi Dunkleman is not actually Levi Dunkleman. Peter Harrell you say? Well who is Peter Harrell?

Peter Harrell is an ex-fiance of Felicia Jones. Peter Harrell was after Felicia because she was an Aztec Princess. He was also interested in her precious Aztec treasure. Felicia found Frisco as she was trying to run and hide from the people who were after her for the treasure. She and Frisco ended up on the run together. In Peter’s pursuit of the jewels, he ended up getting chased by Robert Scorpio and Luke Spencer, and ultimately getting arrested.

Ulitmately, adter a long saga, Peter was presumed dead but a body was never found. Could Levi be the son of Felicia’s ex-fiance, Peter Harrell?
