Sonny Corinthos (Maurce Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) have found themselves in a very serious situation. These two are no strangers to danger but it’s been a while since things have been this heated in Port Charles. They have already been ambushed in two different cities on the same night, causing family and close friends to be in direct range of the danger. Laura Spencer (Genie Francis), a close friend of Sonny’s has already paid the price when she was shot while standing on the pier. Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) instincts kicked in when he shielded Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) from the shots being fired and ran to Laura’s side when she went down. Since that night, Sonny and Jason have been scrambling, trying to figure out who is behind all of this.
Sonny and Jason know they need to protect their families and will go to extreme measures to do just that. Jason knows his wife Sam (Kelly Monaco) can hold her own and even help in the process, but still, his number one priority is to keep her and their children safe from the fallout of this mob war.
The threat of extreme danger extends further than Sonny and Jason. Jasper Jacks (Jax) (Ingo Rademacher) has close ties to the Corinthos family since he and Sonny’s wife, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have a daughter together, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Jax isn’t going to sit back and do nothing while knowing that his daughter is in direct danger because of Sonny and Jason’s situation.
In a new General Hospital spoilers promo, Jax is shown arguing with the mother of his daughter and Carly isn’t happy with that Jax is asking of her. In order to protect Josslyn, General Hospital spoilers tease that Jax will tell Carly that she needs to keep her distance from Joss, keeping Joss out of harms way. It’s possible that Jax suggests Josslyn come live with him, or even that he should take their daughter far away from Port Charles. Carly doesn’t want to be separated from her daughter, although she knows what needs to be done in order to keep her safe.
Will Sonny and Jason get the situation under control before extreme measures need to be taken to protect the ones they love?
Which is more evil, Cassadine blood or a woman married into the miserable family? The latest General Hospital spoilers had revealed Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is not a Cassadine after all. According to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), Valentine is merely the son of Helena (Constance Towers) out of wedlock and is actually not of Cassadine blood.
Lately General Hospital rumors have been flying, making claims that Valentine is not Charlotte’s (Scarlett Fernandez) father. However, lately that couldn’t seem further from the truth. Earlier this week GH views saw a different side of little Charlotte. She was cutting up a picture of Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), the young woman left to blame for ultimately breaking up Charlotte’s Papa and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Charlotte’s mom Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) walked in and asked what she was doing. Charlotte was quick to blame Nina for the mess without batting an eye.
General Hospital spoilers have been making claims that this new behavior for Charlotte is a way of letting the GH viewers know if Charlotte takes after her Grandmother, Helena or if she is behaving like a true Cassadine. Some may say Charlotte’s behavior was on the brink of evil, maybe not quite evil, but most definitely calculated. Will Nikolas’ claims about Valentine be true? Perhaps he and Charlotte are not Cassadine blood after all?
Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) has weaseled her way into convincing Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) to let her move in with him in order for her to be closer to her biological son, Wiley aka Jonah Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson). Nelle is convinced she has rights to some form of ELQ, Quartermaine fortune, and told Brad she will leave once that comes through. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Detective Chase (Josh Swickard), Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), are concerned about Wiley. They have been observing Brad and his parenting (or lack thereof) skills and are worried that Wiley is not receiving the best possible care when Brad’s husband Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) is in a coma. General Hospital spoilers have revealed a preview for Monday, January 20th, showing the four concerned friends discussing the issue as Michael’s mom Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) walks in. Carly has had it with Nelle and she isn’t going to let Nelle get away with getting closer to Wiley. Carly knows how to take charge and that’s exactly what she’s going to do. On Monday, GH viewers will hear Carly yell, “Over my dead body!” in regard to Nelle and baby Wiley. General Hospital spoilers have indicated Brad will be cornered by Michael and friends, with Carly leading the way. Based on their observation of Brad as a parent, GH rumors claim that Brad will be proven unfit and the baby will be in the custody of his Godfather (also biological Father), Michael. Watch Carly spring into action, check out the preview below.
Nina has been to Hell and back between betrayals from her own Mother, Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills), her love Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), and the young women, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) who led Nina to believe she was her daughter.
Nina has had enough and she continues with her plan to trick Valentin into thinking they will get married. Although she does love him and is having difficulty with the whole situation, second guessing her decision to expose and end things for good with Valentin, Nina will most likely not actually marry Valentin. Nina has a little something up her sleeve to prove Valentin was lying the entire time about Sasha. She is running another DNA test to prove Valentin used Madeline’s hair strands as a sample to achieve the falsified Mother-Daughter DNA results. General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina will get confirmation on what she already knows about Valentin.
The chaos at the wedding will not be limited to Nina and Valentin’s situation. As Nina goes back and forth with her feelings, Jax (Ingo Rademacher) hopes Nina will not stoop to this level and make a public scene, a sudden distraction faces the crowd. General Hospital spoilers reveal Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will be exposed in front of the majority of Port Charles, at Nina and Valentin’s wedding.
Nina (Cynthia Watros) has already faced some major realizations and uncovered truths and General Hospital spoilers are now hinting Nina will make yet another discovery. She has already figured out Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was the one behind the entire set up that claimed Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was Nina’s daughter. Nina is playing Valentin as if she has no clue. Another bombshell hit Nina when she puts the clues together and figures out Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was still alive.
There are a few secrets and loose ends hanging around Port Charles and there is no telling who and when someone will find out the truth. Nina could possibly face a shocking revelation regarding the on going saga of the baby swap. Perhaps she goes poking around and inadvertently stumbles upon information that leads her to the baby swap. GH spoilers reveal at the end of this week Nina will be shocked. Previously General Hospital spoilers revealed that Nina will find the other half of a pendant she had when her child was born, and she will see it in Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) possession. Since Willow is connected to the baby swap, Nina may be unraveling an entire mess of lies and secrets.
Nina Reeves has been on an emotional roller coaster when it comes to her long lost daughter. The latest let down involving Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), Nina Reeves, and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has left Nina broken hearted- hopefully for the last time. Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) delivered the horribly shocking truth to Nina on her wedding day and at that time took a verbal beating from an emotionally distraught Nina. Now that the storm has settled, Nina’s focus is on revenge- as she knows her fiance Valentine Cassadine was behind this deception, putting Sasha up to the scheme.
They say you find what is lost when you aren’t really looking, and what you’ve been looking for a lot of times is right there in plain sight. General Hospital spoilers tease that just may be the case in Port Charles as Nina will find what she has been looking for when she least expects it. Private Investigator and friend of Nina, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) has been on the case in the search for Nina’s daughter but now that Nina isn’t solely focused on finding her daughter, odds are who she is looking for is right there in front of her.
There is a key element to this story that has yet to be introduced. General Hospital spoilers reveal there is a necklace- a heart shaped pendant in which two different people possess one half of the pendant. Nina has one half and her daughter has the other. In coming weeks, Nina will spot the other half of the necklace in Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) possession. Due to all that Nina has been through, the ups and downs, the hope and hope lost, Nina will be beside herself trying to sort out her emotions. When she believed Sasha Gilmore was her biological daughter, Nina knew that her true daughter should have the other half of the necklace, but chalked it’s absence up to loss due to circumstance. Nina will be in disbelief when she sees Willow with the other half of the pendant, and part of her will try and come up with other reasons as to why Willow would have this pendant.
How far will Nina go to find out the truth? GH rumors tease of yet another DNA test without consent. Will this be the end of this life long search for Nina and her biological daughter?
As Nina and Valentin prepare to tie the knot, their friends and family join them in celebrating for one last hurrah. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are known to get a little out of hand, and most have the unwritten friend code, “what happens in ___ stays in ___.” That isn’t the case in Port Charles.
General Hospital spoilers have been hinting that Lulu will find out Sasha is not Nina’s daughter, and in today’s dramatic General Hospital previews, it has been revealed Lulu will most definitely get an earful.
At Nina’s bachelorette party, Dr. Obrecht carelessly is seen in the bathroom of the Floating Rib, scolding Sasha, and warning her to never tell Nina the truth about not being her daughter. What Dr. Obrecht and Sasha don’t know is that someone was listening. Who happens to be in the stall behind them? Lulu! After overhearing this secret, Lulu was in shock! What is Lulu going to do with this information. General Hospital spoilers hint toward Lulu running straight to Dustin. Will she tell him she has news that will turn so many lives upside down? Or maybe she will go straight to Nina.
Now that the secret is out to at least one more person, it’s only a matter of time before Nina knows the truth. This will destroy Nina’s world, and ultimately put a dark cloud over what is supposed to be a happy occasion. GH Spoilers indicate Valentin will be furious, adding more friction with Lulu, The Cassadine. Tune into GH to see how its all played out.
