Another General Hospital cast member is celebrating an anniversary with the daytime drama today.
General Hospital news previously reported the five year anniversary of Eden McCoy’s portrayal of Josslyn Jacks. In other GH news, actress Scarlett Fernandez made her debut as Charlotte Cassadine, four years ago today.
Scarlett Fernandez shared a nostalgic photo of her first scene as Charlotte on GH.
We are happy to see Scarlett grow up before our eyes as she continues to portray the daughter of Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan).
Things look much different on the set of General Hospital, upon the return from the Covid-19 hiatus. New guidelines and restrictions are in places which includes changes in who is and is not allowed on set.
General Hospital news reports children are not allowed on the set of General Hospital as of yet. Last week, General Hospital news and spoilers revealed Erik and Theo Olson were filmed from home in Wiley’s crib monitor scene.
Scarlett Fernandez who plays Charlotte Cassadine has confirmed via Twitter that she will be returning back to work. In her tweet, she thanked a fan for a generous gift of a tote bag, mentioning she hadn’t been back to work but was able to reverie be the back. Fernandez told the fan she I’ll put the bag to use when she reruns to work.
General Hospital spoilers and rumors prepare fans for more Charlotte scenes in the future.
Thank you so much @k9lover48 I love the bag you sent!!! I haven’t been to work, but I was able to get the gift!! I’ll use it to take my stuff to work when I go back!! Thank you for your kindness! pic.twitter.com/alO9JElv0K
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) seems to have done a 180° in the personality department. During his heartfelt discussion with Charlotte’s (Scarlett Fernandez) Grandmother, Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis), Valentin displayed a new side of himself. He wore his heart on his sleeve as he expressed to Laura his love for his and Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) daughter. Laura saw something in him that she had never seen before, and explained to Lulu that Valentin truly wants what is best for Charlotte.
Charlotte overheard her Mom and Grandma talking about how Valentin plans to walk away from Charlotte for her own good. Charlotte loves nothing more in this world than her Father, and begged him to stay. Charlotte told Valentin she heard her mom and Grandma talking and she knows he wants to leave her. Valentin replied by stating, “I could never ever WANT to leave you…” In that moment he denied wanting to leave but didn’t deny leaving. Charlotte continued her plea with, “Papa, I know you’re leaving, I know you are. Please, take me wherever you’re going!”
General Hospital spoilers revealed Valentin is willing to give up Charlotte, and stop the fight against Lulu for custody. He truly wants what is best for his daughter and does not want his actions to be the guide Charlotte follows for everyday life lessons. He feels he is a bad influence on her and wants someone like Laura to mold and shape his little girl.
General Hospital rumors have been circulating, claiming Valentin will leave town, leaving Charlotte to live with Lulu. If Valentin leaves, it’s likely Charlotte will rebel and start showing stronger signs of Helen’a personality shining through. Previous General Hospital spoilers hinted at a possible union between Valentin and Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). If Charlotte is able to convince Valentin to stay, General Hospital rumors suggest he will then want to keep Charlotte close, and resort to turning to Nelle, taking her up on her offer to work together.
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal James Patrick Stuart has not made any indications that he is leaving General Hospital or that his character would be leaving town. So far, there are no plans of writing James Patrick Stuart and his character, Valentin, out of the script.
General Hospital previews and spoilers show Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) unleash a little bit of her Grandmother’s personality in today’s upcoming episode of General Hospital. Shockingly, GH previews reveal that Charlotte is shown talking to a bag of snakes. As it turns out, Lulu and Valentin’s daughter plans to unleash this snake at Violet’s party.
According to GH spoilers and rumors, things get interesting for Anna (Finola Hughes), Finn (Michael Easton), and poor, sweet, Violet (Jophielle Love). Sadly, Violet’s big birthday bash turns into a frenzy.
Is Charlotte the next Helena Cassadine? Odds are the writers are slowly profession toward a new generation of Cassadine craziness with young Charlotte. Honestly, why not use the wicked witches granddaughter as her prodigy? This little girl meant to cause trouble. Currently, she has it out for Ava Jerome (Maura West), who happens to be Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) wife. And we all know Nikolas and Valentin aren’t the best of friends. Is she protecting Papa?
Moreover, General Hospital rumors claim Charlotte’s snake, Nagini, unexpectedly come to Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) aid as a distraction between what is going on with him and Robert Scorpio. Instinctively, Robert is onto him and this makes Peter uneasy. So, he suspects that he is not in the clear when it comes to DA Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) have been working hard to make sure Violet (Jophielle Love) has a birthday party to remember. From pony rides to piñata, this party is meant to make lasting memories.
General Hospital spoilers reveal lasting memories are exactly what Anna, Finn, Violet, and their party guest are going to get. Between Peter August (Wes Ramsey) causing suspicion and tension among party guests, and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) acting like a miniature Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers), Violet’s party is about to take a wild turn.
General Hospital spoilers show Violet arguing with her mom, Lulu Spencer Falconeri (Emme Rylan) about attending the party. Lulu has a hard time when Charlotte insists she doesn’t want to go to the party. Charlotte is acting out, and General Hospital news and spoilers hint she will sabotage the party by bringing snakes to the gathering meant to be filled with ponies and piñatas. Charlotte will make a purchase from Roger’s Reptile Roundup, as she talks to her new little accomplices, telling them they are going to have so much fun at the party!
Poor little, sweet, Violet doesn’t deserve for this to happen at her party. Someone needs to discipline that child before she turns into a full blown Helena.
Things are really heating up in Port Charles as this past week’s Cliffhanger Friday left everyone’s jaws open in shock. It’s been a long time coming, but reveal of Nikolas Cassadine (Nikolas Cassadine) has finally come to light and the town of Port Charles has regained yet another person back from the dead. After all the curiosity and speculation revolving around Charlotte’s (Scarlett Fernandez) apparent body guard, claiming he was the man she saw in Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) phone, Laura (Genie Francis) finally has answers. When Charlotte told Laura she saw the photo of her body guard in Lulu’s camera roll, Laura just figured that Charlotte just pegged anyone to fit her tall tail. The adults chalked it up to possible PTSD after the incident on the docks, but now it’s clear that Charlotte wasn’t making up stories. In actuality, Nikolas is the one who told Charlotte her father Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) hired him to be her body guard in order to conceal his true identity for the time being. After Valentin pushed Ava (Maura West) into the freezing cold water, Nikolas came to her rescue and revealed himself with Ava in his arms. The entire group of wedding guests were in complete shock when Nikolas walked in holding Ava. His mother ran right to him and touched his face, his sister Lulu close behind. General Hospital spoilers reveal that Nikolas will explain everything that happened the night he was shot and presumed dead. He will also be the one to explain the details behind the codicil and how Valentin will be stripped of any right he thought he had to the Cassadine fortune. Nina adds icing to the cake by divulging what she knows about what Valentin has done in front of all of their wedding guests. She goes on to list all of his acts of deception and betrayal. Not only has Valentin lost what he thought he would get from the Cassadine fortune, but now he knows he has lost Nina’s love. Take a peek at Monday’s upcoming episode of General Hospital.
Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) was put in harms way on the docks when she jumped into the freezing water at Pier 54. Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Dustin (Mark Lawson) were having an intimate moment when Charlotte thought she had to prove she actually did have a secret body guard. She threw herself into the water with the faith that her so-called body guard (Nikolas Cassadine, Marcus Coloma) would come to her rescue.
After being admitted into the hospital, Charlotte’s condition is non life threatening and Lulu is thankful and relieved her daughter is going to be ok. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is furious and blames Lulu for not paying attention while she was busy getting close to Dustin. Lulu had a long bight and was looking forward to taking her kids home. However Valentin isn’t on board. General Hospital spoilers reveal Valentin will make it official and formally file for full custody of Charlotte. Valentin is dead set on proving Lulu to be an unfit mother even though Charlotte has recently been kidnapped by one of his own enemies, Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck). He has it stuck in his head that Lulu is at fault and he will play dirty to get what he wants.
Will Lulu prove to be an unfit mother in a court of law?
Claudette (Bree Williamson) dropped a bomb on Nathan (Ryan Paevey), Maxie (Kirsten Storms), and Griffin (Matt Cohen), telling them she had a daughter and either Nathan or Griffin were the father. A DNA test revealed that Nathan West is Charlotte’s father, and Maxie broke into tears when discussing the outcome with Griffin.
Claudette isn’t known for her honesty, which leaves room for a tampered DNA test story.
Claudette is on the run from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), and wants Nathan to protect “their” child, perhaps telling Nathan he is Charlotte’s father is her only way of getting him to help. GH rumors speculate that Claudette and Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) are working together in this baby drama.
If not Nathan, who? Claudette did say she was briefly involved with this dangerous man (Valentin). Could Charlotte be the newest Cassadine?
Scarlett Fernandez is set to make her General Hospital debut on October 13th.
