General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Receives A Suspicious Warning From Nikolas

Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) has teamed up with the newly free ex-convict, Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore), to help find Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). Since it’s a known fact that Shawn wasn’t the one to shoot Hayden, now that he is a free man, Sam and Shawn are setting out to get some answers in order to find the real person behind Hayden’s shooting.

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) has been doing everything he can to keep his involvement a secret, even paying Pentonville to keep Shawn behind bars. Now that his plan has failed and Shawn is free, Nikolas is in panic mode.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Nikolas is aware of Sam’s interest in finding Hayden. Unfortunately for Nikolas, he knows that Hayden knows the truth, and isn’t secure in knowing whether or not she would reveal he is the one behind her shooting.

General Hospital Spoilers: Shawn Needs Help From Curtis

Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) is finally a free man after serving time for a crime he didn’t commit. The attempted murder of Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) remains a mystery to the people of Port Charles.

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) had Hayden shot, and he and Hayden herself are the only two (other than the hitman) who know it was him. All this time Nikolas has let Shawn take the fall for what he’s done, and now that Shawn is free, Nikolas needs to be worried about it coming back on him. Nik already tried to keep his secret in the dark by paying Pentonville to keep Shawn in jail. But now that justice has prevailed and Shawn was exonerated, the hunt for the real shooter is underway.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and Shawn are working together to find the shooter. In doing so, they will need some help from some reliable sources.

One thing we know about Auntie Stella (Vernee Watson) is that she doesn’t hold back when she has something on her mind. She tells it like it is and Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) knows a thing or two about that.

Stella has now moved on to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). She doesn’t like Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) moving on too fast after his marriage with Jordan. But that isn’t Stella’s only beef in town.

Nikolas is the one responsible for hiring a hit man to take out Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig), and at first Shawn truly believed it was his bullet that hit her. While Nikolas truly does want to protect Alexis, he also wants to protect himself and his secret. Shawn has taken Alexis Davis’ advice and is fighting for his freedom. Once Shawn is proven innocent, the PCPD will be all over the case to find out who actually shot/had someone shoot Hayden. The truth will point right in Nik’s direction.

General Hospital News And Spoilers: Let’s Clear The Air On Why Shawn Butler Is In Jail

The return of Sean Blakemore as General Hospital badass, Shawn Butler has been welcomed by fans with open arms.

General Hospital news reports confirmed Blakemore’s GH return earlier this month, which prompted many fans to ask, “why is Shawn on GH in jail?” It’s hard to wrap our heads around how someone like Shawn could sit in jail for many years while people like Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) are running free in Port Charles.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Shawn is back by the request of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to help Jason Morgan out of Pentonville. Carly’s plan is risky, but so far is working out the way she hoped. But dans don’t want to see Shawn behind bars. We want Shawn exonerated and released so that the power in Port Charles will shift and pull away from Cyrus Renault.

So, why is Shawn in jail? Well, it’s complicated. Shawn was ordered by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to carryout a hit on Jake Doe (Billy Miller), before Sonny knew Doe’s true identity. At the same time, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) put a hit out on Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). When the bullet from one of Nik’s men hit Hayden, Butler truly believed it was his fire that hit her. Long story short, he pled guilty to attempted murder and landed himself in Pentonville.

Although Shawn is in jail for a crime he didn’t commit, he believed he was the one who shot Hayden. He wanted to own you to his actions and show TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) how important it is to take accountability for your actions.

We think it’s high time Shawn gets released from Pentonville so that he can help stop Cyrus and Peter from the outside. Port Charles needs him!
