Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has dealt with imposters for the greater part of his adult life. He has difficultly discerning the true nature of those who want to get close to him. But in the past Sonny depended on the one person who he knew could be trusted. And that was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Something is off with Sonny and everyone sees it but himself. His poor decisions lead him down the wrong path and the real ones are concerned. Furthermore, Sonny has shunned Carly (Laura Wright) and Jason. Without his voices of reason, Sonny becomes an even more vulnerable target.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sonny and Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) homophilic relationship is a recipe for disaster. Just because they both live for the mob drama and danger doesn’t mean they should join forces. However, GH spoilers tease that Ava uses Sonny to climb the organized crime ladder. It’s not enough that Ava becomes prevalent around the PC mob scene. Nope. Ava wants to head up the Five Families with her man candy on her arm. It looks like she’s already got her foot in the door

If you can’t best em, join em, right? So instead of Ava taking on a powerful coffee importer like Sonny, she joins forces with him to create her spot on the hierarchy.

There’s no doubt that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is the most sought after man in Port Charles. Whether it’s desire or disdain, the women of Port Charles have big thoughts about the charming and lovable mobster.

At this point it’s pretty obvious that Sonny has moved on from Nina (Cynthia Watros). Lately, she hasn’t even crossed his mind. On the other hand, Sonny’s living rent free in Nina’s mind. Meanwhile, Sonny spends most of his time with Ava Jerome (Maura West). So much so that Michael (Chad Duell) and Carly (Laura Wright) are suspicious of her motives.

According to GH spoilers and rumors, Sonny’s next leading lady isn’t who most of us expect. Many fans have hoped for a CarSon reunion since Nina swept in and stole him from Carly. Eventually, I think that Sonny and Carly will find their way back to each other. GH rumors hint that it’s not going to be that simple. Now that Sonny and Carly are both on the market, it’s unlikely they’ll limit themselves to each other. True, Things may not have worked out between Sonny and Nina, and Carly and Drew, but that doesn’t mean Sonny and Carly will get back together so soon.

Lois and Sonny go way back, Ava and Sonny are two peas in a mobster pod. Then there’s Natalia. The new woman in town whose daughter is dating Kristina. Despite her snarky comments, Sonny and Natalia seem to be hitting it off. And of course there’s Carly. She and Sonny are the IT couple of Port Charles, and many GH fans have shipped them for decades.

The past is the past but sometimes history repeats itself. Although Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) have never bonded quite like this, they’ve been down a similar road.

For the most part Sonny and Ava have been civil co-parents at best. General recaps recall that Sonny and Ava’s life long connection began after one night of bizarre passion. Sonny’s son Morgan had died and Ava had a hand in his tragic death. She switched Morgan’s (Bryan Craig) medication which led to the events that took his life. So why on Earth Sonny would sleep with her can be chalked up to soap opera logic. On top of it all (or bottom, whichever they prefer 😜), Ava and Sonny conceived their daughter Avery that night. Now, they’re family for life.

General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos and Denise DeMuccio Showdown!

General Hospital Head Writer, Ron Carlivati loves to keep us on our toes and at the edge of our seats. He posts General Hospital spoilers with just enough information to keep us wanting more.

Via Twitter, Carlivati revealed a GH spoiler for today’s episode. Denise DeMuccio (Maura West) is the newest in town (or is she?), as she claims that she is just an uncanny look alike to Ava Jerome. Ava Jerome has been presumed dead by most of the residents of PC. Before her alleges death, she was wanted for the murder of Connie Falconeri, and since Ava is alive and well, this makes her a fugitive. Denise DeMuccio showed up at Julian Jerome’s (William DeVry) door, claiming to want to find out more about her look-alike, Ava. However, no one believes that she actually ISN’T Ava, not even the PCPD.

Ava has been trying to escape Sonny’s wrath ever since he found out that she murdered his fiance, Connie. Ava got pregnant with what we are lead to believe is Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) baby (but there will most likely be a plot twist). Odds are Ava’s baby is actually Morgan’s and she was only trying to pass Avery off as Sonny’s to keep herself alive.
