According to her X post below, she specifically mentioned Sona and Niva. In other words, Sonny and Nina, along with Nina and Ava fans. It looks like the doors have closed on Nina’s relationship with Sonny and her friendship with Ava Jerome. Additionally, Nina has already burned the bridge to her daughter Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), which her children as well. Sadly, Nina’s actions have kept her away from her family in fear that her toxic way would harm them.

Meanwhile, Sonny spends most of his time with Ava Jerome (Maura West). So much so that Michael (Chad Duell) and Carly (Laura Wright) are suspicious of her motives.
According to GH spoilers and rumors, Sonny’s next leading lady isn’t who most of us expect. Many fans have hoped for a CarSon reunion since Nina swept in and stole him from Carly. She was in and out of mental hospitals before moving to Port Charles, and her story grew crazier from there. But first, she was separated from her two twin daughters while in a coma. And sadly, her daughter Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) has already passed. Furthermore, Nina’s other daughter Willow wants nothing to do with her.
GH recaps highlight Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) part in Nina’s life, past and present. Similar to Anna, Nina has always had Valentin’s love. He fell hard for Nina, but his love is what eventually caused Nina’s deepest sorrows. That’s when he hired Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) to pretend to be Nina’s long lost daughter. Although Valentin’s intentions were from the heart, the lie tore them apart. Today, Valentin would still do anything for Nina, and she has forgiven him for the past.
Both Nina and Valentin have moved onto other love interests since their relationship ended. Eventually, Valentin got Anna to fall in the with him, and Nina imprisoned Sonny and then married him. Through it all, Nina and Valentin remained close friends.
Valentin Wants Nina All To Himself

Obesssion might be the proper word to describe Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) interest in Carly Corinthos Spencer’s (Laura Wright) life. Her behavior as of late isn’t the only indicator that Nina Reeves is a few cards short of a deck.
Prior to Carly, Nina committed some unthinkable crimes, just to eventually become besties and even the wife of her victims. Why? The world may never know. But Nina definitely stole Sonny and Ava’s daughter Avery- out of Ava’s womb. And now she’s best friends with Ava and married to Sonny. Well, I guess that’s how they roll in Port Charles.
It all began when Nina lost her long lost daughter Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). She had searched for her child for years, just to learn that she was right under her nose. Furthermore, when she finally learned her daughter’s identity it was too late. Nelle was a psychopath and died because of her own actions. Still, rage rose up working Nina and sparked a certain vengeance in her soul. Of course, we all know that the finger was pointed right to Carly. As GH recaps highlight, Nina has married Carly’s husband and stolen her hotel. Also, she tipped off the SEC and sent Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to Pentonville.
Nina Moved On From Carly
Could the ongoing feud between Nina and Carly simply fizzle to an end? Well, maybe. However, it seems that would only be likely if Nina had someone else’s life to focus on. I suppose that doesn’t mean that she’s done sticking it to Carly for good, but GH spoilers tease that Nina has an entirely new focus. Will Diane have to watch her back?

Hmm 🤔 Something doesn’t seem right with this lol.
As if that wasn’t enough, Nina manipulated a man with amnesia, stole him from his wife Carly, and then she even stole her career. Once again, something’s off 🤨. Fast forward and General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina isn’t done fighting. After Carly kept Harmony’s secret about Willow, and after Nina rattled to the SEC, they’re done so far yet are back at square one.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) really did it this time. Even though she won’t take accountability, Nina single-handedly dug her own grave when it comes to Sonny and Willow. Her SEC stunt was the last straw for both of them, and now she has to deal with the consequences. That is, Nina must face the fact that she’s lost Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) forever.
As expected, GH spoilers and rumors suggest that Sonny and Nina ultimately become divorced. That’s expected as their marriage was legal and binding- and now it’s over. But what happens with Nina and Willow’s relationship? Is it over based on the spoken word? According to recent General Hospital spoilers, there may be another way for Willow to distance herself from Nina.
Willow Takes Legal Action Against Nina
Forget a restraining order, those are for amateurs, lol. GH rumors tease that Willow seeks something more permanent and binding. Willow asks Diane to legally remove Nina as her mother. Sadly, Nina blew every single chance she had with Carly’s husband 😜 and her own daughter. Now she’s without her stolen husband, as well as alienated from her daughter yet again. The difference is that this time there’s no going back. Willow seeks Diane’s counsel to finally be rid of Nina for good.
So what will it be, folks? Will Nina and Carly quit while they’re still in one piece, or will it cost a lot more to “settle the score”?
At this point I can’t even remotely fathom how anyone is on Nina’s side. Don’t get me wrong because I think Nina is a crazy cool character, and Cynthia Watros is exceptionally talented. However, that doesn’t mean that I can’t see her problematic nature, faults, and flaws. In fact, Cynthia’s acting abilities is what makes me compare her to all the narcissists in my life. Simply put, Cynthia Watros plays it so well. How can anyone possibly hate on that? Now her character in the other hand, she’s fair game.
GH recaps recall Nina’s fierce reaction to Carly and Drew’s Crimson stunt. What’s the point of asking Carly if they’re finally even if she doesn’t plan on leaving well enough alone? It’s apparent that Nina has zero plans to leave things as they are with Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright). Obviously, Nina doesn’t care about playing fair when all she sees is red and Carly’s smirk every time she closes her eyes. If I didn’t know better, it surely looks like Carly and Drew ignite the evil spirits within Nina as they’ve been fighting to emerge. I’d I had to guess, I’d say that this feud is far from over.
According to General Hospital spoilers, Valentin makes Nina an offer. Evidently, the offer is so enticing that Nina contemplates her next move.
