The recent hype surrounding Jason Morgan’s rebirth has led to many fans questioning his love life. According to General Hospital recaps, Jason was involved with Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). He’s currently unaware of her passing, but Jason and Britt had something special.

90s hopefuls hold out for two main possibilities. The JaSam fans want Jason and Sam to get back together, of course.
