In an instant, Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) life was turned into unfamiliar territory. What he once walked through like nothing and knew like the back of his hand, is now a foreign concept. Curtis’s life as he knew it is gone, but thankfully he has the important things to hold on to.
Aside from his beloved family, Curtis’s next love is his business. He started The Savoy as a result of his life altering decision to take a new career path. He was sick of the danger, and over the unpredictability of that lifestyle. That’s why he decided to open up a club in Port Charles. Thankfully, business has been a success since he opened its doors. Despite The Savoy’s success, Curtis made a big mistake. Getting into [illegal] business with Selina Wu has already presented consequences. Her eery threats and passive aggressiveness is just added stress that no business owner needs. Furthermore, Selina isn’t just some pushy business woman. She’s that and then some. She’s all business, and her business isn’t your normal everyday interaction.

It’s obvious that she wants the club and eceb went to Sonny about it. So why would anything think that a woman like Selina stops there? She won’t. Hell Hath No Fury Like A Woman Scorned
Curtis Ashford had just woken up from a nightmare, except the nightmare didn’t end when he opened his eyes. In fact, that’s when it truly began. Unfortunately, Curtis was shot at the Metro Court. What makes it even worse is that authorities believe the bullet was meant for someone else. Evidently, Curtis wasn’t the intended target. That’s when the PCPD figured that the bullet was meant for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
After the incident, Selina didn’t waste any time. Curtis didn’t have a moment to collect his thoughts after learning that he’s paralyzed before Selina Wu threw salt in the wound. Immediately, she approached Curtis about The Savoy, and now his professional life is as messed up as most other aspects in his life. Even his marriage to Portia was hanging by a thread.
According to General Hospital spoilers, Selina Wu won’t take no for an answer. Selina doesn’t let Marshall stop her no matter what he says. General Hospital recaps recall that Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) stepped in for Curtis (Donnell Turner) while he takes time to adjust to his new life. So, will the influential mob boss dare step on Sonny’s toes? If it were up to Selina’s portrayer, Selina would stay on his good side.
“I don’t want that to happen because I adore Maurice. Sometimes, it’s hard for us actors even though we say we’re not vested in the storyline, or we’re not our characters.” Lydia explained. The well versed actress continued to support her opinion on the matter, “I don’t want that, and personally, I feel like for the storyline, it wouldn’t be good for us to have a fight.”

In fact, Gladys’s cousin, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gave her the name due to her checkered past.
Moreover, Gladys is known for her impulsive, get-rich-quick- bright ideas. Her M.O. is typically and ultimately destructive, while not caring a thing about who suffers along the way to her fantasized fortune. Supposedly, when Gladys can’t hold up her end of the deal with Selina Wu (Lydia Look), the ruthless mob boss goes after what’s hers.

Sonny worries Gladys is back to her old tricks as her desire to roll with the big dogs outs Sasha’s estate and well being at risk.
