Sonny Corinthos has been a key character on General Hospital since 1993, played by Maurice Benard. A powerful mob boss in Port Charles, he balances ruthless business tactics with fierce loyalty to his loved ones. He has faced many challenges, including bipolar disorder, turbulent romances, and deadly rivalries. Despite his criminal ties, he remains devoted to family and friends. A small town has been shaken after a series of robberies have taken place among small business. Life circumstances lead Sam and Jason to fall deeply in love, creating one of the greatest love stories in soap opera history. Their road has been rocky, but filled with unconditional love in between all the drama, danger, and heartache. Recently, Sam cut things off with Jason for the safety of their children, due to the nature of his job with Sonny Corinthos.
