As we know, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) framed Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for Lucy’s shooting. Martin however, isn’t convinced. All he wants is to find Lucy and get her home safely and in one piece.

Martin turns to Cyrus in his time of need. While Cyrus may physcally locked behind bars in Pentonville, his reach is still quite extensive. Using his experiences for good instead of evil, Cyrus Renault becomes an ally to his brother Martin and those who care about Lucy’s safe return.

Cyrus arrived in Port Charles as a feared criminal, drug Lord, and enemy of Port Charles’ most powerful mobster and friend to Laura, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). General Hospital recaps recall Cyrus’ attack against Sonny put his own niece, Lulu Spencer Falconeri (Emme Rylan) in a coma. Renault eventually got nailed for his crimes and was sent to Federal Prison.

Kober confirms Cyrus’ recent behaviors all point to an indication that the feared criminal has changed. Kober explains, Renault has rage inside of him, “But I believe he is trying to change.”

General Hospital comings and goings news reports confirm Jeff Kober will be getting more air time as Cyrus becomes more prominent in his family member’s lives. Kober disclosed he will soon be shooting three more episodes before leaving for Texas. Upon his return from Texas, Kober shared he will resume shooting, ”right off the bat.”

General Hospital News And Spoilers: Marcus Coloma Opens Up About Producers Killing Off Nikolas Cassadine

Marcus Coloma opens up about his fears surrounding his role as Nikolas Cassadine. Coloma took over the role of the Dark Prince, Nikolas Cassadine, in 2019, and is currently on the front burner of what’s happening in Port Charles. He had big shoes to fill after Tyler Christopher’s portrayal of the role became iconic. Now that Marcus has settled in, will the producers be killing off Nikolas Cassadine?

Bringing a character to life is a big responsibility, let alone trying to step in after another actor has made that role their own. General Hospital spoilers reveal Marcus Coloma recently sat down with co-star and host of State of Mind, Maurice Benard. The two friends discussed Coloma’s anxiety over the written script, along with his fear that the producers over at General Hospital were trying to kill off Nikolas Cassadine. 

Coloma admits to Benard, his experience with the role for the first two years brought on a significant amount of anxiety. Marcus explained, “a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot of anxiety because you read a storyline where you’re going to stab your son and you think, the producers, they obviously want my character to die. Like, they’re trying to kill me off.” Marcus went on to explain this type of scenario happened about four times throughout his first two years in the role.

Coloma’s anxiety and fears about the role didn’t end there. He revealed his fear that producers were “really dissatisfied with my work and I was going to die.”

Much time has passed since his arrival on the set of General Hospital. In that time, Marcus has been able to let go of his fears as he settled into and became comfortable with the role. He realized the nature of the soap opera/ daytime drama industry and what it entails. Coloma stated,  “I think I’ve finally come to a peace on it and honestly, as silly as it is or social media has helped a lot with it because it wasn’t just General Hospital, it’s this industry in general.”

Marcus and Maurice are not only co-stars but friends in real life. Coloma admitted how he gets through the stressful times, and Maurice has a hand in that. He touched on controversy within storylines and now fans perceive the characters. Explaining how he deals with the dark side of his role and the opinions of fans, he said, “And that’s my big thing… Let’s say work is super stressful because you’re sleeping with your son’s girlfriend and you just know that’s not going to go well for you in a month from now, people are going to hate you,” Coloma shared. “We have this great, funny comedy… people see it. I actually love being on General Hospital, I love being on the soap, but it’s really nice to counteract that and the amount of comments that say ‘Hey, I hate your character but I think you and Maurice are so funny and you seem like such a good guy’.”

A little comedic relief goes a long way when it comes to making it though daily struggles. Thankfully Marcus has a place to call home and a friend to help him through. General Hospital spoilers hint it’s safe to say Marcus doesn’t have to worry about TPTB killing off Nikolas Cassadine.

The past wasn’t particularly kind to Carly. As a result, she left Jacksonville and assumed a new identity. With the help of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Carly was able to face her haunting past and make peace in order to have a clear outlook on her future.

General Hospital spoilers indicate although Carly has made peace with her past, all is not erased. General Hospital recaps recall Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) trusted Carly with information that will change Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) life. Not only will knowing Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is Willow’s mother impact the obvious lives involved, it could also save Willow’s life.

Willow’s health crisis is becoming more and more dire. She holds the secret and Carrie’s the burden without her family. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) remains in the dark about Willow’s leukemia diagnosis. GH rumors hint time is running out for Willow and her unborn baby.

Carly is the only one who knows Willow has a biological relative in Port Charles, which may be the only way to save her life. Carly’s next decision dictates a life altering course of action for Willow in regard to her treatment. Carly’s plane made an emergency landing, delaying her flight and missing her business conference.

Carly never expected to run into her past. She was forced to face some painful memories which made her reflect on who she used to be.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Carly stayed strong and did what she had to do to make things right with her late mother, Virginia. With the help of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), Carly was inspired to take charge of her life.

General Hospital recaps recall Carly’s determination to walk away from her Corinthos name. She is ready to create her own identity and take control of her future. Living in Sonny Corinthos’s shadow doesn’t suit Carly anymore.

Also, Peyton Honeycutt’s complete 180° didn’t sit too well with observant fans. She resented Carly for her husband’s infidelity while using her power in the community to hurt Carly. The whole thing just seems surreal, as if Carly’s subconscious is running wild.

Now that Esme has returned, Nikolas can’t risk her being seen. Locking her in an abandoned wing of Wyndemere was his only option. General Hospital spoilers reveal Esme fights back against her captor in a violent way. Nikolas is subject to Esme’s crazy ways of survival. She’ll do anything to survive, even if it means harming or killing someone standing in her way.

General Hospital rumors suggest Esme’s extreme measures temporarily knock Nikolas out, allowing her to break free from his captivity. 

GH previews indicate Esme gets the upper hand but will soon be stopped in her tracks. So many come and go through Wyndemere that someone is bound to cross paths with the Cassadine baby mama.

Ava Jerome and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) would be as shocked as Nikolas to see Esme alive and well. The difference is Victor will want to keep her alive when he finds out she’s carrying a Cassadine heir, whereas Ava will be filled with fury, wishing she never returned.

Peter and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) have a history of lying, scheming, manipulating, and stopping at nothing to get what they want. They have faked deaths as well as actually killed for no other reasons than a means to carry out their personal agendas.

Nathan Parsons last reprised his role as Luke Spencer (Tony Geary) and Holly Sutton’s son, Ethan, back in 2020. Parsons returned briefly for 3 episodes. GH fans had hoped for a longer run.

Ethan has ties to one of the most iconic families in Port Charles, and a former fan favorite love interest. Kristina Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth) and Ethan were one of the hottest young couples. Fans named them, “Ethina,” as a way to show their support. Lexi Ainsworth has recently announced she’ll be sticking around Port Charles as Kristina. If Ethan Lovett returns to General Hospital, there’s a chance “Ethina” could give it another go.
