While Sam may have chosen her pink blouse coincidentally to Jason’s homecoming, the writers knew what they were doing, or so it seems. Then, Steve confirmed that Jason’s vibe remains untouched. T-shirts and leather is where it’s at, and if it ain’t broken then don’t fix it.

However, the blatant opposition to classic “Sam style” has us curious. Why would Sam choose now to wear such a bright color when she and Jason almost always wore plain black or white T-shirts?

The symbolism could show that Sam’s life is far from what it was when she was with Jason. She’s not directly tied to the mob and her man is law enforcement. Just has that pink blouse count be further from hers and Jason’s style, Sam’s life couldn’t be further from the one she had with Jason.

According to General Hospital recaps, it took some time but Felicia and Maxie’s heart-to-heart resonated with Maxie. Maxie’s anger covered up her true fear of facing her feelings for Spinelli. Then, Felicia calmly explained other points of view, and that’s when Maxie began to go soft.
